@Gracie2021 @Kat668 @Juno231 thanks all!! A nurse from tommys called back and said I should stick with my appointment on the 24th, the doctor will go through my history etc and see if I need anything extra at that point, I'll only be 6+4 at this point. She said they only really give progesterone to women who have had spotting or bleeding in early pregnancy or after 4 miscarriages so I've just got to wait it out until then. She said they will give me a reassurance scan at about 7-8 weeks.

@Juno231 the time I conceived was a no at 9dpo. Not saying you are, just saying a 9dpo negative is meaningless

@chinchilly wooop!! 🥳 congratulations!! its great Tommy's called you back so soon, and it must be reassuring that they don't prescribe progesterone usually to women in your circumstances xx

@juno231 9dpo is still pretty early and your temps are looking great 🤞 but I do wonder why you overrode your ovulation date in FF?

@ocelotka Welcome!! My periods were super light when I came off the pill and your LP legnth seems fine 🙂 I wouldn't count the spotting, so your period is the first day where you wake up bleeding. I also spot a few days before AF arrives and no one from the fertility clinic is concerned.

10dpo for me ladies. Temps are good. But I'm on my little holiday and not going to test. I imagine I will know if AF is due to arrive by Sunday.

@chinchilly how many days past Ov are you (if you don't mind me asking)?

@Kay00 Yeah, it was good to speak to them as I was abit panicky but she was very nice and reassured me, I thought they'd just kick me out of the recurrent miscarriage clinic and give my appointment away but it seems like I'll stay under Tommy's care for a while. She also said if anything does go wrong I won't need a new refferal because I am already in the system which is good because she said the waiting list is huge atm. I'm about 12/13dpo FF kept changing it's mind 🤣 your temps do look good! Fingers crossed for you!

@ChinChilly just caught up with the thread and saw you have your BFP!! Massive congrats and I really hope this one is a sticky bean! Hopefully Tommy’s can offer some sort of help too and put your mind at ease xx

As for me I’m CD22 and no ovulation 😳 and my last 3 cycles AF arrives by CD23. I am just going to continue to BD but realistically think I just have to ride it out until AF arrives this cycle as I have a feeling I won’t ovulate. My CM is no longer EWCM so def not fertile anymore. See what happens over next few days but think it’s an anovulatory cycle.

Thanks @Moocher90 cautiously optimistic at the moment! I would be due around now from the pregnancy I lost in early March and the estimated due date for this one according to the NHS calculator is OH mum's bday so I'm hoping these are all little signs 🤞

@Kay00 lovely chart! I overrode it as I had a funny cycle with multiple peaks. FF gave me crosshairs on CD16 but I had a scan on CD17 that confirmed I hadn't ovulated yet 🤷

I'm CD27 and have dotted crosshairs on my FF, although have only been tracking out of interest and to try and work out if and when AF will arrive!

@juno231 oh that's interesting! Maybe FF's algorithms aren't quite as accurate as we had believed 🤔

@Juno231 Hi! That's definitely reassuring to know, I was a bit worried that my lining wouldn't be getting thick enough but seems like a lighter period is not indicative! I mean, they are not super light like you describe, but lighter than what I remember them being before I went on the implant and the pill. What are other signs of endometriosis to look out for? And what would you class as low temperatures post ovulation? I definitely get a rise, but maybe it's not high enough? I have no clue! I've added my latest chart below, any help would be much appreciated!

@Kay00 yes I learned that spotting doesn't count as AF, but I don't remember spotting at all before starting the implant/the pill (and obv didn't have any while on those either) so was a bit concerned - but perhaps it's nothing to worry about!

@ocelotka I'd say that's looking like a great chart. You have a decent temp increase on CD16 indicating ovulation. Your LP legnth looks good and your post ovulation temps are good too (higher than mine tend to be) 😊

My chart is tolling my this morning 😑 it's going to be a long old fall when AF arrives. Meh!

@Ocelotka my periods were pretty light after I stopped the pill, they got heavier after about 6 months, but your chart looks good.

The POAS addiction has started, this morning test was darker than yesterday's... gonna lay off them until Monday now. I have my second Jab tomorrow I was abit apprehensive about having it while pregnant but I think I'm just gonna go for it

@ChinChilly @Kay00 tbf I have a proper rise after ovulation that it would have detected had I bothered to continue with opks?

@Ocelotka I agree with all of Kay's comments about your chart! Looks great, and hopefully your spotting will go away as your body regulates post pill

@Ocelotka welcome. I actually have very light periods too and my linings do happen to be a bit thin but my doctor assured me that’s not an automatic correlation. Lovely looking chart too.

12DPO here and a BFN. Shocker! And the progesterone decrease downs have hit. Definitely my least favourite part of the month and always unfortunately coincide with the BFN. First IVF consult on Monday day morning but it’s with my backup clinic (meeting with two to see which we gel with) so I’m not too stressed about it. Time to stock up on more tamoxifen and trigger for this month.

@Gracie2021 boo for the BFN but how exciting to finally see someone about IVF - I hope the meeting is fruitful!

Chart dropped today and my resting heart rate has dropped three bpm so I think AF is round the corner!

@gracie2021 good luck with your appointment on Monday. Sorry for your BFN and progesterone dropping blues 😰 assuming AF arrives for you at least you will have your Estrogen tick up to look forward to. I always feel like 'sunny me' in the follicular phase.

@juno231 oh no, hopefully AF doesn't show for you either... what does a girl have to do to get pregnant around here?? 🧐😆

12DPO here. I had a slight drop in temp this morning (although still above luteal line) and some mild cramps... so likely AF on her way for me too. In my last cycle (1st Clomid) I had no spotting and started my period lightly on CD13, before full flow on CD14/CD1. So I expect I'll start bleeding tomorrow.
