@StillJustWaiting oh I'm so sorry! Yes it's truly heartbreaking. I was ok a couple months ago about it but each failure it makes me more and more upset. Had a proper meltdown this morning about all this TTC stuff. To the point where I'm moving towards just giving up. Not because I don't want a baby but because of the emotional impact of this process and how that impacts me overall. It is SO emotionally consuming. I'm 35 in a couple months and I think the realisation of being childless is becoming more of a reality for me. I've thought about ivf but I don't know if I could honestly cope with that. Having that fail and knowing where to draw the line and stop is terrifying and I don't think I would deal with that!

I would try (if you can!) and test on sat morn. By then, I think it would be a true positive and if it's darker then it's worked! Plus your AF is late too so I'd hold onto that too!!! X

@StillJustWaiting anytime now I'm cd26 and I'm anywhere from 25-29 days. I'm 11dpo and I never get any further than that. But I have the horrible bloated heavy feeling

@newtolineofduty yes feeling better now still having a rest as a lot going on at the moment but hopefully have another go soon! X

@hoola23 I feel that more than you could know, i have literally been having this conversation with my OH, I just feel like giving up now but then i get the whole - what about if this is my month and i miss it by "giving up" -_-
Not quite sure he understands the stress it's causing me...
I will test again on Saturday... probably tomorrow too because i am addicted to POAS 😅

@Aims1991 have you tested at all yet? Sounds promising!!! Bloated and heavy can be a good sign!! Xxx

@StillJustWaiting I have the exact same thoughts! That's why it's so overwhelming isn't it. I want to give up so I'm not going through this, then would blame myself for not trying and have feelings of regret! When you already have issues with yourself like I do, you can really develop self loathing feelings and that's kind of where I am. I know realistically it will probably happen one day but that starts to fade as the months just roll on and on!

@StillJustWaiting no not tested yet. I know the minute I test AF will arrive. I bought tests last night for the first time in about 5 months. Because I just stopped wasting money🤣

@hoola23 I literally could be writing that myself...
I hope one of us or both get our BFP this month or next!! I think when/if it does happen for me ill be worried more than excited after all this though !

@Aims1991 I am forever wasting money on tests, it's awful but a genuine addition 😅 eek when are you going to test? You'll have to keep us updated !

Surprise surprise I've used all my tests now so am going shopping after work 🤣 hoping i can find some FRER in big Sainsbury's? Xxx

@hoola23 sending you a big hug. It is such an emotionally difficult and at times, truly emotionally devastating and lonely process. There are options out there even before IVF - has your doctor been of much help? I listened to a wonderful podcast the other day called A Mother: Any Way which gave me some hope and was really lovely.

I am struggling today as have some mild cramping and yesterday got EWCM (CD 22) which I just don't understand, I think it was my body trying to ovulate as I didn't seem to earlier in the month. Or it could just be AF around the corner. I wish I had been TTC last year when my cycles were spot on, it seems like the stress is not helping me.

@StillJustWaiting oh me too! It's like stages this TTC. First stage is just getting a BFP, then getting past the risk of chemical, then getting past risk of miscarriage or anything wrong with baby and then birth! It's like a huge mountain of anxiety and worry. I had no idea this would be so hard!

@plantbasedlondoner thank you lovely! My GP is actually useless, total of 3 min convo a few months ago only to tell me she can't do blood test as there are a shortage of vials at the moment. She will call me when she can do one! I almost don't even want to start all of that either as I think it would just make me more anxious!

Evening all, still no AF here! My tests arrived today but I put them away. Trying to be very patient 🙈 how's everyone today

@hoola23 sorry to hear you're feeling like this hun. The cold dark mornings and nights don't help either!!! Harder to do fun things and stay distracted!

@hoola23 I'm so sorry to hear you're feeling this way chick. And honestly I think it's a country wide thing about doctor's being a bit useless at the moment. My friend is 38 and she getting married next year, and her MALE doctor basically told her that she should be trying for a baby now, because the way her periods are she'll be lucky if she's pregnant by the time she's 40 at this rate. She was heart broken. I was so angry. Had to think if it was a female doctor would it have been said in the same manner?

@newtolineofduty how are you feeling chick? I've got myself on DD's toddler sized plates now and doing more exercise. I am determined not to put on as much weight as I did last time, as it was so hard to lose it all. Plus I felt I couldn't enjoy DD when she was younger because I was still so heavy.

@CShandy01 that sounds like a good plan. I gained 4.5 stone last time but lost it easily as so much was just water and bloating I think! Im worried about the weight ive gained already but don't know how to avoid it as I'm eating when I'm genuinely hungry and I literally CANNOT exercise! Im just hoping I start to feel better soon and I can do some damage control then! X

I'm just honestly fed up! To add insult to injury, a close friend who is also TTC be we speak a lot about it all has just found out today she is pregnant! And of course I'm happy for her but it still hurts. I literally feel like it's never going to happen

@Aims1991 oh no! Are you sure? Have you done a test?

So I've just wiped and there is a lot of blood 😩😩 bright red blood at that. Oh well. Do I bother getting a pregnancy test to see if I am still pregnant or not bother?

@CShandy01 oh no! It doesn't always mean the end hun, do you have any pain? Did it just suddenly start?

@Aims1991 oh that's so crap!!! You had so many unusual symptoms too! It's so frustrating and upsetting isn't it. There is still hope though as your AF isn't here yet

@hoola23 I've had the same weird right hand pain for 3 weeks. Went to the loo at 6:30 and there was nothing, then went again at 7:45 and there I was. Being passed around left right and bloody centre at the moment. Someone will call me back in 30 mins. Just odd that I didn't have this with DD. Xx

@CShandy01 that's a bit strange I think. I know lots of people do have bright red blood and everything is fine! ESP if you don't have noticeable bad pains. I had reallly bad pains once my red blood started. Maybe about 4 hours later or so? I hope everything is ok, I think if you tested now you'd still get a positive so hopefully they can scan you as you're past 6 weeks now aren't you? Sending you a massive hug and ALL the positive vibes xxxx
