2WW anyone? Af due Friday

Hya all

I am new to mums net. I am currently in my tww and losing hope again for this month. My af is due Friday the 24th. I have no symptoms really! Slight bruised feeling in sides of my boobs, and yesterday and sharp stabbing pains in my pelvic area. That's about it really. Just feel like af will show again and it's not happened again. This was my chart for this month as well and when we dtd

@Mama500 hi! I’m in my FW I think. Loads of EWCM, like loads. I’m not using OPKs because my cycles are regular and always do get a peak and because we have sex every other day generally, we must have hit the window…. Plus not wasting money on the super expensive CB tests this way!

I’m feeling quite chilled this month. We have had such a great few months, we moved to an amazing flat in London, we have had so many fun social things and now it’s Christmas so I think it’s been easy for me to be less obsessive and focussed on TTC. Obviously we still desperately want to be pregnant but it is totally out of our control beyond what we are doing and have been doing for the last 8 months. Would love love love a Christmas BFpositive!

How is everyone else? How are you @Cruz86 xxx

This is so good to hear. I am pleased you are a lot more relaxed and just taking it as it comes. This is normally the best way. Have u ovulated yet? We found that when we stopped being obsessive about it, that's when it happened as well. Have to keep me posted and let me know. If u want to ask me anything I am here 😌
I am ok apart from feeling sick every single morning after about an hour of being up. Boobs are still sore and have been since 2 weeks before my af was due so this has been actually a while now! Apart from that I am ok now. Had a massive bleed last week and really don't know what caused it either. They cld see on my scan where I had been bleeding. Said it cld have been twins, where the placenta is forming and said it is common but I have never had this happen to me either. I have midwife on the 22nd so not too much longer now and then it's just a waiting game for my 12 week scan xx

@FlyOnTheWall89 good luck for this month, sounds like you have a nice month planned it's so hard not to stress over it isn't it.
@Mama500 how are you?
I'm onto my fw I think, not charting or obsessing this month, I have started using the ferti Lily this month so see how we go.
Good luck to all those waiting for bfp hopefully we will have some Christmas magic x

Hi all, sorry I've been quiet. Just trying to keep myself busy and slowly get back into work. It's been tough and I find myself crying most days, really didn't think I'd be like this. I had a scan this morning that confirmed everything passed so that's it now, it's all officially over 😞

I'm so glad you're having a good month @FlyOnTheWall89 and your plans have kept you from obsessing! Although you are probably now in the TWW so are you still feeling the same? 😂 Wouldn't a Christmas bfp just be amazing?! But if not, that's okay, you'll have a lovely time and you can leave TTC until the new year.

Have you bled any more since last week @rita83? How exciting that you're getting closer to your midwife appointment and then your 12 week scan will be here in no time!

Hi @Cruz86, really good to hear you’re okay. It is an incredibly tough thing to go through - you are doing your best, remember that.

So I didn’t OPK this month. I had a lot of EWCM on day 13,14,15 and we dtd on CD11,12,14,17. Is EWCM mostly present in the build up to ovulation? I think whatever the case, we must have covered the window without going overboard. Today is CD18.

A BFP for Christmas would be the best thing ever. Still feeling fairly chilled. Going away for a few weeks now so it will be a good distraction. I have already organised day 21 progesterone bloods for my cycle after this one if I’m not pregnant by then. We won’t be back in time this time around.

Hello @Cruz86 no more bleeding no. Only that one day! So haven't a clue what it was. They said it is common though and as baby was ok they said some old blood may come down which I had last Sunday but it was hardly anything x

After my chilled approach all month not documenting anything I randomly took a test today (AF due Sunday) obviously negative but now I’m feeling 👎🏻

@Mama500 I would definitely expect a negative at this point. You are a way off yet in terms of testing. Hold out and keep us updated. I don’t think we DTD enough this month and I didn’t OPK but had really early EWCM for me so I may have ovulated earlier than I usually do (maybe because I had Covid last month). I am due AF on Christmas Day xx

Hi everyone, how are you all? I'm in such a predicament at the moment. My bleeding stopped towards the end of last week and now I've got LOADS of ewcm. So much more than I've ever had. I surely can't be ovulating already?! It's really messing with my head though because I'm desperate to try again, however if I was lucky to conceive this cycle, it would mean baby's due date would be 2 weeks before my first born's birthday and 1.5 weeks before my niece. I know I should probably wait but I feel like the only thing to help me get over the miscarriage would be to fall pregnant again. It's ridiculous to be thinking like this when there are so many ttc for months, but this is just how I'm feeling at the moment.

You certainly sound like you've covered everything @FlyOnTheWall89! And a few weeks away? Lovely. Are you anywhere nice?

@Mama500 that was definitely too early to test! How are you doing now?

Hello @cruz I am doing ok thank you. With what I have just seen you post, u can ovulate anytime and not always when u think. You are very fertile after a mc as well. I had my chemical in September and conceived right at the start of November so following cycle really. You are not will either for trying again this is what we did. We just kept going and going. I had this ewcm not long after o had bled as well cos I can remember saying to my husband it was odd!! We dtd when I had this and always did every month. X

Hi @Cruz86 I conceived a few months after my mc as well after taking a year to fall. Is the birthday quite a big issue for you? In my mind what will be will be but I know us ladies like to plan these things.

I’m ok, feeling a bit down that we have been trying so long but need to just pick myself back up and carry on

@Cruz86 hi! I would personally go for it and not fuss about dates. Ultimately you cannot choose the month - we naively really wanted an early summer baby and now we are looking at almost certainly an autumn winter baby. @rita83 is right that you’ll probably be super fertile rn.

@Mama500 you must be nearly due AF by now?

I’m fine here - no big obvious symptoms yet. Will report back if I do. Christmas Day is when AF is due but I think I might have ovulated a bit earlier this month so I am preparing for an early AF arrival.

Not usually but also has happened before. I think I’m going to request some blood tests and check progesterone like @FlyOnTheWall89

Yes this is a bit odd spotting 4 or 5 days before af. Won't be no harm in trying and seeing if they can check xx

Don't feel disheartened @Mama500 I know it can get you down. U need to try and stay positive and focused. We found when we were more relaxed this was when it happened. Ur not out yet either. Has proper af arrived ?

Thank you @rita83 no it hasn’t and the spotting had stopped its generally dried up down there
