I am cd1 of cycle 2 now FINALLY! Today was bang on 2 weeks from when i thought i ovulated so thats good to know that my signs were actually signs of ovulation!

This af is awful! The cramps and back ache are horrendous!! Since coming off the pill, none of my periods have been like this... maybe its the first time ive actually ovulated since coming off pill🤷🏻‍♀️

Yep sounds familiar! 😂 He lies outside the bathroom door crying when I go to the toilet if dh isn’t home and it’s just me and him. He always likes to lie ON my feet if possible while I cook, and while I put on my makeup! Soooo needy! 😂

So here we go again - flashing smiley this morning so officially into FW on CD8. CM is totally dry so not sure whether to start using the PreSeed or wait until closer to O (usually CD15/16 and see if the EPO has an effect over next few days. I'm a bit nervous about using it tbh - don't want to totally kill the mood. Have thought about using it on my own in the bathroom before DTD but have visions of it running down my leg on my way back to the bedroom 🤣

A bit of a chart update from me today. This is my first month temping and I'm still learning!

I suspected that I ovulated early this month on CD 12 (especially because I had ovary pain) - do you think my temperature pattern now confirms this?

My temp this morning was weirdly exactly the same as yesterday.

I don't understand why I had a random temp spike on the day my LH had a rise though 🤔

I have started inputting these temps on the fertility friend app and this morning that randomly put me on 3DPO

@Eli707 I only used it once this cycle but I used the applicator to ... ahem.... get it as high up as possible. I did it in the spare room and then walked around for a bit to get a glass of water before DTD and it didn't fall out.

Only issue is obviously what goes up must come down at some point 😂 and the few days after using it I really struggled to understand if I had EWCM or if it was the pre-seed coming out. They are quite similar in consistency!

@Sparklingwine1 3 temp rises is a sign of ovulation, so FF thinks you ovulated on CD12 by the looks of it!

I did another test today and it’s darker than yesterday which is a good sign. I think I’m going to stop testing and stop temping soon as I don’t want to work myself up encase I see a temp drop or no line progress or something like that 🤞

@mrsspoon3 thank you, that all sounds like good advice, and all quite reassuring! I had a sliiiightly stressful FW last month (self-imposed deadlines along with a couple of big events) so I've checked my diary and will be making sure I'm relaxed this month! I also chatted with my DH about supplements and we decided the multivitamins he already has are probably pretty similar to the wellman ones, but he will have to be better at taking them 😂

We're both in our 30s, with no particular reason to assume there'll be a problem. My parents and my DH all have lots of siblings, and DH already has lots of nephews and nieces, so I guess it's just a waiting game...! (Although maybe I should add that I have no intention of continuing the tradition of having that many kids!)

I'm relaxing today... today has been the most difficult day so far symptoms wise. Feeling sick, tired and hormonal. Literally burst into floods of tears before for no good reason. Aside from dog walks I'm spending most of my day lay down next to a bucket.

Aww @KayL1988! How far along are you now? That doesn’t sounds ideal at all, I hope you fell better soon! The dog is laying right beside you I bet!

I’m just a little tired if anything! Watching Jumanji on the sofa with a bar of chocolate 😂

@Eli707 I'm in a similar boat to you with the pre-seed, although my measurements are telling me that FW won't start until CD13 (next week). We'll see how it goes !

@HRP1990 6 weeks! He is indeed lay next to me, and lay beside my mid afternoon freshen up bath! Got to love his cuddles!!

I'm actually going to probably delete MN next week just for a week or so, so that I'm not tempted to test too early! Then come back next weekend when I'm about 10/11DPO

12DPO today and AF clearly on the way, which means a 25/26 day cycle which doesn’t seem like an especially good thing? Last month was also 25. Hope this doesn’t mean anything dodgy in terms of fertility! Does anyone else go through periods of short cycles (no pun intended!)?

@OnTheRoadNow my last 3 cycles have been 25, 30 and then 25th if AF had showed up on time! Hope that gives you some reassurance? Xx

Yes had my hen do this weekend @HRP1990! I ended up having to tell some of the girls about my BFP as I had to cancel my massage and couldn’t go in the hot tubs or drink, and then the receptionist mentioned I might want to avoid the swimming pool too as it was a bit hot at 38 degrees. I figured I couldn’t get away with doing absolutely nothing except sit on a sun lounger all day without anyone noticing haha. I told them about my chemicals before though and that it was still early days so a bit scary, and everyone was really nice and supportive. Had a great evening too with lots of hen do games and things!

I’m a bit anxious today as I did a test this morning and it was a bit lighter than my one on Friday. It was still fairly dark and I’m hoping it may be because I took it after only 4 hours sleep and after drinking lots of water not long before, but that’s always been the first sign for me when I had my chemicals that they were ending. I’m feeling quite scared.

How are you all doing?

@OnTheRoadNow my regular cycle is 27 days if that makes you feel any better? LP is about 11 days which I'm hoping is just about long enough

Morning ladies, hope you all had a nice weekend. I took a little bit of leave from the thread as I wasn’t sure what was going on and I felt a bit discontent with it, as I thought I ovulated but then had a bit of a drop, but think it was what they call a fallback rise.

So looks like I’m around 5/6DPO, my next thing is when to test. I’m half tempted to just wait and see if AF comes (as I expect it will) as I know I won’t sleep at all if I know I’ve got a pregnancy test waiting for my FMU. Also I think I’d rather not see a positive if it’s going to be a chemical, ignorance is bliss if you know what I mean.
