Morning all :) AF arrived yesterday so cd2 for me!

@miw01 awwh sounds so tough! I feel like the nhs looks at one problem and ignore the rest! Yep I also am reading it starts with an egg

And I am totally the same now with pregnancy announcements, I used to be joyful and now I am like oh great! My sisters boyfriends sister (my sisters sister in law haha) just announced she is pregnant and I am so sad because my sister is like ahhhh cant wait to be an aunty and in my mind I am like my baby should have been the first one in the family (even if it is a different side haha). My sister doesnt have any kids and this will be her first niece and I know she will spoil and love her but its gonna be hard to see that when my baby should already be here being spoilt and loved (rant over 😂)

@Sjhigs @polejunkie I don’t feel quite so negative this morning thankfully, although there’s still time for the progesterone to kick in! 😂 Just want it to be Thursday so I can test and feel confident that the answer is accurate and then move on with it all!
I’ve had period cramps since yesterday and they are driving me mad!! How are you both doing? x

@polejunkie kept my morning pee and just got another frer paranoid now that it looks lighter 🤦‍♀️

@polejunkie also got hcg bloods today a docs so I can compare with Mondays results x

@Sjhigs don't overthink it, you've had lines everyday and they got very strong, but bloods will confirm - fingers are well and truly crossed for you. It's sad though isn't it, what this journey does to you? Even with a bfp there is so much concern, disbelief and anxiety x

@polejunkie and then it'll be the next 12 scans I think il maybe chill after 12 weeks then it'll be labour then worrying about them for the rest of your days lol this is life now lol xx

What I wouldn’t give to be one of those blissfully ignorant fertile unicorns who doesn’t even realise they’re pregnant until about 10 weeks along! 😂 All this worry and anxiety is excruciating!!

Know exactly what you mean. Was a tough one seeing my OH's family with the first granchild. Can't help but feel that really should've been us in that position but just one of those things

@Annny27 don’t worry, your baby when it comes will be extra special to your sister as her first ‘blood’ niece or nephew

@Sjhigs totally agree, think it would be great to just find out you were about 32 weeks - far enough along that most of the risk is reduced but enough time left to get your life together and buy a few essentials! How were your bloods?

I’m loving the thought of various husbands being updated on everyone’s progress It’s a bit lonely doing it all on your own, and I haven’t even told my parents I’ve had another transfer because I know they’ll be more worried than excited now.

I got a faint positive, tbh I would have expected it to be darker 😬 not sure what to make of it, might test again in a bit, wees at 1am and been guzzling water in the night because of my sore throat 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Sunbird24 perhaps? I had to get up twice in the night to go for a wee so that in itself won’t of helped, almost feel none the wiser! May have to retest later!

@polejunkie I can't believe it 🙈🙈🙈 honesty thst like is good buy some frers my cheapie strips still aren't as dark as the control do you know what make it is so you can check hcg level... Eeeeeek how exciting x
