Ladies I only have one pack of progesterone left, how long are you supposed to take it? I’m on 3 a day so think I have maybe 10 more days, assuming I need to carry on after weds x

@polejunkie I'd get in touch with the clinic if you need more. I was told to take it for 4 weeks after my positive so I'm due to stop this week. They sent me more once I got my bfp. Too much on fact! Which ones are you on?

I don’t know how long for, just that they’ve given me enough to get to OTD and if it’s a BFP then I’ll need more.

Utrogestan, just checked and have 7 days worth left. Guessing they’ll send more if I need more x

I'm in a very bad place atm with pregnancy announcements among friends galore - including twins after a drunken night of not taking the pill. I said to my fiancée when they told us, "it's not fing fair, is it!" Across the table during our afternoon tea on Saturday! I still have not been able to muster a "congratulations" out of myself and am ignoring the WhatsApp group. I don't even feel a remote bit of happiness for them - I think it, and I know I should feel it, but I just don't! All I feel is sadness for me and anger at the Universe and the NHS for fing up so badly! And then I feel shame and guilt for feeling like this because I think, oh my goodness what an awful, terrible person I am, I don't deserve anything anyway . . . And then I just spiral down, down, down . . . 😩

In the middle of an awful situation with work, basically waiting for them to confirm they are letting me go and then I will be challenging that as disability discrimination . . . On top of that fiancée diagnosed with a varicocele and DNA fragmentation shows he's infertile but IVF clinic ignore this and instead pushing us to go ahead due to my low AFC. Also discovered I've got 2 fibroids and thin uterine lining of 4mm (needs to be 8mm plus for pregnancy success). So bought "It Starts With the Egg" and read cover to cover twice and ordered a fortune of supplements etc. Following her advice. In hope that when we start IVF in August there may be something that helps! But managing expectations. Got to go have AMH blood test on Wednesday. So upset when AF arrived this month because really really believed that by some miracle this month was the month but no, the morning I decoded I would test she arrived. And has been awful. Jist feeling utter despair atm about it all.

@MIW01 I’m so sorry to read your post and I absolutely resonate with your feelings towards pregnancy announcements like that (I mean seriously, how do people do it?!) you’re not a bad person, cut yourself some slack, be kind to yourself, I know you feel like everything is against you but all of this information will assist in future treatments and deciding how best to approach them. Life sucks sometimes but you really do need to give yourself space and time to feel whatever it is you feel, your feelings are so so valid, then pick yourself back up. Lots of love x

@Annny27 all went well! Saw the flickering of the heartbeat and all measuring as it should. Can stop pessaries now and I'm fully discharged!
@MIW01 oh I'm so sorry to read your post. Sounds you're really going through a lot of the moment. If you're nhs you should see if you can start the counselling service early. I did, well only slightly early. Had just started long protocol when I had the first call. It's good to talk it through with trained ppl. Wishing you strength xx

@polejunkie feel ok yeah, still feel anxious tbh as not quite out the woods yet. 12 week scan countdown is on now! Yep no problem re pessaries. Yeah due date is 22.02.22 what a cool dob right! Shame it's unlikely to come on time as I love that for a dob! X

Thank you @polejunkie I am still waiting for life to get better, I know it will but it feels like it's taking an eternity. I'm still hoping for a miracle! And it's all a learning curve.

@MIW01 so sorry you're going through such a rough time ivf and the infertility bus is definitely the hardest journey of my life so far sending you big hugs try to stay positive I know how hard it can be so much easier said than done hoping you get some answers and have a positive plan to move forward with ❤️❤️❤️

@polejunkie aaw thanks for thinking of me! 💕 I generally feel much better in afternoon/evenings, I think the progesterone must be at its peak first thing in the morning as I just wake up and completely lose my head over everything at the moment!! 😂

So I had a little search on the Facebook group I’m in and it’s seems that low cervix isn’t always bfn so there’s definitely still hope!! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

It must be so amazing to hear that heartbeat!! 😍 We’ve got a nice weekend planned with some outdoor theatre and camping under the stars in our garden, so if all goes tits up this week at least we’ll be able to enjoy ourselves in a different way! 🥂

@MIW01 so sorry that you’re having a shitty time right now 💕 it never gets any easier to hear those announcements especially when it was an ‘accident’ because they just looked at each other and fell pregnant! Makes me seethe too, you are perfectly justified to be angry and upset about it with everything you’re going through right now. x

It’s OTD for me tomorrow 😬 still rough with cough etc and I have quite bad pulling pains in my stomach when I cough / sneeze, I have to kind of hunch up 🙈

Not much progression this morning, but I did do it at about 5am as I’d been awake a while by then and needed a wee!

@polejunkie hubby got me the wrong tests so no point really 🙈

@Sunbird24 there was 2 days in a row I didn't notice much difference but the next I did go get some frers I have those strips and mine still aren't very dark x
