@thislittlebird I'm the same with the Mediterranean, just doing what I can really. I think I'm a 12 everywhere apart from my belly as I still have the c-section pooch from both my children! So I'm a 14 there lol it's very annoying when it comes to clothes. Bmi is not short people friendly

@Marvellouslymadmum my biggest hate is my back. I feel like I gain more weight there than is reasonable. On the plus side of being short it’s very exciting to be nearly in the safe bmi zone after just a few pounds loss lol

@thislittlebird that's true! I also have an issue with my back it's so weird!! Like how can you have a fat back??? But I do and I don't like it! I call it my fat bits lol

@Sjhigs nope, all I have is ovaleap and then ovitrelle for trigger... pretty straight forward for me! Today is fifth day of stims and I’m still on my down reg nasal spray morning and night (lower dose than before stims) - are you nervous about cetrotide, sure it’ll be ok 👍🏼 So odd how we all get such different meds, I have no idea why!
@becarefuloutthere that’s for the add, how are you feeling? Do you ‘feel’ pregnant? X

@polejunkie I think it's to make sure I don't ovulate early I was sweating 🙈 and I bled worst one yet ringing the clinic now to see if I can use a smaller needle can't be dealing with that every morning x

@polejunkie @Sjhigs I think I started to feel a bit of a twinge around my ovaries yesterday! Hoping it’s a good sign! I think any kinds of aches, swelling, tingles must be signs that things are going in the right direction! 🤞🏻
Day 6 of stims today, my scan isn’t until day 10, seems a bit late, but hopefully all will be well! Switching to menopur today! Just as I got the hang of ovaleap! 😂

@Sjhigs I hope there's an alternative for you, that sounds horrid - don't suppose you know how many more says of stims you have to do until your next scan? Let us know what they say.

@crazycatlady1981 we crossed over! What day is scan then, Friday? At least you should move quickly from there, my clinic did say a day 7/8 scan is early and they won't know much from it, think its to be safe because my ovaleap dose is quite high... Hope the menopur goes ok - I'm quite liking how easy the ovaleap pen is, feel like a pro now haha

@polejunkie @crazycatlady1981 they are having the nurse call me back 🙈 I feel like a big scaredy 🙈 first scan is on Wednesday and one on Fri so if they can't change the needle size I'm gonna ask them to do it for me those 2 days 🙈oh roll on Wednesday its such an annoyance not knowing if its working or not x

Wow @Sjhigs we are bang on time with each other then, my scans are @ 0800 so no waiting round either which is good! Hope they will do the injections for you, it's very intrusive and daunting, don't be too hard on yourself.
I'm getting slightly nervous about what days I might need off work, as meetings etc. drop in - I've not mentioned it to anyone! My manager is off during potential EC week too so I won't be able to get leave signed off unless I do it in advance but I obviously don't know what days. I mean I can go sick, but I've not been off sick in the two and a half years I've been there (plus I have sooooo much holiday to use) any advice? I know I'm overthinking it all but as everyone said it's creeping up real fast now x

@polejunkie so are mine 😂 8am I mean I've 3 and a half weeks off I'd book yourself a weeks holiday I definitely think you'll need it to recover from collection my clinic told me to recover for 2 days after get it booked off xx

Yeah I would book next week off if you’ve got plenty of holiday! Im self employed and shut down last week so customers can’t hassle me and I’m just working at home a bit this week, but I’m having next week off completely.
The menopur was a bit of a faff this morning but hopefully will get the hang of it in a day or so!

@polejunkie I'm ok thanks and yeah I do. I have a constant low lying nausea feeling and mild cramps all the time so I guess that's pregnancy feelings. Never been pregnant before so not 💯 % sure 😂
Ooh not too far away from triggering soon then. When's your next scan?

@Sjhigs it's good you've got two scans booked in close succession. It's what I had too and the follicles had grown between the two. Think mine were 3 days apart.
@polejunkie EC can be a bit rough so defo take the next day off, I went bk to work the day after that but it's only wfh and I had no meetings so I barely did anything 🙈 book two days if you can! Best of luck 🤞🏾

@becarefuloutthere sounds very much like pregnancy symptoms to me! I hope the nausea doesn't worsen!

@crazycatlady1981 (glad the monopur was ok for you) and @Sjhigs thanks for the advice, I'll wait until I know when EC is likely to be and book that day and the next off, I'm WFH so work is relatively manageable. If EC is on a Weds I'll probably book the rest of the week - just feels difficult to plan tbh as it's all unknown and I hate waiting around with nothing to occupy me, it's the worst!!
