Hello @Sunbird24, welcome! Sorry to hear about your journey far, it sounds tough to have gone through that. Fingers crossed for you this time, it must be nerve wracking to be going in again?

@MIW01 that would be a pain in the backside. Mine doesn’t need a lot but I can’t get away with a bit more I think. I lost some weight for our wedding last October and it was all back on again by February

Thank you @thislittlebird, yes I find I’m telling fewer people each time as then I don’t have to explain the miscarriages. The clinic offers counselling, so I’ve kind of gone to terms with the fact that if none of my remaining embryos stick then motherhood is not meant to be for me. My approach now is ‘expect the worst but hope for the best’, if that makes sense?
I’ve gained 9kg throughout the process, but not going to worry about dealing with that at the mo!

@Sunbird24 yes definitely don’t worry about that now, there’ll be time for that eventually.

That makes sense, how have you found the counselling so far? I’m pleased the clinics offer it, I might take the service up myself when I start.

@CreativeThinkerTequilaDrinker ah I see my amh was on the lower side which I was really worried about but there you go the other end of the scale is just as bad there's just no easy plain sailing with any of this your health comes first though just try to enjoy the good weather and it'll fly in ❤️

@clolo no not that I've noticed I've been wearing black pants everyday checking everytime I wee 😂🙈 can't you check with your clinic for peace of mind it's maybe quite normal? I wouldn't of had lots generally anyway x

@Sjhigs good luck for tomorrow! My amh was on the lower side too but they still got 10 eggs out and 8 fertilised! 4 made it to embryos.

@clolo try not to worry yourself I think we're all just stressing looking for the tiniest things it's bound to be doing the job you'll maybe notice A difference now you've started the new meds

@becarefuloutthere oh really I've only 6 follicles too I'm trying to put it to the back of my head what will be will be. What was your follicle count and your amh xx

@clolo I have a little EWCM, not loads, but enough to notice. I have read it is quite common, your body thinks it's getting ready to ovulate, I get quite a lot in a normal month tbh.
I am definitely feeling bloated and uncomfortable, there's not much to me so maybe it's making it more obvious but I can't sleep on my front atm as it hurts - dread to think what it would be like if I actually had loads of follicles, ha!

@MIW01 I totally get how you feel! As I'm only 5' I feel like I always look bigger than I am, my top half is a good size 14 as I have large chestickles yet my waist is a 10/12 and my hips are a 12 but because of my stupid belly pouch I have to wear a 14! I do not have long legs I think but then my 15yo daughter is almost 6' and has legs that go on for days so that doesn't help 😂 it's so hard and though I've never been on a diet as such I just chose healthy options I am active and no weight is shifting and stupid bmi tells me i need to weigh 8.5 stone maximum yet when I weighed 9.5 everyone told me I looked ill 🤷🏼‍♀️

@clolo I got a load of EWCM yesterday and was really surprised, but then I figured it’s probably normal with all the hormones being pumped into me! Hopefully the buserelin is doing it’s job and preventing ovulation! I’m tracking my temp to make sure it doesn’t go sky high until after EC! 🤞🏻

@CreativeThinkerTequilaDrinker great to hear that your scan went well. I guess freeze all means you should have plenty of eggs/embryos so that’s quite positive but totally understand the pain of having to wait. My friend got 23 eggs retrieved and still managed to have a fresh transfer, so there may still be a chance you might have a fresh transfer. Fingers crossed for your next scans!! 🤞🏻

My fiancée went for commet test yesterday and results are due back week beginning 5th July but he's in so much pain now he's going to discuss surgery with the GP

@Narwhal88 that's a good result with the triple layer. Good luck for next week. The TWW is hard enough when it's a non-ivf cycle so I really feel for you all doing it post IVF!

@thislittlebird thanks! My LH has started to rise so thinking I'm ovulating. DH has gone to the office though and was back late last night and back late today. Desperately trying to DTD or else it'll be Sunday the last time we did 😂

@MIW01 that does sound infuriating. I think I'm similar. Maybe 1,800cal per day. I wish I'd known about the veg oils sooner. So easy to swap for olive or coconut oil

@Marvellouslymadmum my very short (under 5ft) diabetes nurse just told me to ignore BMI for short people as our organs are the same size and weigh the same as taller people so it's absolutely ludicrous and insane to expect that the BMI maths still applies to anyone who's under 5ft 3ins!
