Firstly love island isn't as fun as it used to be but I still love zoning out and watching it. The girls this year are all very glamorous and full of fillers etc. Usually they have a couple of more natural looking girls, it's not helping my self esteem 😅

Only a small temp increase today, bit gutted about that but will see what tomorrow brings. The apps seem to think I’m ovulating today so maybe big spike tomorrow?

Hope you have all had a lovely week.

Sad news here I'm afraid, after the high of BFP last week sadly I started bleeding Wednesday morning and by the evening it was clear I'd lost the pregnancy. Although I am beyond gutted DP and I are reassuring ourselves that we can get pregnant, so its just a matter of time.

I'm now on C8 (?) CD2, hopefully I will still Ov on CD14/15 but I'm preparing myself for a longer cycle!

Sorry for the depressing post but you ladies are so lovely, I didn't want to start over in another thread TTC!

You’re guess as to where I am is as good as mine this month @HRP1990 😂 you know what I have noticed that’s weird? While I haven’t been tracking this cycle I’ve had literally no symptoms of O where as last month I had it all, I’m wondering how much of it I’d put in my own head.

I’m sorry to hear that @SareBear87 chemicals are the worst! I hope you’re feeling okay, like you said, at least you know that you can get pregnant.

This is the thing with early testing, it’s only great as long as it sticks, otherwise you’d never know, which I imagine is a lot easier on emotions. Big love to you 🥰

@Peachycream I definitely think it’s in our head sometimes.. and we see/hear/read what we want to and what suits the situation best! I’ve read so many forums of women finding out their pregnant with no symptoms!

@HRP1990 yeah me too, that’s why I wonder if a lot of it is just coincidental?
Like I know, that if I’ve been around someone that I know is I’ll, ill 100% get symptoms even if I’m fine 😂 I think part of it is knowing what you’re looking out for so you convince yourself it’s happening?

I know my phone has messed up my ill and I’ll, but I can’t be bothered to go back and correct it and you know what I mean anyway 😂

To be honest the only reason I tested so early was because I had no symptoms! Sounds bonkers but normally I get really bad cramps, sore boobs and nausea before 🧙‍♀️ and this time I had none of it!

I don't think it will stop me testing early, I think not knowing is worse than knowing!

Only 10 days and I can start peeing on OPKs 🙈

Love the summary @HRP1990, how do these Fridays come around so quickly!! I use Natural Cycles and FF mostly, I’ve found NC to be the most responsive/accurate by FF shows the graph nicely haha!

This is where im at currently, opk wise. I think I most likely got my peak yesterday but because it was just a crazy day I didn’t test again. Got loads of EWCM last night so not sure what’s going on but hopefully the next day or so I’ll see a good rise!

@SkeletonSkins I wonder if you got another peak yesterday night between both your 0.8 readings? Your peak on 23rd could have been your body trying to ovulate but didn’t manage it and tried again last night? 🤞 I think you need 3 rides to confirm ovulation so you’ll know soon enough!

@SkeletonSkins know what you mean but I think if you left it longer to take the photo it would look like the rest. I think the dye takes a while to dry or something?

@SkeletonSkins vent away! This is definitely a good place for that, that we can't perhaps do in real life. Personally I really like knowing about where everyone else is at so not focusing on me all the time 🙂

@SareBear87 I'm sooo sorry. I really hope that as a group we can be a bit of support blanket in helping you to get through this and to get another BFP. I get where you are coming from in that the silver lining is it must be such a relief to know u can get pregnant.

Before I started joining these mumsnet TTC threads I didn't even know what a chemical was let alone how common they are ☹️
