No proper AF for me yet - spotting since Thursday which is annoying but I guess that means my LP has been a bit longer this month which is good - usually 11days.

I've got a question. So, I'm about 10 days out from my calcuated period, but i keep getting a weird pulling sensation where my uterus sits. Is this potentially a sign for pregancy??! i feel like its too soon to tell, but I wanted to know if anyone else has had a similiar feeling!!

Hi everyone hope you all dont mind if I join 😁 I'm after some advice if anybody can help...
I bought the clearblue advanced digital ovulation tests and started testing on wednesday. Tested around 2 in the afternoon blank circle and then tested before bed and it went straight to solid smiley peak which I thought was strange as my app says I'm not due to ov until sunday but I did have EWM etc...
So then today the solid smiley had disappeared been 48 hours so out of curiosity done another and it went to a flashing smiley??
I'm now questioning what's going on has anybody else had anything similar with this??

@HRP1990 I think I’m 6 or 7dpo. It was a little confusing this month but Fertility Friend says 6 but my other apps (I use 4 haha 🙈) say 7!

I've had something similar before. So it also detects eostrogen so when I read up it says if you've had a secondary oestrogen surge then the flashing smiley picks that up. I think your solid smiley is still the thing to pay attention to for O date. Are you tracking temp or anything??

Thank you 😁 no I dont temp check I can normally tell by cervical mucus and I get slight cramps is well which I have had as normal it's just quite early for me to ovulate which has confused me..
I had a miscarriage back in February so I think it's been a bit hit and miss since then!

I've just tested again this morning and I've just got a peak again after having a peak on wednesday I'm so confused 😥😥😥

Ahh girls im so confused and frustrated with this thermometer!

So I woke up desperate for a wee at about 4.30am. I knew I'd be getting up at 7:30am and remembered somebody saying it's best to have 4 hours sleep before temping. So I took my temp at 4:30am before going for a wee. I can't remember exactly what it was as I was super sleepy but it was about 36.4.

When I woke up at 7:30am I thought I'd do my temp out of curiosity to see if it was different and it was 36.7! But then what has confused me is I did it a further two times after that whilst sat in bed and got 36.58 and 36.49. There was about 10 minutes in between all 3 and I was sat in bed the whole time.

So I really don't know what temp to use ☹️ or even if my thermometer is accurate or working!

Also does anyone know if on Premom there's a way to view all the temps it received if it received more that one in a day? When I go on Premom it only shows the latest one that synched so I can't check what the 4:30am one was

@Sparklingwine1 personally I’d take the first one you did at 7.30. I ignore the 4 hours thing if I’ve just got up and been for a wee. I’ve not found it makes a big difference but weirdly time does, so if you wake up earlier your temp is lower. There is a calculator which can adjust it for you if you have to take it earlier than usual - www.whenmybaby.com/basalbodytemperature.php

If you put 36.4 at 4.30am it adjusts to 36.7 at 7.30am so it sounds like it’s exactly right for you. As soon as you wake up though and start moving you start to cool down a bit so the first temp
Is the right one. That sounds like a post ov temp to me?

@Nicn19 it’s possible that your body is like mine, and makes a couple of attempts at ovulating. You might have had a peak the first time round but your body didn’t quite make it over the line so to speak? And so is having another go? Worth DTD just in case!

Graph island update 😂 I’ve had a rise this morning yay! The test will be tomorrow. Looking at my graph, I think my body made an attempt to ovulate at CD 17 as you can see a temp dip followed by a rise, but then didn’t quite manage it. I’m hoping this time round is more successful as I had all the signs and symptoms. Fingers crossed!

If I did ovulate yesterday on 24/25, I’m just hoping we did enough BD wise, I guess there’s two goes at it which might ‘count’ so to speak, we’re just not everyday people haha

@SkeletonSkins it's never happened to be before but I did find it odd to get my peak before ovulation was due. I've DTD wed/thurs/friday i need a break tonight 😥🤣 will DTD sunday and Monday to cover all basis 🤞

@Nicn19 it’s quite common to have a dodgy cycle, based on statistics it works out that you have about 2 cycles per year where ovulation either doesn’t happen at all or it’s off. It’s nothing to worry about and is totally normal, most women’s cycles will fluctuate by about 7 days per year, so it stands to reason that it won’t always work out the way it’s supposed to every month.

@Sparklingwine1 I’ve used the adjuster a few times when I haven’t quiet managed to temp at the same time every morning, seems pretty consistent from experience!

@skeletonskins it looks like 24th was ovulation day! Yay! Fingers crossed it continues to rise and you should see some cross hairs 👌🏻

My temperature has been pretty consistent the past couple of days. From what I’ve seen I’m looking for a temp drop soon to show an implantation dip?

Although I like temping and seeing a pattern, if my temperature drops towards the end of my luteal phase I know AF is coming.. I’m not sure if I like seeing what’s about to happen or not if that makes sense?

I think I’d rather 🧙🏻‍♀️ just happen than be disappointed early? I hope that makes sense? There’s some random Saturday morning thoughts for you 😂
