@becarefuloutthere First stims scan is on 25th June, so I’ll be about 9 days into stims at that point.

@Sjhigs @polejunkie did you have your baseline scans yesterday? Hope they went ok and you’ve been able to start stims! 🤞🏻

@becarefuloutthere it's you! How are you feeling with your symptoms?

Does anyone use LH tests (dumb question 😂). Is this kind of reading normal for a regular, non-ovulation day? These are femometer and read 29% on the app. I get 80-200% at peak. I'm sure I used to get pretty much 0 in non-ovulation time. Maybe I imagined it.

@crazycatlady1981 baseline all good thanks so first stim is tonight! I’m actually quite excited now I’ve been shown how to do it - how are you, when’s your next appt?

@CycleGirl20 yes LH is meant to fluctuate throughout the cycle so that looks normal to me. I think consistently high readings are the ones to watch out for and usually are due to pcos

@crazycatlady1981 good morning scan went well just waiting on a call for when to start stims they need to time everyones differently as my private consultant does everything himself wish they'd hurry up and give me a day have a feeling its going to be tomo
What stage are you at now? I'm very rarely on here unless someone tags me I'm sooo busy I'm taking 3 weeks off and a hairdresser so been trying to get everyone sorted for going off 🙈

@becarefuloutthere the nausea in the afternoon/evenings is worse but still have managed to avoid actually being sick (thankfully!). So many foods I can't eat because they make it worse 😩 Have you had any symptoms yet? Hopefully another lucky date 12th July! You'll discover this is the worst wait now for you 🤣

@crazycatlady1981 yeah that's about right. Mine weren't big enough that day so I stimmed for a few more days then rescanned and they'd grown. I didn't realise that that was quite normal so that's a heads up in case you didn't too. Best of luck 🤞🏾

@Juno231 thanks! My previous fertility specialist said I might have PCOS because I have a high egg count and AMH, but then my regular fertility doctor said I just have a high egg count. I think I'm a bit paranoid now!

I think I'm really similar to @thislittlebird with high (but not out of bounds) AMH but then borderline MF. I'm following her story closely now wondering if my high egg count can't resolve our boarderline sperm issue.

Stressing a little as I haven't really made any lifestyle changes 🙈 just been doing what I normally do and cut back on the alcohol a bit on a very of its meant to be it'll be hope I've done the right thing and don't end up regretting my choices 🙈

@becarefuloutthere nope, just one stim injection at night and carry on with reduced nasal spray morning and night, this will be my first injection today! Luckily my down regs were nasal spray...

@polejunkie glad the scan went well and you’re getting to start stims tonight! 🎉 Yep I’m just stimming now until next Friday’s scan. Did you say that you had a weird bleed after af? I had af then it pretty much disappeared and then been heavy spotting ever since the scan! I’m hoping it stops soon! It’s really annoying!

@becarefuloutthere ooh thanks for the heads up! The schedule just suggests that I’ll have a scan on Friday and then EC on Monday but obviously that may well not be the case if my little follicles are slow growers! I’ve been talking to them and saying that now is the time to grow, grow, grow!! 😆

@Sjhigs that’s frustrating that they won’t tell you when you’re starting! Hopefully will be very shortly!! 🤞🏻 What meds are you on? I’ve been gradually changing stuff for months, but it never helped us get pregnant naturally so who knows! 🤷🏻‍♀️ I think the key is to just go with the flow, no point stressing yourself out about what you have or haven’t done! Good plan to take some time out though!

@crazycatlady1981 yeah AF was 3 days late and I have spotted ever since on and off - annoying as you say! Mentioned it to the fertility nurse and she said it was fine. No-one has said when EC may be for me (probably because it's dependent on so many different things) so hard to organise my life atm!

Good luck @polejunkie hope they call you soon @Sjhigs sorry you're feeling sick with it, we've lived a relatively good lifestylefor quite some time and it's not made a difference for us. I still ended up developing Type 2 diabetes despite eating low carb for years, never lost the weight I wanted (though I'm not big in the first place, just want to be smaller) I think there's a lot of myths out there that 'blame the victim' because that way it absolves the authorities of responsibility and they can just blame it on us for making poor choices so I would definitely just give yourself a break @Crazydoglady123 good luck @Juno231

@CycleGirl20 I've been told the best way to track cycles to confirm ovulation is BBT. I have the opposite issue with OPKs because my readings are never high, so I never get a dark 'peak' line reading yet my temperature change and hormone profile all suggest that I am ovulating . . . So I may just have a particularly low LH range? But everyone is different.

Had a panic yesterday at my 12 week scan as my EDD has been pushed back 3 days so I was adamant all my vomiting is going to make the baby small! Midwives just laughed and told me to stop worrying 😂😂
I'm borderline hyperemesis and have lost weight when I got weighed yesterday at the hospital. I'm hoping neither of you are actually sick as it's just horrendous!

@MIW01 Thankyou I just didn't want it to take over my life we've had a great time out on food dates just living a normal life @crazycatlady1981 day 2 how you feeling? I know checking my phone in and out of work here thinking hurry up 😂 it's definitely going to be this week sometime x

@Sjhigs feeling fine so far! 🤞🏻I keep expecting to wake up and have turned into a psychotic hormonal monster overnight 😂but i’m feeling quite calm and peaceful at the moment, although there’s still plenty of time for that to change! 😬 DH is prepped and ready for the mood swings!!

@Theawkwardblonde ooh you had your 12 week scan yesterday? That’s wonderful! Really hope the vomiting stops soon, it sounds horrific!

@crazycatlady1981 brilliant it was actually the pill they had me on before this that sent me psychotic hoping I'm OK on stims x

@Sjhigs I didn't do anything drastic diet wise, tried to get more veg and protein in me but still ate pizza too 😆 went on a girls lodge weekend when I was stimming and had a few drinks and my eggs still fertilised so I wouldn't worry too much! Get some pomegranate juice and Brazil nuts in you if you can, they're meant to be good during this time, also pineapple core!

@crazycatlady1981 haha love that you've been giving them a talking too 😂 I'm sure they've listened! My moods weren't too bad in the end, but glad Dh is ready for them 😆
