Hey @wag1987 I'm the same as you, still don't have many symptoms and now at 8 weeks. It's scary because you read that having strong symptoms is a sign of a healthy pregnancy but I'm trying to remind myself that there can be healthy pregnancies without strong symptoms and vice versa.
I had a private scan at 6+3/4. With my MC, my bleeding began at 7+3 but a scan showed the baby hadn't reached passed 6w and I don't know if it ever developed a HB, so I wanted to check if this one was going in the same direction. Although it's early, it should be possible to see an HB at that time. My scan showed a HB and baby was measured slightly bigger at 6+5/6 and they didn't need to do a transvaginal scan, just the abdominal one but I was fully expecting an internal one. I did find it slightly reassuring although I'm still trying to keep low expectations. I've had days this week where I've been convinced baby has stopped growing because my minimal symptoms have even lessened. I'm planning on booking another scan for between 9 and 10 weeks if I don't bleed before that.
Sorry for this long post - I don't know if it'll help but I don't think it's too early to have the scan if you're anxious. The place I go to does a second scan for free if the first one is inconclusive so that also helped me decide to have it so early.
Keep us posted lovely!
