Trying for baby number 3

Hi mummies

I'm in month two now of ttc my baby number 3, I know it's not been long but I'm nearly 30 and I'm worried that i won't be able to get pregnant again ☹️ did anyone else feel like this? I went through the whole tww last month and this month I'm trying to be a bit more casual about it as I STRESSED last month ridiculously. I hated trying to track ovulation and dpo it was alstreful absolutely expensive with pregnancy tests I got a bit obbsesed! Any support would be lovely

I'm a housewife who currently has my two children already 7 year old girl and 9 year old boy, I am so desperate now for a baby though it's giving me anxiety the thought of not being able to have another xxx

@Nats7504 oh I feel ya! I feel exactly the same so much pressure to DTD even when u don't want too. And if you don't u feel like u have missed the opportunity 🤦 your nearly at the end now so u can relax then! I'm hoping it's peak tomorrow for you and doesn't drag out for days 🤞🙌 xx

Oh I am so relieved tbh! I had myself out this month for sure! I am cd19 so the app is saying ovulation tomorrow? I would be inclined to think I will ovulate today as the peak was early in the morning?? I will test again when I get home and see what it says 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ We dtd this morning so I’m hoping I’ve covered myself??

@Springflower3 see told you that u had nothing to worry about! Probably just stress pushing it back a little bit! At least now u can relax and have a break 🙈 yes u will be covered 😊 I worked yesterday for a bit and maybe in tomorrow if they need me and then probably 9-4 Saturday. No don't think there's any point in me testing today it was so light and it's never this early. Xx

Aww DP was up getting a drink and I’m a light sleeper! So basically I didn’t get back to sleep as his alarm goes at 5am and mine at 6am 🤣 I will be ready for bed at lunchtime 🙈🙈
Aww I am so relieved to have peaked! I’m crampy today which seems to happen when I get my peak so I’m ovulating today!! 😬😬 hopefully there is plenty of swimmers to meet the damn egg! Xx

So glad you managed to DTD before the big O 🙌 I’m sure you’re covered and some after she messed you around the last few days. @Nats7504 that’s a good strong line! I would defo be checking in the am if I was you to see if there is much more progression but honestly I would count that as peak! I know, sex is great n all but really you just want the sperm in your toot so it’s like right hurry the fuck up and finish!!! 🤣🤣🤣

Mine literally wakes up in the same position he fell asleep in. Makes me so frustrated as I’m such a poor sleeper. Yeah, Fridays the last day he can have any fun time. He’ll be dry by then the poor thing 😂

Did you POAS yesterday? Has it got any darker? I did 2 yesterday and they have definitely got lighter so I take it my peak was Thursday. We DTD last night to cover late ovulation. I’m so done now. He better not come near me for a good few days!!

Any plans this weekend? My DP has gone to a wedding so home alone as boys are at their dads. Going to chill, tidy up and then my sister and best friend are come over tonight for a wine night 🍷 xx

Hello @Skl2021 and @Nats7504 😃 Thanks for the welcome. Yep definitely a POAS addict! I've tried tracking BBT and using opks and it looks like I have a short luteal phase which I think (hope) is from still breast feeding my youngest. Trying to wean LO off breastfeeding but it's a slow process so far.
I've tried to use a more relaxed approach with TTC the last couple of months but no luck 😳 I did have a chemical in October and now I think it just won't happen.
My first LO took ten months of TTC but my second was (literally) the first try so this time trying is definitely the longest!
How are you both coping? Are you tracking anything?
