Trying for baby number 3

Hi mummies

I'm in month two now of ttc my baby number 3, I know it's not been long but I'm nearly 30 and I'm worried that i won't be able to get pregnant again ☹️ did anyone else feel like this? I went through the whole tww last month and this month I'm trying to be a bit more casual about it as I STRESSED last month ridiculously. I hated trying to track ovulation and dpo it was alstreful absolutely expensive with pregnancy tests I got a bit obbsesed! Any support would be lovely

I'm a housewife who currently has my two children already 7 year old girl and 9 year old boy, I am so desperate now for a baby though it's giving me anxiety the thought of not being able to have another xxx

We won’t get the chance until about 9pm tonight 😞 it will be too late by then…. Unless I haven’t actually peaked yet… I’ve brought an opk to work just to check what is going on 🤣🤣 I’m cd 18 which was normal for me before pill so dear knows tbh! I’m glad I didn’t use the clear blue this morning or I would have missed it!
How long you gonna wait @Skl2021? Have you stocked up on the cheapies?? Xx

@Springflower3 I would say it will go higher than the pic won't it? Hopefully your still peaking and you get a chance tonight 🤞🤞 yes I have ordered them just waiting for them to arrive 😂 I will test as soon as I get them 🤣🤦 just incase u never know 🙊🤔 xx

@Skl2021 I took it there now and it is slightly lower so the app is saying I peaked this morning 😞😞 I’ve missed it! I bloody missed it!!!!! Unless the coffee I drunk diluted it 😞 fuck this month is a mess!!

@Springflower3 maybe try one more when u can and hold off the liquids just incase that one was diluted? U could still hit the window as u might not ovulate until 24 hours after your peak? So I would still give it a try! It's worth a shot even if u can't do it until tonight u might still be before ovulation! 🤞🤞 Well I'm cd 8 🤦 so way to early. My app says I will ovulate in 9 days. Always puts my ovulation on cd 17 for some reason even though it never happens then 🤣🙈 xx

I had plans tonight @Skl2021 but DP had hinted at cancelling them 🤣🤣🤣 he actually asked why I didn’t tell him sooner? Emm because I didn’t know ffs like yest line was barely there but I suppose if I had tested twice yest I would have known 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

@Springflower3 That’s a good peak and glad you finally got it. DTD tonight and you’re still in with a chance. You ovulate 12-36 hours after the peak and the egg is waiting for 24 hours. Cancel them plans and get on the D! 🤣

@Skl2021 CD8 already? God that week went quick, well for me it did 🙈 You’ll be in shaggathon week before you know it!

I’m CD 13 today so ovulation is imminent, should get my peak hopefully today or tomorrow. We’ve DTD the past 2 nights so hopefully we’ve covered ourselves. I hope I don’t ovulate later as DP can’t have sex after Friday due to giving a sample on the Monday 🙈 XX

@Springflower3 so my tests came today and I did one hardly anything there but I was expecting that 🤣🙈 and there absolutely shit! Extremely thin 🤦 that will teach me!

@Skl2021 What are you like testing already 🤣🤣 You’ll be moaning when that peak shows and you have to jump back on the D 😂 I’ve been using home bargain ones, think it’s £3 for 5 so should really invest in some amazon beauties!

@Springflower3 Don’t be jealous of our sex life, it’s nothing romantic. TTC has killed that! I’ve just taken my 2nd OPK of the day and my peak hasn’t come yet 🤦🏻‍♀️ It better come tomorrow otherwise we won’t be able to DTD. He’s a little nervous as he assumes it’s him with me already having kids but to be honest I think it’s my old eggs 🥚 XX

@Nats7504. Well I think I'm officially addicted🤣 I knew it wouldn't show anything but it doesnt stop me 🙈 haha I don't have to worry about the d for a while 🙌 are they they stick ones or strip ones? Mine are absolutely crap 😂 IV used poundshop ones in the past there not terrible xx

They are in a casing, much like a pregnancy test. I should order some. I only tend to use a few a month but worried I’m missing it if I have a second peak like some people do so should test more.

I’m still in shaggathon heaven and will be at it again tonight. That peak better come tomorrow so I can see an end in sight 🙈 xx

Yes there better and clearer I just use to many and costs too much 😂🙈 yes I tested one month and thought I'd peaked and then on a whim carried on testing and got my actual peak which was alot stronger! Hahaha shaggathon heaven 🤣🙊 I don't envy you 😜 not long to go now tho! Hopefully 🤣👀 you two will be testing before I even get to ovulation!! Xx

@Skl2021 That’s what I’m worried about as I stop testing when I get a peak. Maybe that’s where I’m going wrong. We should just have set 2-3 times a week and we’d be covered. I’ll order some, what ones do you usually get? Not the shit batch you have this time 🤣

@Nats7504 u usually get quite a strong peak tho so hopefully you are in the right time! Haha I will attach my current shitty ones they are literally a few mm's thick. I have used femometer ones they were nice and clear and thicker! Easy@home get good reviews aswell. Just stay away from the one step!! 🤦🤣 Haha yes my excitement goes out the window after the first time. My oh was also over the moon last month when I had that huge peak 🙈 I was like ffs we have to do it again 🤦wish I had that sex drive!! Xx

I’m the same. TTC is hard when you’re not in the mood but you know you need too. Men love it but they get all the fun and none of the stress of mapping and stuff. 🙄 They just turn up to the party 🎉 XX
