Hi ladies Has anyone tried the sperm meets egg plan? I downloaded the free ebook earlier on amazon & Im going to give it a go this coming month! Anyone want to join? 💁🏻‍♀️ I'm month 4 ttc.

I feel like I'm not reacting enough or something 😂 I'm thrilled but I mean when you can't tell everyone life just goes on. I'll try & make it to that 12 week mark before telling everybody 😂 Due date is Jan 30th 🤩🤞

Hope all are well! I’m cd30/14dpo still no af.
Haven’t tested - night test tomorrow when I’m actually due!
Getting period pains though! So think I’m out!

@Poppet2021 cramps are also common in early pregnancy 🤞🤞🤞🤞 maybe!

@spttc still no af but haven’t done a test. Don’t think I want to see the BFN!
I can kind of feel cervix so think I’m out. AF will prob come tomorrow dead on time. ☹️

I'm out too. AF came a day late and seems to be even lighter than normal which is weird. Did a test at 10dpo as was going away for the weekend and didn't want to get upset with AF arriving so knew this month wasn't the month early on 😔 fingers crossed for the rest of you still waiting!

@HJen22 ahh sorry to hear af arrived. I’m due tomorrow. Let’s see if it comes! I think it will. Goodluck for next month xxx

@Poppet2021 thank you! I hope AF doesn't arrive for you! Not sure what to do this month, maybe not do any tracking at all, see how I feel over the next few days. Fertility appointment is next Tuesday, I'd really hoped we'd not need it 😢

@HJen22 go with your gut. Maybe take it easy and relax this month.
Try preseed too. I’ve heard it helps a lot. We used it with my first. And using it now.
Keep in touch with how things go. Keep this thread going if poss

@Poppet2021 yeah I sometimes have months where I don't really track anything other than when we've DTD. Gets a lot when it's every cycle and not happening. I've read about preseed, is it pretty easy to use? Yeah definitely, it's been a great thread. I just don't know if my poor OH felt pressured the fact I wanted to do it so many days in a row, we managed 5 in a row so I was gutted it didn't work.

@HJen22 I agree there's something to be said for less tracking sometimes! It can just make the whole thing really stressful. I think the message of the SMEP is to not just focus on exact expected days you are fertile and to make sure to start trying early and regularly throughout the month & don't stop because you think you've ovulated and it's "too late". I wouldn't stress if you don't hit exact days. I'd just stick to even every 2nd day leading up to fertile week focusing on ovulation👌

We had our appointment with the clinic earlier this month and was meant to be getting more tests this week..... then I got pregnant! I think I was really reassured doing that and that's why I was very relaxed about it all this month. When I told the clinic they said that happens a lot! So this could well be your month 🤞 Genuinely think it helped me relax. And also proceive max supplement. I swear that was a game changer. If anyone here can get their hands on that do! 😂 and I used pre-seed aswell I think @Poppet2021 mentioned that.

I tested this morning (am due on today!) and clear BFN. getting strong af pains and a bit of a pulling/tugging sensation.
Then hit my boob and it’s hurting ALOT!
God knows what’s happening.
I mean with my first child I got a BFP on 16dpo. I’m 15dpo today.
Ahh man this ttc is hard. The tww is a killer especially when af is due. Lol

Omg @Poppet2021 I have everything crossed. Especially if you didn't get a positive until 16dpo with your first 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

Still no af. But still bfn on cheapies.
I think I’m out. Surely I’d have a vvv faint line at the least. Hmm

How is everyone else today?

@Poppet2021 some cheapies aren't that sensitive. I'm still getting a super faint line on those. Much fainter than the first response. My cheapies are awful tho. I think the brand is "one step".... I really don't recommend.

@spttc I’ve got the mommed ones they are also one step ones. I’ve got a clear blue standard one that tells you how many weeks and one early one. But I’m thinking if there’s any point to do it.

@Poppet2021 I got 1-2 weeks yesterday (10DPO) on the clearblue. I Havnt used the 2nd one in the box as I want to wait until I think I'll get the 3-4 weeks. But the point is..... I got 1-2 on that & SUPER faint on the "one step" one.

I not encouraging as the clearblue are so pricey! 😂 but it seems the "one step" ones I have require decent levels

@spttc do you think I should do an early one? Maybe if af doesn’t come tomorrow I will. But my cheapies are clear bfns

@Poppet2021 yeh I'd take one tomorrow if you are late. Who knows! If you didn't get a BFP on your first pregnancy until 16dpo etc How exciting! Pray for no AF 😬🤞🙏

My friend only got a positive once she was 3 days overdue. It's not unheard of, I mean implantation can happen as late as 12dpo, I don't see why it couldn't happen at 13dpo.

Hey everyone AF came this morning so I'm out too :(
We've agreed to try one more month and then pay for the checks in July!

Going to try not to think about it too much this month and have tried to book out every evening in June to keep my mind off TTC

Hope everyone is doing ok! June is our month I feel it 😂
