Hi ladies Has anyone tried the sperm meets egg plan? I downloaded the free ebook earlier on amazon & Im going to give it a go this coming month! Anyone want to join? 💁🏻‍♀️ I'm month 4 ttc.

Oh update I got my peak on the monitor today Cycle day 20 so late!
Very distinct left line like yesterday though so confusing!

We only managed to do 2 of the 3 consecutive days following peak talk about falling at the last hurdle 😂

Now it's just a waiting game! 2dpo!
Has anyone done any pregnancy tests yet? 😂

@Elsbeth1 same 🙈 only 2 of the 3 in a row.... 🤦🏻‍♀️ I feel it's not my month, I honestly Havnt even thought about it until just now I checked my email and saw the notification! I think maybe because it was month 4 I'm just bored of thinking about it 😂😂😂

I'm 5dpo I think! Anyone near to test day?

@spttc I’m 9dpo today. Took a test this afternoon on highly diluted urine (it was crystal clear lol!).... and guess what?? BFN!
Feel pretty disheartened. But also know it’s pretty early to test.

@spttc @Elsbeth1 how are you both ?

@spttc i mean that's ideal to just not think about it 🙈
Did you do the one extra day for luck one? Husband is out tomorrow so don't think we'll bother!

Oh did you get your test results back too? Hope everything is ok!

@Poppet2021 yeah still early days try not to worry! I'll probably start testing at like day 7 I have issues 😂
Did you manage to follow the plan properly?

@Poppet2021 I love to link that calculator :) www.countdowntopregnancy.com/pregnancy-test/dpo-chart.php?dpo=9 So not even 50% of all pregnant women will get a positive on 9po - and if you didn't take FMU, you can probably cutting the positives in half.

@Poppet2021 it's still early days for sure! I agree with @Bundaberg84 and the calculator 👌

@Elsbeth1 yes we just had our consultation and results this morning. Everything normal 👌🥳 I feel really relieved.

AMH was 16.9 which she said is great for my age and said there's no sense of running out of time. Etc etc

Semen analysis was very impressive my husband is delighted with himself 😂 My clinic have a policy of no abstinence necessary for Semen analysis, you just tell them on the day how long it's been. We did 24hours as we wanted to find out what we are working with when dtd every 24hrs, it came back great 🥳😂 so he's chuffed lol. So we know theres no problem there.

She said to keep trying naturally as there's no obvious reason it wouldn't happen, but if we want to be super proactive (which we do) do the following:

1. Have an SIS test to ensure tubes are clear
2. Do a "female fertility profile" blood test.
3. Put my name down for IVF as there's a 2-3 month wait. Then if we get pregnant in the next 2-3 months we can just cancel it.

So that's the plan 👌

We dtd CD9, 11, 15-18 and 20. (Didn’t do CD13 as hubby wasn’t feeling great)
Had really strong positive opks on CD16 &17

Fingers crossed I’ve covered myself

Feeling like my Af is about to come. Tested this morning at 12dpo and BFN. so think I’m out this month. Feeling pretty sad and emotional! 😞

It's always an emotional time but it's still early days in terms of how long you've been trying and never know until AF arrives!

So af hasn’t arrived yet! So you never know... I haven’t tested this morning as I don’t see the point! May as well wait until tomorrow!
But I was checking my cervix position (sorry for tmi) and can’t feel it with middle finger... so that might be a good sign. But then again... they say that’s not an accurate answer. Hmm don’t know what to think?! Am getting all Af pains but this morning got painful boobs. But I think I just need to stop thinking about it. Easier said than done though!

Anyways just thought I’d update!

Very faint line alert!!! I got it on 2 cheap test strips aswell 🙈🤞😧 What do we think? It's definately there but I just feel terrified. I'm 9/10dpo now.

@Poppet2021 you're still in this until AF arrives. You may have ovulated a day or so later, implanted later, anything can happen

@Elsbeth1 thank you so much. I'm in total shock & over the moon. Iv had to contact the clinic and cancel my tests 😂 it's always the way.

This morning I woke up and NEEDED not wanted. Absolutely needed a pickle sandwich immediately, pickles in a jar, pickled onions etc. I Havnt had any of those things in 10 years I'd say. That's what prompted me to test! My only "symptom" 😂 when I went to buy a second test I went to 4 supermarkets looking for a cheese & pickle sandwich. In the end bought a large jar of it and made my own 😂
