TTC April/May 2021 - Sperm meets Egg Plan "SMEP"

Hi ladies Has anyone tried the sperm meets egg plan? I downloaded the free ebook earlier on amazon & Im going to give it a go this coming month! Anyone want to join? 💁🏻‍♀️ I'm month 4 ttc.

Hi guys! New to this thread @spttc sent me the link to follow, thank you @spttc hope you don't mind me jumping in. I'm on to cycle 3, I'll be honest didn't really try in cycle 2. I just felt so anxious and frustrated about timing my ovulation tests as I get up at 3am for work. All the info I was reading was confusing me for example first morning wee then it was test between 10-2pm. So I've decided to go with the clear blue digitals for first thing in the morning and then boots own opk tests between 10-2pm. I really want to give it my all this month. So conscious about missing my surge :( period due on the 5th and then it's all systems go!

I've been reading about the SMEP looks really interesting. This is may sound silly however.... can you not try literally everyday after your period stops? Or does it have to be to this plan or there ot there abouts?
