Thanks for turning up you lovely lot and so Welcome back on board the bus where our route now takes us through the POAS early corner of shame to the “I’m gonna wait until AF is late this time” and then stopping at the fertility clinic to drop off a bunch of giggling girls going to get their foof felt up by a load of nurses and hopefully get impregnated by them! 🤞🏻

This bus is the one where TTC happens in many different forms, shagging conventionally, unconventionally, with the help of scientific intervention, IUI/ICSI/Clomid/IVF & even just watching from the top of the bus 👀. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been trying for days, weeks, months or like some of us we’ve been around each other for so long we can’t bear to leave, nothing is TMI and there’s never a silly question...

Hell we KNOW TTC is tough, lots of us have had heart ache & are chasing 🌈so we are there for each other, as well as trying to have laughs along the way 🥰☺️

Hey, hope everyone's well! Sorry I'm so tired atm I'm struggling to keep up. Where's those "previously, on the bus..." recaps when I need one 🙄

Just had my second stims scan and now have 18 follicles over 10mm so EC booked in for Monday. Back in Friday for last stims scan. Feeling really nauseous today too which the nurse said is hormones but I think nerves a little bit too

@Juno231 yikes. Well I'm glad you are OK. I'm hoping you are still OK? Although I'm not sure that really sounded OK anyway! The being sick sounds horrendous. 🙈 The dr being useless is rather concerning (things like this is why I've never trusted the nhs). So assuming she was correct (although I feel sorry for the poor person she got you mixed up with?) then just on your left ovary isn't bad. In the sense of half your eggs should have still being getting there? Therefore no real reason for you not to be pregnant after over a year? If ivf is bought forward then that's great, because it clearly wasn't happening on its own? But I don't think removing endo makes any difference to ivf so you've gone through all this for not much gain? I would say its worth doing but it kind of sounds horrific!

@InkyPaper where I had to park for DH to do his was a residential street! Like of quiet with trees though. As it's in a built up area! Public toilets in the hospital are worth a go? Pick one on a quiet corridor though, not by entrances.

So- I did an IC this morning. I had to laugh. I'm 7dpo. They told me i can't test until 14dpo because of the trigger shot giving a false positive. I meant to do it yesterday and forgot but I thought I'd do every other day and make sure it was out. To avoid any false hope in a week!
So there I was finally expecting to see the illusive 2 lines (albeit 'fake'), as I've never seen it in my life. And guess what? Stark bloody white! 😲
I feel robbed..... 🤣🤣🤣

@paintfairy 😅 well at least now if you do get pregnant you will be able to believe the positive having seen it wasn't positive before! Must have been annoying though when you were expecting to see it... it is so strange the first time you ever see a line after having looked at stark whites so much. Surprised they ask you to wait until 14 days after when we're all testing from 12 days after every month.

Pulling one out in the hospital public loos 🤣 this is the one time I have some sympathy for the guys involved in this.

@justanothercyster they just said the entire clinic had been cancelled and they didnt know the reason 🤨

Today is a good day.. spending some quality time with my dad 🤗☺

Oh your boss sounds like an arse @Somatronic - I once worked for a right bitch that rung me at 8am and 6.30pm EVERY day to 'check in'. She was such a bully.

@bez91 well my lining had to be7mm for a transfer the following week and they worked on the basis of 1mm growing period day? So kinda seems like it's the other end of the spectrum? But maybe that's the thickness yours gets before realising it doesn't have a fertilised egg & shedding? So basically no idea 🤣

Hi guys. Just skipping through posts sitting at the school. Still no AF but RHR has dropped so its close. Suppose it's good I've not had any spotting as of yet. DTD last night and normally when so close to af I'd have spotting and nope. Strange. I'm deffo not pregnant. So she may make an appearance soon.

Hope your scan goes ok @Kirky658, I loved the 20 week one as it takes a while to get around to everything so you get a good long look and can see lots of little features.

@Minster2012 have got that baby programme recorded, DH said it was a bad idea but I was like nah, I’ll be fine but maybe not 😢

Speaking of tv has anyone started Shadow and Bone on Netflix. I love it! If you are into fantasy/magic I recommend it.

@2020mission they tell you to wait to make sure the trigger is out. Otherwise people might get a false positive if they do it too early. Which is why I wanted to see if it was out.
And DH said he'd rather do it in the car than the toilet. 🤣

Hello all! Hope I'm okay to join the bus I'm 34 and currently 8dpo TTC my first. It's been a difficult journey so thought it would be a good idea to join a thread with others who understand how hard it can be.

Embarassing story would be - around 10 months ago I went for an internal ultrasound. Mid scan the computer crashed and started rebooting, so I then had 3 minutes of awkward conversation with the woman doing the scan with the thing still inside me Luckily we both laughed about it afterwards lol

Hopefully that will get me a ticket on the bus haha

Thus seemed like a good place to put this

@Haiyaa haha I'd only love to tell her to fuck off but I need the money! I nearly did though. I was very short with her and it seemed to work actually because she started doing a bit more work herself this afternoon. I don't mind doing my job, it's constantly having to remotely perform ridiculous tasks because my boss is too lazy to do them herself that annoys me.
