7 high days opk no peak yet!

Hi,

I’ve been ttc for around 7 months. Brought my first opk this month.

I had one day negative and just had my 7th day of high opk. This is now day 17.

Cycle is normally around 30/31 days.

Any advice or has anyone else had multiple high opks?

Hi lovely ladies. I finally have a quiet weekend. Yesterday I went out to celebrate 5 weeks mark. I still feel so anxious as I'm so early. I wish time would go faster🤣. I have been a bit obsessed with tests lines as my clinic won't do blood tests. I ran out of the cheap hcg sticks so I bought a clearblue and I think it's a dye stealer. I'll post the picture so you girls can give me an opinion if that's good for 5 weeks ? I have a scan booked for mid July. I'm so nervous about that .

@BellaBoo7 I can't believe you're only in for 6 hours! I thought they would keep you for at the least 24 hours! Were you at the midwife led ward ?
I suspect I'll be consultant led because I'm IVF and I had eclampsia at my first pregnancy.

@AZ1992X so lucky to have people buying you things for the baby. That's a massive help I believe. I hope I'm that lucky as we've spent so much with ivf and now I have to take medication until 12 weeks which costs us around 300 a week. I might have to get things for the baby from the charity shops if my family don't help me as everything is so expensive 🤣

@Angie887 that line is definitely there. I can’t compare as I only used the clear blue the first couple of days then switched to the cheap Wilko ones and was doing them for weeks as I was paranoid too!

yeah I went to the midwife unit. It’s within the hospital but a separate ward. We got there at about 6.30 am and left at 5.15pm 😂. We were meant to be able to leave at 3pm but had to wait for a consultant to check Elodie’s heart so it ended up being 8 hours not 6 x

@BellaBoo7 I'm glad I'm not the only one paranoid with test lines 🤣.
I really wish I'm able to stay with the midwives as it seems so much more relaxed. It's good you went early morning so you could be back home same day. By the way Elodie is such a lovely name ❤

Hi girls! Hope everyone is OK. Just thought I'd update you all. Unfortunately I passed the sac with a tiny baby inside at home and got to hold it in my hands. I'm devastated but at the same time I'm very grateful for the time I spent with it. I will try again on my next cycle and pray for a sticky bean. ❤

im fine although the nights are hot and rocking a baby to sleep is no fun, we both end up drenched in sweat 😂 x

@BellaBoo7 unfortunately negative. I still have 5 embryos on ice so 5 more attempts but I might take a month break to sort out my mental health.

Happy new year lovely ladies! I'm glad you're both well @AZ1992X @BellaBoo7 . How your little ones doing? How's life in general?

I had a very busy past few months. I'm 8 weeks pregnant after my 4th ivf. I had a few complications with a subchorionic hematoma and have been on bedrest since 5 weeks but so far so good and praying it's finally my turn and little one stay with us❤

Elodie is a little whirlwind now, I can’t believe that she’ll be 1 at the end of this month, it’s absolutely flown x

@BellaBoo7 thank you! Omg i can't believe she's nearly 1 already. Time does go fast. Are you thinking of trying for a sibling at some point?

@BellaBoo7 thank you. He was 7 pounds 5. I ended up having an emergency C-section so was a bit scary but all was well in the end and have recovered well.

@BellaBoo7 I'm fine thank you. 13 weeks this weekend. I had my 12 weeks NHS scan last week but they couldn't get measurements of the baby due to the position. We decided to go for the NIPT privately yesterday. Everything looks perfect on the scan and little one wouldn't stop jumping 🤣. We should receive results within next 2 weeks and they should tell us the gender ! Very exciting!!
