7 high days opk no peak yet!

Hi,

I’ve been ttc for around 7 months. Brought my first opk this month.

I had one day negative and just had my 7th day of high opk. This is now day 17.

Cycle is normally around 30/31 days.

Any advice or has anyone else had multiple high opks?

@AZ1992X I ovulated yesterday so 1dpo today. My ovulation was 2 days late this cycle and I didn't know if my clearblue was going to jump straight to peak this cycle again so I'm exhausted as I started DTD a week ago thinking that I was going to have only peak again😂. I ended up having 3 days of flashing smiley this cycle before my static on Tuesday so I'm glad to have a normal cycle again 😂. I bought a Mira and it's very interesting to see real numbers rising instead of lines or flashing face.

How are you doing? Feeling positive this cycle? I'm sad I lost my ovulation buddy 😂

Yes I’ll be 20 weeks on Sunday! I think I’ve started to feel her move this week too but I missed the butterflies stage we’ve gone straight to full on movement feelings. I’m booked in to go and buy a heartbeat bear tonight and taking my dad with us as it’s his birthday 😊

@BellaBoo7 nothing yet but is still very early, keeping positive - I feel it will happen just a question of when.

@Angie887 Ah it’s horrible when that happens - that’s why I stopped clearblue and just moved to strips as was just exhausting 😂. I’ve heard of that - glad it seems to be working for you!

All good here thank you - remaining positive. Just had some more bloods done yesterday and if they come back ok no more tests needed the gp said. 🤞

Hello ladies I'm 8dpo and already had my mid TWW cry this morning as my bbt started declining and I know what follows next week. But at the least I now feel much better and can prepare myself for cycle 8 TTC. How's everyone doing?

@BellaBoo7 it's very nice of you keeping checking up even though you're already pregnant. I realized that in this forums most ladies lose interest in ttc chats once they're pregnant. Thank you still checking in❤️.
By the way I also missed the butterflies phase when DD1 started moving. I only started feeling her move when I was about 20 weeks like you. I think it's very normal to miss that phase during first pregnancy as it's very easy to mistake that with gas 😂lol.

Hey!

AF is due anytime now - today or tomorrow. I haven’t tested but don’t feel anything yet. I’ll probably test tomorrow morning if it’s not here as I go away so would be nice to know either way.

@Angie887 if it’s only one day of a decline carry on temping as so many things can affect it. Mine declined this morning and if it continues on a decline tomorrow I’m sure AF will show soon. This weather doesn’t help tracking I find.

I've been using ovusense for the past 3 months so it's core temperature which isn't affected by external factors. I found it a lot more accurate than normal BBT thermometer and I'd highly recommend it to monitor temperatures. I usually have a slow decline from 7dpo until Af arrives so I'm not confident this will be my month. Just feeling so much more emotional this cycle as I never thought it'd take this long. Still trying to keep positive but it's getting harder and harder with each failed cycle.
I honestly don't know what else I could try differently. I think I've tried pretty much everything at this point 😂. Onwards and upwards we'll get our little miracle in the end🙏🤞

@Angie887 I haven’t heard of that but sounds a lot more reliable than standard ones. Might have a look into it. I normally drop the day before AF is due which is why I think it’s due imminently.

I agree it does get harder the longer it gets but I’m sure our time will come ❤️❤️

I started spotting today and I'm only 12dpo. I wasn't expecting AF until Wednesday as my LP is always 14 days so I'm very shocked and worried if this even normal. I never spotted before Af and never this early. Wondering if aspirin could've caused this. All HPT are negative so I'm officially saying I'm out and just waiting for full flow.

@Angie887 you never know it could be implantation and I’m sure your hcg doesn’t rise until implantation there’s still hope x

Yes, it could be what bellaboo said - your levels wouldn’t rise until after implantation so just keep an eye out and see if AF turns up and if doesn’t maybe test in two days time. X.

I’m good thank you, had the 20 week scan last week it’s amazing the detail you can see! Top tip for when ur ordering stuff the waiting times are ridiculous we thought we were early ordering at 20 weeks but the furniture isn’t arriving till end of Nov so I’m glad we didn’t wait any longer x

@BellaBoo7 after getting BFN in every test brand AF finally showed today. 2 days late.
Something is causing me a hormonal imbalance and I suspect it's my preconception vitamin. The month I switched vitamin was when weird things started happening. Hopefully I've caught the culprit and can finally fix it.
Roll on 8th month ttc hopefully this will be the month 🤞
I have booked another appointment with a fertility specialist for a second opinion on my 'secondary unexplained infertility'. Hopefully I can get some answers. If I'm not successful naturally by beginning next year, reluctantly I might move to IVF.
