7 high days opk no peak yet!

Hi,

I’ve been ttc for around 7 months. Brought my first opk this month.

I had one day negative and just had my 7th day of high opk. This is now day 17.

Cycle is normally around 30/31 days.

Any advice or has anyone else had multiple high opks?

@Angie887 all good here - just in the 2ww so just waiting game now!

I wouldn’t worry about that - just means you have a quick surge this cycle so less waiting hopefully 🤞

I moved to the cheap opks recently as found it easier to track my cycle as you can really see it rise then drop.

@BellaBoo7 this fills me with hope! I thought I was out as I figured my estrogen levels were too low and the test didn't pick up on it. I'm taking some Chinese herbals and I thought that was the reason of my low estrogen levels.
How's your pregnancy progressing? ❤️

@AZ1992X I use cheapies as well as the digital . It's very exciting to see the line darkening. Usually digital turns to peak a day earlier than cheapies. How many Dpo are you today? Hope this is our month 🤞🤞

Ive tried not to use opks much this month and feel so much better and less stressed about it all. Just did one or two around when I thought was just before ovulation which did confirm my LH had risen. Think I’m around 4DPO so still while to go.

Had some blood tests and got follow up on Monday to go through them so hoping that’s all ok too.

Trying to keep positive & let’s hope it is our month 🤞

@AZ1992X @Angie887 I’ve just started growing out of my clothes 😂 I’ve borrowed some stuff and bought a few bits now as well. I’m still doing well thank you just feeling normal but a bit fatter! I have been told I need these extra internal scans though as I had treatment for abnormal cells last year 😢 x

@AZ1992X I'm 4 dpo too so we're ovulation buddies again 😁. Are you still temping? I think I'll stop temping now that ovulation is confirmed because watching it dropping is very stressful for me.
Are you having fertility investigations done?
I had a hycosy this cycle so I have now officially done every single fertility test and they can't find anything wrong. I'm happy because there's nothing wrong but at the same time I'm like why I'm not pregnant yet?😕 It's very frustrating. But I know it'll eventually happen so trying to keep positive.

@BellaBoo7 how very exciting buying new clothes !! How many weeks are you? I'm sure you'll be fine as your treatment was successful. Keeping my finger crossed for you 🤞.
I think I'll be fatter after this cycle too as I can't stop eating. I had a dream about eating a coconut cake last night and woke up craving coconut 😅. I'm not a big eater so this is very unusual.

In the cycle I caught I was starving in the 2ww so it could be a good sign 🤞🏼I never eat breakfast but had to in that 2ww

@Angie887 ah really! That’s strange it’s same day 😂😂. I’m still temping but not sure it helps that much now I’ve ovulated other than maybe knowing If AF will show.

Just had some bloods following my MC just to check everything is ok. Not had any other investigations yet. I know I can get pregnant but would still be nice to know everything is ok. Think I’ll wait and see what happens Monday and if I need any further testing. That’s good they’ve all come back good - did you do that privately?

@BellaBoo7 I can totally relate with that. I never have lunch at work but since 1dpo I can't go more than 3 or 4 hours without eating. I can't even focus properly because I'm that hungry 😂 I thought my progesterone levels must be high because that is what causes hunger. Here hoping I get some good news next week but if I don't, onwards I go and roll on 7th cycle ttc. Keep up posted how the pregnancy is progressing. Love reading your updates ❤️

@AZ1992X exactly! Temping after ovulation only adds to stress levels. I usually have a gradual decline in temperature from 7dpo. I think I'd rather not stress about af before she shows up her ugly face.

That's exactly what I think too. It's good to do all fertility tests just as reassurance that everything is OK. I have 2 grown up children so can't get anything fertility related on NHS. I've been having to do all tests privately. Well worth the peace of mind.
The thing is when we want a baby we want it now and sometimes it takes some patience to achieve end result. We'll get there eventually and the wait will so worth it ❤️

@Angie887 Annoyingly I would probably have been referred soon on NHS as I came off pill last August but because I had a MC few months back I think it starts again from then. Will ask on Monday what my next steps are.

Good morning ladies! I feel strange. I don't usually symptom spot because this early it can be anything. But last night I woke up twice to go to toilet and this is very unusual. I was a bit annoyed because I had to be up at 5am for work and I couldn't sleep properly. I'm not testing until I'm late this month so holding it until next Monday or Tuesday if AF doesn't show up before. Can't bear looking at another negative HPT.
@AZ1992X are you testing this week or are you wanting until next week? How long usually is your Luteal phase?

No signs yet @BellaBoo7 , think I may test day AF is due.

Had my results - majority came back fine but estrogen and progesterone slightly low however he said it may just have been due to the point of the cycle I had them so retesting next cycle around cd21.

@Angie887 mines normally around 11 day phase so on the shorter side but within normal range, what about yours?

@AZ1992X excellent news your results are within normal range. Even if your progesterone and estrogen are slightly low I don't think that would be a major issue. Hope everything is fine on your next test.

My LP is normally 14 days so af is only due on Sunday for me.

I've started having a metallic taste past few days and yesterday I had so much Ewcm which never happened in my life after ovulation so I was convinced I'd get a BFP. Caved in and tested today and got a BFN. I cried because I was that frustaded. My body is playing the most cruel joke on me ever 😭

The ewcm is normally a positive sign I remember getting loads when I had my bfp so I can understand you thinking it could be a BFP.

Something very bizarre happened to me this cycle. I think I ovulated twice. I ended up giving in and started temping again after ovulation and when the day after I started having loads of EWCM my BBT shot up again. I tested with Opk and positive. I don't know what to think!
Honestly I'm now looking forward to seeing AF again 😂😂

AF just showed her ugly face 1 day late so cd1 again. To be honest I'm relieved to be starting fresh again. Never had a crazy cycle like this one. I blame the new Chinese herbals I started taking last cycle which I already dumped in the bin.

I'm thinking of starting taking aspirin daily. I've heard wonders that it can help with blood flow to the uterus. Has anyone ever heard of this?

@Angie887 I Had heard of the aspirin thing but I personally used 100mg of B6
