So our valentines treats did the trick & we’ve got some BFPs for February...HORRAY!! 🥳♥️😘

We’ve picked up some newbies who come armed with a flesh light for horses, 🐴a penchant for McSteamy & 2 extra Sausages 🐶🍆for us to add to our rowdy bus.

If all else fails we can send our dogs round the country...stud them to each other cos they don’t understand social distancing and get a hella cute bus loads of pups instead, they can then teach us how to do it!

@clolo yes there was but it didn't happen. It's hard to manage tho. I'm on one from a different thread and there was about 20 of us and then it got down to 13 as there was a big falling out over how the group was splitting with the pregnant ladies and ttc ones, got a bit messy!
@Vil10 I figured out who you are now but can only see your thumbnail as you're closed. Think I'll do another profile like @Minster2012 says so that I can follow along. Might even do an ivf one, not sure yet. Will keep you posted though.

I'd count tomorrow as CD1 as that would generally be "full flow"

@KateColx definitely!!! I'm sure there's mutual benefits to surrogacy /ivf I'm sure @BlondePotter and I have mused this over before 🤣😂🙌🏻 I mean if you can't get a baby from 3 or 4 ivf attempts you can at least get some freebies right??

@Minster2012 I knew it was coming this month, we weren’t trying last month, we were still discussing starting to try for DC2. So it’s fine, I was glad it arrived because I can be pretty irregular and I just wanted to get this cycle started now we’ve made the decision.

@DJmum83 I'm confused as to who you are???? And I love that about mumsnet!! Honestly one of my closest emotional friends is my ivf friend from MN with DS previously & she was there the day I found out my ivf was failing this time last year. We are each others rocks. So close Cos it's an emotional bond. Yes we live an hour away that helps but still. It means a lot when friendship is borne on an open emotional level

When I had my boobs done, we had a WhatsApp group off of the forum, then we all made private Instagram accounts for our journey and followed each other. Just remember to remove your email address and number otherwise you get people in your contacts try and follow you!

@Crazydoglady123 you need to keep pushing them, keep reminding them on your cycle dates that's all I'll say, is it nhs? But generally if it's a "fresh transfer" alongside your cycle they need to know your cycle anyway to time alongside then they will think about it in line with timelines & you phone them on cycle day 1 & have your drugs ready to take from day 3 anyway. Assuming you have had all your baseline scans etc done previously & often had your meds posted to you. So you should be ok, just keep pushing. We did talk about a Facebook group but half weren't keen at one point

@minster2012 its a zoo in new York.. over the last few years April the giraffe had 2 babies live on webcam now another one is pregnant and due to give birth any day now.. it's fascinating to watch lol

I keep trying to catch up and every time i'm nearly there and ready to post, you've all jumped another 10 pages for me to read! So I have given up and i'm just posting to say hello to everyone and that i'm doing my best to follow you all still.

@Catherinettc - would you mind if I picked your brain on the dystonia? I'm at loss with what to do about mine.

And if anyone has a magic wand to release this trapped nerve over night, I would be very very grateful.

@Catherinettc - I've currently stopped all medication for all of my health problems - normally a walking rattling pill box.

I have botox for dystonia, but unsure if I can continue with it but the thought of trying to function without it doesn't seem great with. Being nosy, where does yours affect you?

@Catherinettc I'm also in the pale, pale, pale crew (north west Scotland, think it's genetic 😂) but DD goes this stunningly brown colour after a few days in the sun, it's actually sickening! A week in Lanzarote and her bum was the only white bit!! I was bright red 😔 your girls are gorgeous!

@JustMouse I don't get botox. I was given baclofen and robaxin and left to mynown devices. As u can probably tell the health care here isn't the best 🤦‍♀️😭 it's my left side that is affected, mostly my hand and fingers but my face and neck can get stuck and my left leg drags at times. It's a nightmare but I've basically got the hang of it now. It's amazing what u can do with only 1 hand when u need to lol. I have fibro too and some other autoimmune stuff going on. I'm off all mens right now because of pregnancy (which probably explains my pain and moaning actually 🤣) and hoping to try keep them minimal after baby is born. My dystonia is not as bad as some as it comes and goes (longest without movement so far is 3 weeks solid) where are u affected? Xx

She was pregnant at the time and I'd told her I used mumsnet etc I'm quite open with everything in general so work colleagues etc also knew I was using mums net because they knew about my loss and struggled and one day she messaged and had said she'd been watching the thread and seen me talk about her, it wasn't anything nasty and that she didn't like it and I was like well no one knows who I am so how are they gonna know who you are 🤷🏼‍♀️😂 it was fine after we talked about it

@notyetamumbuttrying how will people know who you are from thay though I'm confused ? My friends wouldn't go through my followers and he like ooo wonder how she knows that person ?🤣

@clolo a favenook group is all well and good but i think it would definitely slow things down and people wouldn't talk so much as you'd have different posts etc and people would get confused. Its much easier on here to just follow the one thread and when its finished start a new one.

Crikey I go to bed early and miss all this instagram excitement... I do have insta but I keep it to close friends only as I had a bit of a mare a few years ago when some kids at DH's school started sending me suggestive pics on dms... Oh what larks!

@Kirky658 in school I remember my welsh teacher was really pretty and young was straight from uni if I remember rightly and all the younger boys found her on facebook and saved her few pictures they could see to their phones. So weird 👀😂
