So our valentines treats did the trick & we’ve got some BFPs for February...HORRAY!! 🥳♥️😘

We’ve picked up some newbies who come armed with a flesh light for horses, 🐴a penchant for McSteamy & 2 extra Sausages 🐶🍆for us to add to our rowdy bus.

If all else fails we can send our dogs round the country...stud them to each other cos they don’t understand social distancing and get a hella cute bus loads of pups instead, they can then teach us how to do it!

And I managed to get yoga slurping back in the title 🖐🏻on the Insta it's a better way here @lucyrp said than on a Facebook group to hmaftyalky "have conversations" and not leave ppl out, which is better, the Insta is my fault, based on my blog, which is all yours fault, but a fun way to "see" ppl and another way of ppl being able to get in touch with each other...obviously if I do IVF again I'm hoping to keep that upto date on there too

You can create private accounts and add me as the hub to look at my followers and try work ppl out that's what a lot of ppl were doing last night it seemed when I was oblivious 😹

@Florence13 how you doing are you feeling any better? Any sign of af? I feel like @Dollybird89 needs to give us 🦒updates before we get pupdates from @Vil10!

@Minster2012 so pupdates, he went round again yesterday for another bonk, over and done with again in 30 mins! So now we just wait!

So I've had 4 follow requests and I can work out 2 but not the other 2 Hmm, also it's my scan results day today girls at 11, it's come round so fast but I don't feel as nervous as I thought, just want to get it over and done with!

I've seen hiit being mentioned here a few times, does anyone have any good recommendations? Been looking on YT and there's ton of stuff, but I've never tried it before, no clue what I'm looking for, so any recommendations would be highly appreciated!

@paintfairy I guess it depends what kind of relationship you have with your friends. I have 3 and speak to at least one of them every day unless I'm having a weird few days with my anxiety then I might not speak to anyone for a week 🤣 yeah very funny 😂

@lucyrp only 1 knows we are ttc to be honest (she is also). And 1 from work half knows. So I don't think a million people would be assuming i would be on MN. I'm not really bothered though- I over share but if they want to trawl through everything I've written to find out, then they'll need a week off work to do it. 🤣

@lucyrp and @Minster2012 - I'm ok. Its been a bit of a bumpy road, but doing ok. Will be 16 weeks on Monday. Looking forward to my midwife appointment, to hear baby's heartbeat. I wish I knew how to untrap it, I only went for a walk, nothing major.

@Minster2012 - As for botox, it's medical rather than beauty related for me, but i'm pretty I can't have it at the moment.

I've had a nose on insta, and can work out a few of you. My insta is a open, but nothing personal posted on there. I think you'll be able to join it up.

@lucyrp nah I'm nuts tho, so I think someone will do a google search just randomly, find our chat, click on minster musings and then check her followers and spot me! I get pretty mad anxiety so that's part of it. Think I'll set up a new insta and use that to follow you all, or maybe I'll stop being crazy and just follow you 😂

On the HIIT I do a mix of the EMK ones @Dollybird89 recommended they are dance based ones with no burpees then with DH we do mainly joe wicks ones & I do Pilates from Niixfiit but I signed up to her last year but her ista is good she often puts mini workouts on there
If you type in 20min total body HIIT to you tube lots should come up

@notyetamumbuttrying tbh I have pretty mad anxiety but it's toned down a lot recently but I don't think I'd worry about things like that. I haven't bitched about anyone so as long as no one can get pissy with me it's fine 🤣 my insta has always been private. Hated all the weird blokes randomly liking and commenting stuff. So annoying and so many on my blocked list

@Tornado2Inc Ahhh that is so annoying! I hope you get your hands on some sticks soon. For HIIT on YT I enjoy Fitness Blender - good trainers, TONS of videos and they don't put music in their videos.

@Minster2012 I'm in Tokyo so warming up here. Plum blossoms are out now and the weather for the next 5 months is ridiculously amazing. Then we get hit with a month of rain, followed by two months of 30 degree + weather and 100% humidity which is....fun. We also had a reasonably big earthquake last week!
