We’ve got the fastest TTC 🚌in the UK & we aren’t afraid of a modification or 2 as we have a bus with a beautiful panoramic roof seat where there is wine & snacks a plenty for those that need a bit of a breather from our race car but still hang on to our ride! 🌞

We are heading into February ladies & let’s be honest most of us thought we’ve have cute little babies by now, but instead we’ve got lockdown bellies, fishy burps 🐠from bloody omega 3 supplements & the BIGGEST STASH OF TTC drugs in the planet on this bus including IVF, TTC, vitamins, headaches, anti sickness for pregnancy & some other ones we won’t talk about. We also LOVE a good snack, a pet, a dildo and clit sucker but badly behaved BOSSES are NOT welcome.

So grab your crotchless panties and not much else for Valentine’s Day 💓and invite your men (or women folk) to dinner cos they are being treated like a REAL LADY. Forget January blues. February is where it’s at and we say UP YOURS TTC, we are cumming to get you 🙌🏻🥰

And if you see mention of my blog then blame these guys they made me do it...#shamelessplug

Thanks @blackcurrantqueen, I suppose as well looking on it as if we get the first dose and fall pregnant and can't get the 2nd dose at least we'd be semi protected during pregnancy which is a positive way to look at it. Think my heads just a muddle as I wasn't expecting to have to make the decision any time soon and it was just like yea we've secured jags for you all, your appointments on Sunday you can cancel if you don't want it. I think now I've had time to digest it a bit I might go for the first one and take it from there, I should be greatful in a way as there are people literally dying while waiting for one and both my brother and dad currently have covid and said they both feel like death its horrible. I just don't know if I could forgive myself if it did turn out to have unknown negative impact to fertility or pregnancy further down the line .....hmm there I go talking myself out it again 😂🙈

Dollybird89 · 29/01/2021 12:18

I'm in two minds about the vaccine. Think I'm in category 6 for vaccination. I want it so I'm covered but the same time it means compromising ttc. Currently sorting paperwork out for my dad's carer as I'm her employer (p.o.attorney for my dad) I feel like I have some amazing power as I have authority to grant her permission for the vaccine 😈 but need to keep my family safe! ... now gotta go spend £40 on bloody ink coz the printers out goddamit

After discussing the savage early morning attack by🍆 apparently I have the tendency to wake up the 🍆 in my sleep if I'm dreaming of him 🤣🤣🤣 so it's all my fault for being pounced on lol

DKDK123 · 29/01/2021 12:19

@Billythecat I wouldnt worry about a temp drop at 6dpo unless you have very short cycles it won't be a sign of AF coming, I could be an implantation dip (fingers crossed) 🤞 bad sleep or mid lutal phase estrogen surge (or whatever one of them it is that causes the temp to drop I always get it mixed up). So don't stress about the dip itbshould hopefully rise again tomorrow. I'm facing the opposite problem mine are higher than usual for me I'm like hmm you're not supposed to be this high till after ovulation please tell me it didn't come early and I missed it this month! 😯

Kirky658 · 29/01/2021 12:22

@dkdk123 thanks for the advice, really helpful, I will ask the midwife for some tips for sure

@billythecat I'm glad to hear it has helped you, after my first surgery mine came back quickly but I think this surgeon has done a super extensive job so very happy

blodyn91 · 29/01/2021 12:23

@DKDK123 so I did the antibody test and it came back as posy, showing I have the IgG antibodies, and probably have caught corona. So I did a lot of research to look if these antibodies pass through the placenta and colostrum, early studies are showing evidence that they do, protecting your baby. So having the vaccine your baby will be better protected. Secondly a lot of the studies look at the virus it self transmitting through the placenta, and the evidence for this is low, it only happened in some cases when the mother was really ill.
So basically if you get the vaccine, you are less likely to get really ill passing virus to baby, but also you'll have antibodies ready for baby.
Your decision, but I would go for it. I was really glad my antibody test came back as positive

DKDK123 · 29/01/2021 12:23

@dollybird89, must have been a good dream. I'm sure he wasn't complaining 😂 I never have good dreams about DH I usually have the ones where I wake up mad at hi for something hes done in my dream and can't get over my anger in real life 🙈 hmm wonder what that says about my marriage if I only ever had bad dreams about him eek, I do love him really! 😂

DKDK123 · 29/01/2021 12:27

Thanks for the advice @blodyn91! That does seem very positive if the baby can be born with some antibodies. I did the antibody test last month and came back negative I was secretly hoping it would have been positive and I'd have gone thru covid without the symptoms 😂

Juno231 · 29/01/2021 12:43

@Billythecat 6DPO temp drop is super common - it's due to an secondary oestrogen surge released by the corpus luteum. It should be back up tomorrow!

notyetamumbuttrying · 29/01/2021 12:50

@Juno231 loving your knowledge on the luteal phase 😍

Minster2012 · 29/01/2021 12:52

Oooo not been able to check in since earlier,

@Franklydear love the princess trust, mines too damaged & dyed & I was gutted when my SIL cut her beautiful long hair off last year "on a whim" & didn't keep it, cut it wet, it was stunning, never dyed, could have done so much good but hey Ho, such a fab thing to do!

@blodyn91 CHASE CHASE CHASE

@Kirky658 totally get the worry on your mum, but she's not growing a human, you are, and it's sapping your heart rate & we've discussed that your heart rate is low Cos you are super fit. Now I'm worried the bus tannoy isn't working Cos I'm sure we said take it off til next week??

@Florence13 errrr you gotta have some sort takeaway treat on your birthday?!!! And valentines surely!

I thought that about @LB20xx 's nails, wiping bottom @2020mission 🤪

@DKDK123 it was me thinking about the vaccine as I'm likely to be offered it maybe even next week so I will be putting it off til we specifically have got our TWW out of the way but that's all, only because I have a Covid test before my transfer so I CAN'T have it before then. In terms of a clinic perspective my clinic don't Offer advice they told me to refer to the royal college of gynae website but they said they aren't taking it as a "you can't carry on" so I VERY MUCH DOUBT the 3 months will be an issue just "if you have a positive test before your transfer your treatment is cancelled" & each time I go in I have to sign to say I have no symptoms & i have my temp taken. So like you I've just been dealing with the "what's the here and now scenario?" Well if I were you I'd prefer to be vaccinated. The current guidelines are its safe for pregnant ladies to be vaccinated. So that makes me personally feel better, I just have to wait til after our TWW but I've not even been offered it yet anyway so that's fine. Despite being in extremely vulnerable category. Go figure. Most of the protection comes from the first so I really want that.

@Billythecat could definitely be a good dip!

@Dollybird89 all your fault! Oh well!! 🤪🍆🍆🍆

I'm probably still behind but never mind!!

@Minster2012 @2020mission @LB20xx Totally thought about the bum wiping too but figured asking about typing on a keyboard was safer Grin

Justanothercyster · 29/01/2021 13:07

Thanks for commiserations ladies, tbh the house buying is making me too excited to really feel upset, which is nice. And I'm also happy my cycle has been the shortest it's ever been at 29 days! 🙌🏼 onto month 18- tbh I was silly to think dh's pills would work this fast if at all!

@Kirky658 aww bless you, I feel you. I used to get really awful panic attacks and worried about stroke/ heart attack all the time, it really is so scary. But I'm sure you're ok and baby is fine. Just try to keep as calm as possible x

@Juno231 I have no idea about cycles as it's hard to keep count when they're irregular and I didn't start the apps until after ttc, but it's month 18 now.

@DKDK123 id get the jab in a heartbeat.

Billythecat · 29/01/2021 13:20

@DKDK123 @Juno231 @Minster2012 thanks for all of your knowledge ladies! I didn’t even know about a possible good dip haha - shows how little I know! Grin

Exciting for all of those who have been offered a vaccine Smile

On a countdown of less than 3 weeks to move now and envisioning a weekend of clearing out cupboards - NOT looking forward to that. Everyone else moving soon/recently I feel your pain! Already cleared out my house in Wales in Sept before selling so I feel like I should have already finished the job haha. Will be nice to only have one mortgage now though Grin

LB20xx · 29/01/2021 13:57

@Minster2012 I spend 8 hours a day at a computer so I'm okay typing. And after having them so many years, I've just become accustomed to day-to-day life with them. I can not function when I don't have them, I feel like I have short little stubby fingers and struggle doing basic stuff 😂.
I was bought a nail drill last year so I use that to thin them down, and then soak them in acetone using one of these things with hot water underneath ☺️

@BlondePotter if I had £1 for every time I've been asked that question, I'd be rich I tell ya! 🤣🤣

@Juno231 yeah I work in an office, so spend all day typing, I'm just so used to it now, I can't type when I don't have them on, I'm used to typing with claws 😂

So to answer your girls, I wipe my bum the same as all you lot, just a bit more carefully!! 🥲😂😂

Tornado2Inc · 29/01/2021 14:09

Hey ladies! TMI alert!
Just had the most massive glob come out down there! I’m on CD3 and had a backwards BFP in my last cycle which I spotted on dpo9, pretty much gone by dpo12. So really a day or two, not more. But the size of that thing! It was bigger than an egg yolk! It’s so fascinating what the body can produce in such a short time period (no pun intended).
Apologies for the wrong tone for this post, but I am just amazed by how awesomely hardworking our bodies are!

BlondePotter · 29/01/2021 14:24

@Tornado2Inc that really made me laugh, from @lb20xx bum wiping.... To massive period clots 🙌
We are here for all bodily fluid scenarios
My current bane of life? I've had the itchiest nipple for about 4 weeks and it gets so crusty and flaky now 🙄 I actually bought lansinoh off Amazon now as I figured I would need it for BF but didn't expect to need it at 22 weeks!
So throw my crusty nip into the equation

Loving all the house buying and excitement too and I second @juno231 of triple checking solicitor costs. Our charged us an extra £1500 a month after completion for something they missed off.

larrythelizard · 29/01/2021 14:41

Trying to catch up with you all...

@Kirky658 I read a book about stress and it basically talked about how you need to try and separate out the perceived consequences of the thing that's causing you stress (in my case it was work stress, so say not completing a piece of work) and then think through the reality of it (so just because it takes me a day longer to do something I'm not going to lose my job).

So try and deal with the knowns and not the stuff you don't know about.

It's really hard to do and has taken me a lot of practice and I probably only succeed 50% of the time!

larrythelizard · 29/01/2021 14:42

@Justanothercyster sorry to hear about AF, she's a fucker. At least it's lockdown and you can feel how you need to feel without putting a brave face on it in front of others. Wine and chocolate and pizza?!

Minster2012 · 29/01/2021 14:45

Ooooo we are covering bases today!!! Excellent & yes bodies are amazing @Tornado2Inc you really have found your ppl! 😂🤣 I thought you meant ewcm Cos of the egg comment then realised not! @BlondePotter gif that would be annoying, don't even start me on Conveyancing solicitors, I genuinely think they do f all, having had our last 2 sales messed up I genuinely hate giving them money. I'm sure I can do their job better with no relevant qualifications.

That whole procrastination thing. Yeahhhhhhhh

OP posts:
Juno231 · 29/01/2021 14:46

@BlondePotter aah I have lansinoh waiting on my amazon baby list for the baby I don't have lol. Not gonna lie, crusty nip sounds like something I'd love to pick....

Which reminds me - you know those little stones you can get in your tonsils? And there are whole videos of people just extracting them? Well last night I dreamt I had loads of little sweetcorn in mine and they just kept falling out of my mouth.

Some dream of babies, I dream of... grossness.

@Tornado2Inc Totally got concerned for a second that you had a big blob of EWCM at CD3! Nothing is TMI or tone lowering here - so keep it coming. Were you a bit sad seeing it or just fascinated?

@LB20xx haha thanks for the candid explanations! I'd probably scratch my cornea by accident if I had long nails :(

Tornado2Inc · 29/01/2021 15:04

@Juno231 Can't really say I felt sad. Essentially it was just very meaty period... then again, this is my first time (potentially 2nd). I can imagine someone feeling quite differently after 2 or 3.

Tornado2Inc · 29/01/2021 15:08

Don't get me wrong, I'd very much rather be pregnant right now 😂

blodyn91 · 29/01/2021 15:26

We got a data, 11th Feb 🥳🥳🥳
@Billythecat We've been going through drawers the past month filling the bins. I even found some papers with my OH ex life insurance stuff 🤦🏼‍♀️ Photo of our spare bedroom currently. Got all of downstairs still to pack!

Minster2012 · 29/01/2021 16:00

A meaty period, that's cheered me up in a weird way LOLing at that (I don't mean to be insensitive I'm just imaging a steak falling out of your pussy @Tornado2Inc)
having spent ALL DAY on the phone to Tesco bank again 😂🤣 I didn't know testing early was really a thing til Mumsnet. Imagine!

@blodyn91 have you chased them yet?? Like once every day!

OP posts:
Tornado2Inc · 29/01/2021 16:10

@Minster2012 not really a steak, no. More of a scallop. A big one. (I'm cooking scallops)

Not insensitive at all! If anything, I was worried I was being insensitive with my post. But the urge to share my bio-material was too strong. If you can't share this sort of things with a bunch of strangers you've known for three days, who can you? 😂
