Coq10 isn’t as easily absorbed so you would need to take a lot more of it. If taking kaneka Ubiquinol 100-200mg should be enough.

I've started on the kaneka ubiquinol today alongside pre conception vits and vit b complex. The bleeding has finally stopped and hcg now down to zero so hopefully my cycle will kick back in soon. Debating buying one of those sperm cup things, you ladies are not helping my bank balance 😂

Sounds like I need to get some ubiquinol! Still no AF and now a week late. Still cramping and pain old feeling nauseous but BFN on FRER test this morning. Going to call doctors tomorrow because I'm really concerned something is wrong. Hips really ache too and I have bad sciatica. Ok so had my first private consultation with a doctor from the fertility clinic. Overall was good, liked the doctor even if it was a little difficult via webcam. I have high AMH (36) in line with the high follicle count (28) and a good womb lining so they were pretty positive about me. Less positive about DH who needs to redo his SA and take some supplements for a few months but if there’s no improvement/no bfp by March/April I think we’ll start down the assisted route. Need to keep saving saving saving up until then .

@thislittlebird that's great about your results, really positive! And I've seen others who've had a massive improvement on sa with taking suppliments for a few months so 🤞🏻 you'll be able to get there naturally before you need intervention! Then you can spend the savings instead

Honestly that would be the dream @Marvellouslymadmum! We never got a honeymoon because small covid wedding last October so either way we need to account for a smaller holiday in the summer I think, the break will be needed. If no IVF needed then a much bigger one lol

@thislittlebird that sounds like a great plan! We were supposed to have a little get away, just the two of us this month as it's my dp 40th but Covid has put a stop to that!

Oh no @Marvellouslymadmum! Typical isn’t it? it’s my husband’s 40th in November and we’ve been talking about how to celebrate in covid times. Maybe move it to summer???? We had a little Center Parcs break booked in January just for somewhere to go but that got canned too and probably will again in March.

I think we’re going to dash down to cornwall to see his family as soon as lockdown lifts and maybe book a nice break to somewhere like Crete because I think a week away from here will be good before winter kicks in again.

@thislittlebird it's a nightmare! We've never actually been out of the country together as we both have teenagers from previous relationships it's just far too costly to take them all and can't take some without others and if we go alone they wouldn't be happy!! So this was supposed to be just a long weekend in Amsterdam as neither of us have been, that way the kids would all accept it as it's a birthday thing. I will try and re book it but may wait until next year as we can't afford to take any risks at all, with myself and my son being vulnerable.

Good plan @Marvellouslymadmum. You might have had the vaccine by then I guess which will be reassuring.

Booo re: honeymoons and holidays! 😔 That's what I'm really struggling with re: covid, asides from socialising, family/friends, etc! I try and cheer myself up with just planning anyway, so I'll have like 10 hols planned for when this is over with! 🤪😂

Hey @M4v3r1ck I'm doing ok now thank you, just trying to move on and hope for that sticky bfp! Am going to chat to the gp about tests when she rings with other results too. My oh is on the pregnacare conception for him which are supposed to have everything in and good at improving things, not that we've had tests yet but he was told when you get that his sperm is warm or something so I think that means reduced motility. I'm just hoping things aren't too bad as he did manage to have two with his ex and we've had two mc. The cups are def worth a go and have lots of good reviews

Hi everyone, so sorry - I'm still not working out to tag someone (this app makes me feel so old 🤦‍♀️) has doctors call and appointment, urine test showed white blood cells so possibly UTI. Being sent off for testing plus blood test booked for tomorrow. She said wait until 2 weeks late with AF for any further testing but to go to A&E if spotting or bleeding started. Still not really sure, she seemed perplexed by my BFN and no AF still, she mentioned possibility of PID again or eptopic. Said see how I get on with 3 day antibiotic course and we will speak again Monday (also asked I do another test before she called). So not too much further forward. Although I did ask about fertility testing and she didn't seem keen saying I hadn't left out long enough trying (been 8 months) we agreed to see what happened this week and with results and to speak Monday about it all. Not sure if that's good or not.

Glad to see others are getting on well too. Just reading the posts makes me feel a bit a part of it. Struggling and feel like I'm going through this weird patch alone to be honest but it might just be a UTI and no hopes should be raised for a weeks late AF

Hi ladies could I get an opinion please? I didn't have much bleeding from the mc and because I've not had much experience with opk I started using them as soon as they arrived to get the hang of it, but from what I can tell I've already ovulated and I'm only cd11 today! I've attached a pic of the opk and the bbt chart if that helps ~ confused here 🤪 and annoyingly as dp wasn't feeling very well we only dtd on cd6 despite my plans! 🙄 help please

@Marvellouslymadmum 🙈 i have no idea about charts.
The LH looks like it was high on cd8 and cd9 but has now gone down. Not sure how i interpret it. (Maybe failed ovulation, dont hold me on this, just my opinion 🙈) Just sexing when possible 😁 cover all grounds.

@Happyhappy37 thank you lol it's so confusing! I'm going to get some clear blue opk for next month so I can be more sure of what's actually going on! This was is far too confusing and not obvious enough to be sure

Just catching up with chat. Sorry @Marvellouslymadmum I'm not sure what that means. I've charted before but decided this month I'm going to start using OPK as my sleep is all over the place at the moment so I don't trust it!

Does anyone have any recommendations for OPKs please? I have tried the boots cheap ones a while ago but found them confusing! I only had a faint result, but know I'm ovulating as I started charting again (charted for 6 months and also ovulated every month then).
