Hello all, just marking a spot on the thread.

Sorry to all those with BFNs or spotting. I know how irritating spotting is, totally takes away any hope and it means you end up living in disappointment rather than hope!!

Nothing to do with the test tbh, it's the spotting. I'd think I was still in with a good chance otherwise. Just gotta see if it turns into AF. I do sometimes get spotting, then 1 day of nothing, then AF

Who has had a CP?
I'm not sure if I had one last month. AF lasted 7 days and then seemed to come to an end and then started again but like a new AF with fresh blood.
I've spoken to GP and she's sending me for a scan to make sure nothing more serious.
But just wondering if this sounds like it could be due to CP? Maybe my body is still trying to flush something out?
Or could it be signs of early menopause?

When is AF due? @climbershell you’re not stupid, it’s natural, but this is why I’m not a huge fan of testing early myself, I won’t trust a test until I’m late really.

We really do need a new thread, I don’t know how it works when people continue them, does @M4v3r1ck need to do it?

I've been to the toilet 2ce since and nothing, I'm scared each time I go. Am I stupid for thinking there's still a chance... I do have mild cramping tbh guessing AF but can't helping maybe it isn't.

Just had brown spotting as I wiped, so guessing that's me out and a waste of £4 on the test doh

I guess because my partner is 6 years younger than me, and his results were fine, that it feels like it’s all down to me and my stupid body.

@Misty84 so sorry to hear this. It's so tough on women, and so much pressure. Feels very unfair. But remember it takes 2 to make a baby and you are not failing your partner in any way xx

My temp plummeted this morn and that along with the spotting means I assume I’m out this month. So fed up of this, can’t bear it, feel like I’m completely failing my OH 😞 It’s so, so crap.

Took a test just now nothing. Only 11dpo but I thought I felt what could've been implantation at 6/7dpo

I've not been tracking ovulate, but I thinking it was probably Saturday before last, so I'm guessing my dpo. Better wait a bit longer!

@climbershell I think the 'days before your period' is more for people who aren't tracking ovulation? If you know when you ovulated then your dpo is more relevant to when you would get an accurate result. Most people implant on 8-10 dpo, and then hcg takes a couple of days after that to be picked up by a sensitive hpt. I would have thought you would probably get a pretty accurate test result on 12/13dpo? If you are keen to test that is! 😄

I'd told myself a few days ago to hold out and I could test tomorrow, because Ovia predicts my cycle to be 28 days and new cycle to start on Sunday, so tomorrow is 5 days before my missed period and the FRER test 96% accuracy then

But some cycles are 29 or 30 days. And tomorrow is 11dpo

I know it's silly and I should wait because it could be a false negative... But then I keep thinking, this is my month and there's a chance of a faint line!

Everything crossed for everyone coming up to the end of your cycles. I have nothing to add, I'm in the thumb twiddling stage between the end of AF and first OPK stick peeing. OH and I won't bother doing the deed until then hah. I think I used up all my libido in my 20s.

I have the arbitrary goal of being pregnant by 40 too. I won't be able to get shitfaced anyway... because lockdown.. and being old and weak in the face of too much booze!

@thislittlebird it is usually later than this but from this month onward I am tracking all these little symptoms because it’s annoying me so much!

@Misty84 I'm also 11dpo today and my CM has gone pink. I've had this on previous cycles (and obviously no BFP) so it has made me sad too Here comes some TMI - it's usually followed by some brown stringy bits before AF arrives for real. Trying not to obsess, but who am I kidding - I will do.
