@Loladoodle incredible loss! You must be so pleased! I've gone off drinking a bit recently, feels good to be fresher in the mornings! Definitely not off sugar and carbs though 😂 I really do need to up my veg intake!
I'm taking a multivitamin and ubiqinol now. I'll check the B6 amount I'm taking 🤔

@universal83 Hi, fellow 37 year old here 😊 How exciting for you 😀. You never know you could be lucky and get it on the first try 🤞🏼😀

I was 37 and found it relatively easy with my first so good luck you younguns 😉😂
I haven’t even got to try yet after deciding last cycle we would go for it as my OH wasn’t well. They know how to time it! 🙄

Still need to order my ubiquinol. Good luck to everyone approaching fertile week. My next one isn’t until mid February - feels like an eternity!

@Marvellouslymadmum so sorry to hear this. I know it’s hard to think positively now, give yourself some time and kindness. Then you can regroup and get back to where you need to be. You got this lady 💪

@Marvellouslymadmum I'm so so so sorry! 😔😔😔 Completely relate to the spiralling feelings, but the good news is that we can get pregnant, and we will get pregnant again! Sending you much love! 😘😘😘

Welcome @universal83! 😃

@Loladoodle wow! 😂 carbs and sugar are my downfalls! Doesn't help I went on a therapeutic bake binge yesterday! 🤪😂 Going to try running again tomorrow...

Hope everyone else is having a restful Sunday! I had a bit of a wobble last night and today, as I saw two new baby announcements in a row on Facebook last night! Hate those ugly feelings that crop up, as I should have been nearly 4 months pregnant now! Had a long walk and an afternoon bath today, so feeling much better!

Hi and welcome.
Where do you get the ubiquinol from? I might give it a bash xx

Kitekat81 · 25/01/2021 10:08

@Darkstar4855 welcome and good luck! How was your 8 month journey to conceive your 1st? Did you find it quite stressful at the time? I used to think that 8 months was a really long time, now it seems quite quick! I'm 39 and we are heading into our 10th month ttc#1.

@MgW1 I get it from amazon, it’s the “Health Thru Nutrition” one in the green tub which has the kaneka ubiquinol mentioned in “It Starts With The Egg”.

@Kitekat81 I found it unbelievably stressful! Ironically the month I actually fell pregnant was one where I was convinced it hadn’t happened as I had no ovulation pain, we only managed to do it once in our fertile window due to shift work and I started having cramps a few days before my period was due. I didn’t even test until I was two days late because I was so sure it would be negative!

Welcome @Darkstar4855, not to sound like a creep but I remember your name from lurking on the older 35+ threads, finally decided to actually sign up! Good luck and thanks for the ubiquinol brand tip.

Thanks for starting a new thread, @M4v3r1ck
@Happyhappy37 - I went a bit green when you mentioned clove tea. Cloves are one of the few things I really can't stand! I don't know why, maybe it's because I was given it for toothache when I was little. I hadn't read about clove tea for conception before, but hope it works for you!
