An increase is good! I may or may not be ovulating today so the two week wait looms. I didn’t bother temping this month because it stressed me out so much last month, this cycle I’m just hoping I ovulated 🤷‍♀️. Was reading cortisol interrupts progesterone so I am aiming for the most zen of the two week waits ever (easier said than done).

OH and I were very good at dtd exactly when we needed to this month so I’m being naively hopeful...sigh...

@thislittlebird I was inspired to add Vitamin C to my Pregnacare and DH Wellman supplement. Have to say, I was disappointed that they were gummies like my DC's
Think when AF arrives I will order Ubiquinol for us both too.

Has anyone tried a ferti-lily? Thinking of trying next cycle.

@WrongendoftheSTIX I have a ferti-lily hasn't worked for us yet but I'm quite convinced I'm nit ovulating as I should 😑 there are lots of great reviews for them though

😕 DH has had migraine/headache all day again. Maybe I should take a hint?

@sickofthisyear best cure for a headache is release of endorphins 😉

Hi all, I had a temp spike this morning so think I ov'd yesterday. Didn't manage to dtd yesterday but did the three days before that, hoping we've done enough 🤷‍♀️ Might try again tonight just for luck if oh is up for it 😄

I'm 4 dpo now, had slight left abdomen pain all day, but too early for implantation

I do 1,000 piece jigsaws, find them very good for anxiety and settling my very restless mind

I have b6 in my conception vitamins, but if the dreaded AF comes I think I'll buy Ubiquinol, actually put some in my save list on Amazon. Thinking positive and won't buy unless AF arrives (due to start between the 6th & 8th)

@climbershell AF is also due for me between 6th and 8th...done a few different things this month which always makes me think “this is the month it will happen!”...😔🤞🙏

I still have the slight left abdomen pain, but now also further up under ribs as well almost like a light stitch and I might be imagining it but only way to describe is a kind of funny taste in music mouth (I'm still supposed to be asleep so no drink or anything) & slight nausea

Can't help but ger my hopes up from readings others pre bfp symptoms, trying not to tho

BBT rose by 0.2 so took a test despite feeling crappy etc obviously BFN so my shopping cart for next cycle will be purchased today!

Not feeling too down, I mean, if we were fertile enough to fall first month of active trying then I would have caught in the last 7 years as we have not been preventing at all. Literally only reason we're trying is because we got lucky that one time we had DD!

Adding that ferti-lily and ubiquinol to our Pregnacare/Wellman, nuts and Vitamin C routine.

@climbershell I would definitely be getting my hopes up if I had the same symptoms you’ve described!!!! 🤞

I’ve just had very sore boobs from 3dpo which is unusual for me to be so early but has happened on two previous occasions so I’ve learnt not to read anything into that. Skin breakout yesterday (5dpo) so I don’t think it’ll be my lucky month. Having said that, we’re never out until we’re out!

So what dosage of vitamin C ladies? I read 500mg twice a day... 🤔

Your body will expel what is doesn’t need (in lovely bright orange pee 😅)

@Misty84 probably my mind paying tricks on me in terms of taste. Nausea could be from lack of sleep, and the left could be anything coz think it's too early for implantation for me... But obviously like most I'm loosing my mind, noticing every tiny twinge etc I wouldn't usually even notice 🤦‍♀️ gonna be a long 11 days!

@Loladoodle i seem to have bright orange pee every morning and I'm only taking the pregnacare no extra vit c yet was thinking of adding it but don't know if I need to 🤔

I’ve had a babygrow hidden in a drawer to surprise OH with for so long now..!!! 😔 And pregnancy reveal cards for my grandparents, parents and brother...every so often I get them out to look at. Hahaha I sound like a right saddo don’t I!!!

@Misty84 we're just desperate to become mummy's! I ordered 2 sets of 2 pregnancy tests off Amazon earlier, so much cheaper than thr supermarket. I'm hoping I'll actually need to use one this month 🤞🤞🤞🤞

Luminous wee is common with Vit B. Mine was really bright yellow at one point!
DH managed to rally last night to DTD 😁- shame it was 1am so am exhausted now!

@sickofthisyear haha worth the exhaustion I guess lol.

My wee is also bright yellow, from pre conception vitamins, kept thinking i was dehydrated so drank more and more til it dawned on me 🤣
