Where can I get it? How does it work?

@selina37 clove. I was told to have the tea 2x daily the day after period finish until ovulation day. Should drink it Before breakfast and when going to bed. They have clove in its natural state or powdered. I have both at home. (the tea is horrible)
I use it to cook. Its a great spice to add to beef dishes.

I’ve ordered some raspberry leaf tea to try from cd1 to ovulation. Throwing everything at it! 🤣

@Loladoodle i used raspberry leaf tea to bring labour with my eldest son. Didn't know it could be used for fertility.

@Darkstar4855 it's funny isn't it how many people who say it was the cycle that they put the least effort into was the one in which they got pregnant! I hope that happens to me - after 10 cycles I've lost all motivation to do opks and bbt anymore so I've been slacking on both this cycle, and we haven't been dtd every day which we would usually aim for at this point of my cycle. I hope you find it less stressful this time around!

Hi ladies I’m new to this thread

Currently 36 with first pregnancy and miscarriage jan 2020. Turning 37 soon and eager to have a baby.

I’m taking vitawest prenatal vitamins, folic acid, b12 and d.
Caught my peak LH surge today and will try to dtd tonight - we did it yesterday so not sure if he will be wanting to tonight too.

Spent all of my 20’s terrified of getting pregnant.
Then early 30’s talking about it but not committing to it, life got in the way and we finally started mid 30’s but I’m now scared we left it too late.

Hi @Kona84, I did exactly this too. I’m a year older but the pattern was the same. We got together when I was 29 and it wasn’t the right time for a few years and then I dawdled and ummed and ahhed for a few years and now here we are at 37 and 39 and it’s taking ages . At least we’re trying now though!

Knock knock can I join please. I'm 36, trying for baby number 2 for 8 months now. It took 6 months for baby number one and a miscarriage.
Wish I could say I'm exercising but I'm not as it's too cold!
Looking for some support and people to share the rollercoaster with.

I do look at my friends who have teens now and think gosh I’m gonna be so tired with a teen at 50.

Hi ladies, hope I can join in ☺️ 37 trying for no 2... it's not been fun as my periods are all over the place after our first one and I actually didn't get my period back until 18 months after first birth 😳 and I stopped breastfeeding after6 months 🤷🏼‍♀️ apparently all was ok and nothing to worry about but now it's almost a year since we started trying and still nada 😬 I'm getting a little nervous that we missed the boat...

@Kitekat81 I’m definitely less stressed this time around. Although I’d dearly love a second child, I am so grateful for my son and if he’s all I get then I will accept that and be thankful.

Hi ladies, I hope you're all well. I have managed to persuade DH to start taking conception plus for men, he's usually pretty hostile to that kind of thing so feeling pretty pleased! Still waiting for the post MMC bleeding to stop, seems to be tailing off now so hopefully we can start trying again soon

@Darkstar4855 welcome! 😃 I've just started on the CoQ10! Did you use that for TTC#1 too?

@Kona84 welcome! 😃 Your story is so similar to mine! 36 and TTC#1 here too and I sadly had an MC at Christmas! Sending you much love! 😘 You're not too late, as many ladies here will attest to! It's our biological ages that are important and ok we may take a wee bit longer, but it's going to happen! 😘

@Kitekat81 hopefully this is your month! I find the tracking gets overwhelming at times! It seems the main thing is DTD regularly as you're doing, that way we're catching any lucky days! 🤞🏻

AF arrived yesterday, the joys. And doing that thing of wasting tests in case it's implantation bleeding (when I am pretty certain it's not!), negative and confirmed gut feeling. I can now indulge in a glass of wine, amazing, been a busy day!

I think I've been lulled into complacency by my day 20 ov last cycle. Only half-heartedly started doing OPK's yesterday on day 11 thinking I'd have ages, but just got a blazing positive tonight on day 12 so looks like I'm heading for a day 13/14 ov this cycle! Thank goodness we dtd this morning as before that hadn't done it since day 9. Will have to jump on oh in next few days! Looks like this fertile window's going to be over before I know it! 🤦‍♀️
