@Makingnumber2 I use my sense of smell as part of my job (when Boris allows me to work again 🙄) I have a good olfactory system, so st least it’s not getting wasted on the various smells of semen and vaginal fluids 😂

I was reassured yesterday, back to my worries today! 😆 Between the nausea and the fatigue though, not too much time to overthink so I guess that's a bonus!

I did tell DH this morning @eloiseislost- I wrote a little poem in his V day card. Was funny watching his face- he looked a bit puzzled and then the penny dropped! He’s spent all morning listing all the diy jobs he has to get done before baby comes 😂 just hope it’ll still all be good news at the scan next Sunday🤞🏻🤞🏻

@Makingnumber2 How sweet!! 🥰 You are lucky, DH's reaction to things that need done was "we have to hire someone to help you with the cleaning" 🤣

@eloiseislost I would absolutely have loved that reaction too!! We sadly had to let our cleaner go at start of lockdown 1 and I have missed her everyday for nearly a year 😂😂😭😭

@Makingnumber2 Never had any professional help, even though I was promised it years ago when I got a full time job and DH insisted we move out of our flat to a house. 😑
Now it's my time to put my feet up! 😁

I really don't like using the ziggy cup/a cup for SI 🤔 first one this cycle and there was definitely swimmers on both side of the cup when I took it out. My plan is to do it "traditionally" (🙄 meaning with a syringe) for the rest of this cycle.

Not getting a lot of time to check in here, due to massive issues at work all week, oh the joys! Just catching up, lovely to hear about your scans, Eloise and Adrianna, what great news 😊. And fingers crossed for your upcoming scan, @Makingnumber2 😁

I'm CD12, tried out my ferti-lily today, it was just a practice run, I ovulated CD23 last month so possibly quite a while to go yet.

Oh no, sorry to hear that @MrsKin90. This is my first time trying something but I still had to use a syringe with the ferti-lily so it does feel a bit "what's the point". 🙈. I keep telling myself that people can and do get pregnant just using syringes 🤞

@Bluey18 I'm not sure how the ferti lily works. How come you have to do both?
CD12 is where I am too! I often ovulate late so in a similar boat 😊

@MrsKin90 it's quite small and you have to turn it inside out to put it in and then it "pops" right side out and into place while inside . I might attempt putting it in without turning it inside out to see if it's possible but I don't know if it'll work 🤔😂. It's nice to not be the only one with a long cycle on here, hopefully it will fly round for us before we know it 😁

@eloiseislost get that professional help in! Never too early to start 😃 keep relaxed and try not to get too stressed-your bean is happy in there 🥰

I’m on cd14, got my darkest opk yesterday up to now which will time right for ovulation (thanks to @MrsKin90 for helping with my maths last month and reminding me it’s 12-48 hours to ovulation after the darkest line 😂)
We’ve SI wed/Thur/Sat/today and I’ve just put the softdisc in after using the syringe today. Really praying this is our month. I feel a bit odd having this softdisc in, I can’t feel it really so nicer than a tampon but the thought won’t left my head that I have a plastic ring up my fanjita 🤔😬😅

Urgh sorry for typos, why oh why can’t they do an edit button 🙄

@Oilyoilyoilgob very jealous of your perfectly well behaved ovaries right on schedule! Sounds like you've covered your bases 😊 fingers tightly crossed for you and all of us this cycle. Fanjita is hilarious. If there was an edit button I'd chicken out and remove all my embarrassing anecdotes before you all got to read them. I reckon that's why there isn't one 😂
