Oh my goodness to say we are a chatty group is an understatement most times but that’s great cos it’s not all about TTC here, anything goes, we now have a bus with a beautiful panoramic roof seat so a few ppl can pop up on top heads up and out into wind to gulp in the non TTC air but still hold on to us & know where we are...like our pups that come with us with ears flapping in the wind our beloved ladies may have one flap flying in the wind...”watch out for the left outer flap”...someone once shouted to their OH...that might set the tone here nicely.

Get it?! No?! Sometimes nor do we...🙄the chat, the deed, the sperm, the egg, the fact that we aren’t pregnant yet after shagging twelfty millions times a month forever. But we are here for each other, to chat shit, to help each other out the pits or wallow within the pits, for all the highs and lows.

@paintfairy wow what a tool! What did he think all these fertility appointments were for lol, cause you didn't want to bother with ivf if it came to it?? And the dog thing cracks me up, that's just him clutching at straws!

@DJmum83 oh no I had a feeling you'd be anemic - just remember to take your iron tablets with plenty of vitamin C. Do what you think is best for you re the vaccine. I would imagine if you work with vulnerable people they'd be vaccinated themselves anyway?

@blackcurrantqueen @Minster2012 @notyetamumbuttrying tbh this is going to sound ridiculous but although 50 sounds like a huge amount it really wasn't crazy drinking all week. It was essentially two bottles of wine and 16 of those small bottles of peroni over the course of the week. So that's like.. 2 small beers and a small glasses of wine Mon-Fri and a little bit more on the weekend ? He hasn't been drunk once! It just adds up very quickly and obv isn't good for you. I think in his case its pure boredom as we don't have much to do other than work and watch TV 🤷‍♀️. Without the commute he's basically twiddling his thumbs from 5pm most days!

@paintfairy mine wears the tight ones too as he says he likes the support now he's getting old 😂😂 but it doesn't seem to have been a problem for us 🤷🏻‍♀️
Think it goes back to them missing the part of their brains that makes them talk about anything that is scaring or worrying them. Instead they just behave like twats 🙄

@blackcurrantqueen I think that's what really pissed me off, like I would have been ok with him being annoyed if our house looked like something off the hoarder next door and we lived on pot noodles but he actually nit picked over shit that is normal! I pointedly left all his mess and didn't cook for 3 days, think he now appreciates what I do even when I'm not steaming floors daily and having a can't be fucked with laundry day 😂

@Katao oh sorry I forgot to update. I don't have covid! It was negative thank goodness 👍🏻 I think it's just my body's reaction to the vaccine tbh as I have a sore throat, a bit headachey and I have pain in my armpit (the side where I had my jab which is probably the lymph nodes reacting to it). But thankfully no covid 👍🏻

@Juno231 God yes - it took freaking ages!!! I had retained placental tissue for 3-4weeks and then had an infection in my uterus that I didn't know about until early December. I got my period on 29th December and currently on CD18... My opk have been negative but they've started to get higher so I'm hoping ovulation will be within the next week 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 it's going to take a while for my cycles to settle I think so I'm ok if they're a bit longer for now but I'm optimistic overall ... I'm feeling quite excited tbh, I just really want to get back in the baby making game, the limbo was horrible. I'm SOOO broody it's insane haha I feel like pregnancy took my broodiness to ANOTHER LEVEL lol.
Oh jeez those logistics to get to the funeral are complex 😩 I'm sorry its not more straight forward for you. Xx

@minster2012 folly farm is a kids farm in West Wales... Like a tourist attraction. Used to go alot when I was younger. I can totally imagine @blodyn91 having her own folly farm 🐑🐖🐔🐄 we'd all come feed the lambs, hold the Guinea pigs & have a ride on the tractor train 🚜 (you can do this at Folly Farm) 😂

@DJmum83 sorry you're feeling so shit right now but glad they got your iron levels checked - look after yourself. With regards to the vaccine, for me it felt like a hard decision & your boss is naughty making you feel pressured.. it's your body so you have to do what you're comfortable with... But I also agree with what @minster2012 's friend said, the risks seem to be low from the medical papers. The advice now states there's no need to delay planning a pregnancy after the vaccine so I think your decision to have it is a good one. A little immunisation is better than none if we do get pregnant (🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻) before jab 2.

@Sausage1990 I feel like we have quite similar stories over the past few months. The time between my MMC in October and starting to try again this cycle were horrible. All I wanted to do was keep trying and being stuck in limbo (in addition to not having seen my family in a year and a half/cancelling Christmas trips etc) made for many a low mood days.

Quick update: CD47 and hopefully testing tomorrow! I've been so bloated that i look a good few months along, I've wee'd probably enough to fill a swimming pool in the last week! And my boobs, omg they're tender!
I got curious on the amount I was weeing, found a pee tracker and logged yesterday's! Before this, I was a probably 4 wees a day kind of person, look at yesterday's though, that's what it's like daily at the minute! 👀

Am I the only one who goes to bed super early on here? 😂

Just read something interesting, for those who have cycles all over the place but blood work is normal... apparently because our hormones fluctuate so much one set of blood can come back normal, the next set can show issues, etc. So if you're not happy with a result push for more.

@Kirky658 I've had quite a lot of pain, cramps, lower back pain and trapped wind. Which all combined aren't very comfortable at all. When I went for my early scan she couldn't even see something she was looking for because she said I had a lot of bowel gas so😂

@BlondePotter yay team yellow! After months of my OH saying he wants to find out the gender we've been watching some one born every minute and now he's saying he wants a surprise!🤣 I'm kind of resigned to the fact il have another boy but desperate for a girl so we'll see.

The midwife rang yesterday and asked me a few questions she'd missed off my notes and asked me how much me and OH drank and I was like well we go out every few months but not much and she asked how many units we drink and I was quiet and she goes are you a binger ? And I was like umm yep 😂

@DJmum83 oh no being anemic is really exhausting! I've suffered from it on and off for a few years since I had glandular fever. I think my iron may be low at the moment although she said my bloods at 7 weeks came back fine but since then I've been blacking out when I stand up and getting that fuzzy feeling so think something may be a crop.

@Franklydear I am here ! I saw you mentioned me last night while I was in bed but hadn't managed to catch up. The thread was so busy yesterday !

@paintfairy my OH wears tight boxers. I think I'd be sick if he wore anything else 🤣🤣 I mean they're not tight just more fitted

Right ladies, a conundrum , af on Friday, quite heavy, Saturday very light, Sunday a bit of spotting, Monday nothing, boobs, nausea, cramps, foof soreness through out, this morning, spotting again, more cramps and nausea higher, any theories?

@Kirky658 I've had to use a hot water bottle for my back pain a few nights. Even thinking about getting my gym ball out this early ! Don't worry about your boobs, mine are on and off too 😌

@LB20xx on the subject of wee, apparently I have a bladder capacity that is at least double the average 🤷🏻‍♀️ apparently it reduces the chance of incontinence in old age as it means I have a stretchy bladder. It was a bonus when pregnant with dd as I wasn't having to run to the loo every half hour but a right bugger for scans as I had to drink loads and hold for ages to get a full bladder 🙈 good luck for tomorrow 🤞🏻

@Justanothercyster in fairness I don't have to nag him to do diy or any other "man" jobs, it's just done. I don't have to lift a finger outside, I've never had to do anything with my car (oil, washer stuff etc), don't even have to put fuel in it 🙈 He's amazing when physically ill and does cooking and cleaning, I just don't think he gets that not all illness is physical iyswim. He's actually very domesticated, I've never seen a single mans house as neat as his was 😂 he's almost 40 and his parents were in their 40s when he was born so he grew up in a very "mans" work/"woman's" work type household.
Bloody hormones are making me all lovey about him now when in reality I was ready to rip him a new arsehole when this all happened 🙈😂

@Kirky658 I haven't had sore boobs at all 👀 should this worry me? The bloaty crampy feeling has been going on a lot though. Dr google tells me I only need to worry if the cramps don't ease off quickly or became extremely painful so I'm trying to be chill about them. Coughing & sneezing is a bit uncomfy as is rolling over in bed sometimes 🤷🏻‍♀️

@Kirky658 last time I managed to dodge the dreaded morning sickness entirely bar one day when a man walked past me and my sense of smell was so sensitive that I smelled BO and spewed.... so far so good with no morning sickness this time too 🙌🏻 I am back on my tomato and cheese obsession though 🙈 whole block of cheddar dipped in salsa yesterday! Don't know if oh was impressed or disgusted 😂

@Juno231 to be fair i never said the appointment was for ivf. Maybe in his head it doesn't register that far? Few tests and sorted. I'm hoping that may be the case myself. But obviously at this stage you've no idea. @Justanothercyster the dog is grumpy. Hates you in his space and will growl if you approach his bed. So it will require thought. He's 9 this year though, its not like it's going to be a 10 year issue. And I'm not exactly putting it to the top of my list of issues! 🙄

@Gem176 omg. Well I think I'll let your other half off then. Mine will cook and do shopping. Occasionally hoover. But that's it. I asked him to charge my car battery the other day and you should have heard him. Then he went out for hours without putting it back and left me unable to leave (had horses to go feed). I have to sort myself. I have to nag like hell to get any diy done and he's not good at it either. 🤣 I'm also jealous of your bladder. Mine is horrific and the bladder of a 90 year old. God knows what happens if I ever have kids.

@paintfairy as I was alluding too last night a lot of men have a real big wobble on going for ivf /testing phase. I think it's hits them that "they might not be normal" and "they might not have a baby the normal way" and they don't like it. What they don't realise is that there's no shame in it, there's so much "Inexplained infertility" and it doesn't really matter. My DH had an argument with me in the car before our big signing appointment for ivf /surrogacy having a breakdown saying "I don't want a baby LIKE THIS" well neither do I but I want a baby so what's your suggestion?? Sometimes they just need to get it out then have a panic & talk to the experts & say ok it's not that scary. As @Justanothercyster found they might suggest IUI you don't know. But you have to find out. It's a big freaky step cos it's "fiddling with nature" but it's to the same end & for a good reason. The dog thing he's just clutching at straws 🤣

@Juno231 I guess over a week my DH could do that if he drank every day, he's 6'6" & it wouldn't touch the sides really spaced out, no he wouldn't be drunk.

@Minster2012 yes, I know what you mean. I think for us we maybe just accept its a means to an end. Maybe for a man it seems like the ultimate failure? Even if it isn't really them that's the problem? Maybe he doesn't want to announce that's how it happened. But- right now, no one knows. So it's up to us what we tell people. I'm quite private so I don't want to tell people anything right now. In case nothing becomes of it. So there's time to work all of that out.

So girls I'm feeling so sad and flat, after all those things I had an Sunday at 8dpo that made me think it was implantation, cramps, pinching, sore boobs, massive drop on rhr to then rise again yesterday, I had a rummage this morning and had some brown/pink cm then a little bit of red, think I'm going to start spotting later on, even though I had my slight doubts I really really thought it was my month this month

@Minster2012 yes and also very wet like expecting af, and the nausea is killing me this morning, boobs have not gone down after af, I am going to have to call, ain't I? I am tempted to test, clutching at straws master that I am
