Oh my goodness to say we are a chatty group is an understatement most times but that’s great cos it’s not all about TTC here, anything goes, we now have a bus with a beautiful panoramic roof seat so a few ppl can pop up on top heads up and out into wind to gulp in the non TTC air but still hold on to us & know where we are...like our pups that come with us with ears flapping in the wind our beloved ladies may have one flap flying in the wind...”watch out for the left outer flap”...someone once shouted to their OH...that might set the tone here nicely.

Get it?! No?! Sometimes nor do we...🙄the chat, the deed, the sperm, the egg, the fact that we aren’t pregnant yet after shagging twelfty millions times a month forever. But we are here for each other, to chat shit, to help each other out the pits or wallow within the pits, for all the highs and lows.

@Nats7504 sorry about your mum. I know what you mean though. You don't have to have gone through it, you just need a brain. I lost my dad the year before last, a few months before my wedding. I kind of get that people are useless and I'm OK dealing with it on my own. But I've a friend now who's dad is in a similar boat with illness. And she came to me in the end saying I'd know how she felt. But she was fed up of people telling her to be positive, she's still got him for now, bla. And she said it was making her so angry. And I did completely get that- i was pleased most people chose to say nothing to me. Rather than idiot comments. Just like I've never asked in my life why people don't have kids or pass comment. Yet some people do? 🙄

@Gem176 my mum would be ecstatic. So I think I'd do the same. She's always commenting. Made one earlier (by text) saying there was no room for my kids then (she doesn't know we are ttc) because I was telling her how we have a gang of imaginary people live here that DH blames for things. The paint in the shed incident wasn't him. He always blames the invisible man. Pisses me off. But she must get a comment in at least once a month, if not more. And as far as she's concerned, I've never wanted kids. Aaarrrggghhh.

Exactly. We can all support each other, regardless of the situation or journey. I found my friends either being full of the ‘I’m so sorry, so glad it’s not me’ or the ‘time will heal’ like I said I found myself using online forums to find like minded people to save my friends the doom and gloom. Grief in whatever form it is needs to be addressed and discussed. I’m saying this but have yet to grieve myself. Advice is easier given that received. 🙈 Before mum was ill, my OH and I had planned to start trying last year, circumstances changed that but I feel I need to start living my life and being 37 next month I need to think of my future. I have no idea what the future holds for me 🙈

@Kirky658 I'm 5 weeks on Tuesday so really not much between us 😊 nice to actually have someone that close date wise! I don't have any in laws. OHs mum died when he was 17 and his dad passed away last year but I never met him as he had advanced Alzheimer's and my oh and him didn't have the greatest of relationships. We live really near his two brothers and their families and they are all so lovely! I'm actually excited to tell them!
