Oh my goodness to say we are a chatty group is an understatement most times but that’s great cos it’s not all about TTC here, anything goes, we now have a bus with a beautiful panoramic roof seat so a few ppl can pop up on top heads up and out into wind to gulp in the non TTC air but still hold on to us & know where we are...like our pups that come with us with ears flapping in the wind our beloved ladies may have one flap flying in the wind...”watch out for the left outer flap”...someone once shouted to their OH...that might set the tone here nicely.

Get it?! No?! Sometimes nor do we...🙄the chat, the deed, the sperm, the egg, the fact that we aren’t pregnant yet after shagging twelfty millions times a month forever. But we are here for each other, to chat shit, to help each other out the pits or wallow within the pits, for all the highs and lows.

@Vil10 nope, no fish at all 😖 I don't mind making something for him though, I'll have a veggie version. Pudding is what I'm about 😂 I'm thinking grilled asparagus salad for starters, steak for him/ veggie for me for main, and melt in the middle choc fondants for pud.

13dpo for me today. I do seem to have less spotting than normal. Wondering if it's linked to the painful boobs in some way? They are itchy too and it's annoying me. Or maybe there is just no pattern. I'm going to stick with the seven seas next month if I can get more, and see if my symptoms are the same again. Could be those making things different I guess? Who even has AF due at the weekend? Gah. Rubbish. 🤣

In other news my friend from MN years ago (on ivf threads, we have sons similar age) who was doing a live POAS with me a couple of weeks ago is properly pregnant! She was about to do ivf again, it's amazing, only one tube after an ectopic that nearly killed her years ago so did ivf & I sent her my remaining packets of clear blue OV sticks & after a CP it's bloody worked 🙌🏻6 weeks few days and seen heartbeat...now I just need to get preg so we have babies same age again

Looks like I'm permanently on the roof of the bus for a while OH came back from work today and still got the mindframe that kids are out the window for this year maybe next?!? Wtaf? Am I being unreasonable to think it's wrong to wait until we are financially stable? He's self employed so that's never a guarantee? He really wants kids but at what cost? I feel like a ticking time bomb I'm 31 and feel like my time is running out plus the fact It might take god knows how long. I dunno if he wants me to cancel fertility clinic appointment or not...

@Dollybird89 I dunno, my DH is a bit that way. Thinks everything should be right but doesn't even know what right is. 🤣 He kept saying more settled (I saw his point but age was never on our side). However, I know that no way would he be willing if he thought we weren't financially secure. (Nothing is ever a given anyway). I think if the recent bill is the issue - things like that annoy me. Shit happens and what if you were already pregnant? You just deal with it. However, is it that the bill has just made him realise you probably weren't in the right place anyway? I don't know? Mine tends to panic, but then gets over it. Thankfully. 31 isn't horrendous and I think waiting a year wouldn't be the end of the world. However, I'd be reluctant to leave it much longer in case it doesn't go smoothly. I'm guessing it wasn't if you already have a clinic appointment? But since nhs is slow, I don't think I'd be wanting to halt it, if you've got that far?

AF I think due Sunday. Monday is possible. I very much doubt it'll go beyond that for me to need to test. 🤣

@Dollybird89 unless he can tell you exactly what financially stable means, how much that is and how he's planning on getting there this is completely unreasonable. He could be delaying indefinitely and potentially for no reason. I mean even if you were to get pregnant this cycle you'd still have until the end of the year to save up, he gets that right?! And if you aren't working atm it's not like he's even worried about losing half your household income when you go on mat leave - you're essentially already on that budget! Nah, keep your appointment and I BET you he'd never actually make the effort to use contraception anyway....
