Hi all, so this is my 2nd TWW / symptom spotting thread ❤️

Ovulation day for me is today; 14th Jan.
wondered if anybody else is early in their TWW or fancies keeping me company throughout?

Would love to hear your symptoms / stories 🥰

@scandiontheloose I've just caught myself searching 12 DPO implantation on my WORK LAPTOP. Stop it you tit. 🙈🙈🙈

@trackiesandasmokeyeye omg howlingggg 😂😂😂 that was me today. Camera off and mic on mute in a meeting googling my DPO symptoms like a mad person 😂

I just want a BFP or AF better show up on time so I can stop this 😂😂

@trackiesandasmokeyeye I just ate 2 magnum ice creams to make myself feel better. Kinda worked.

Keep me posted with the CM tho, TMI is good so I don't have to google it 😂😂

@scandiontheloose haha - I can't even do that, I'm doing slimming world and desperate to get to my target weight as soon as so I don't have to pay if I'm preggers, I'm only a few pounds off 🤣🤣 will snack on an apple or something 🙄🙄

Fingers crossed we're just testing early and all that. If not, then beware OHs next month will be shagalicious 😂

@scandiontheloose haha that made me laugh! Mine thinks all his birthdays have come at once, he asked if he could buy me some lingerie earlier - I mean, yes, he can and you've got to make it fun still haven't you, but does he not realise that this is VERY IMPORTANT 🤣

The nausea is back with a vengeance here, and still no proper AF - no more spotting yesterday but potentially some this morning... potentially in the sense that I've started having a poke around and inspecting the toilet paper in the way some people squint at test lines. Yes, I am the queen of TMI and also a nutter.

I'm torn between being glad my cycle is obviously longer than 23 days this month (I had a whole panic about short cycles and infertility yesterday, so even 24 makes me feel better if AF comes today, and it was 24 last month tbf so that would show some consistency if she beds herself in today) and being annoyed that I feel grim 🤣

Hi everyone please can join. We have been trying for a few month recently I have had some very noticeable cramps and I had two little spots of blood when I wiped yesterday but af has not arrived not due till 9th or 10th of feb. Also my boobs have developed small bumps and keep turning a dark purple. I really thought I was starting af but nothing

Well I've felt surprisingly ok this morning. Like a wee wave of calm out of nowhere. So either it's that weird thing where people say they suddenly had no symptoms after weeks of cramping, nausea etc and then got BFP or it's just AF gearing to make her grand entrance 😂😂

I've been symptom spotting since DPO 1 and now I'm DPO 13 so think I'm just exhausted at this point 😂 still no BFP so I do genuinely think I'm out of it but trying to stay positive and all that.

You reckon you'll test today?

@scandiontheloose haha well I'm glad you're feeling calm anyway. I'm not testing today, still convinced AF is imminent and I'm almost too scared to look when I go to the toilet and kill what little hope I have left - on top of that I've only got one test left in, so saving it for when it's next needed. I've just eaten a pack of chewits as eating was helping the nausea last week but today it's not - annoying.

@Meg32 welcome! That sounds v early to be AF symptoms if you're not due for another few weeks

@Meg32 - I'm in the same boat, I've not told anyone we're ttc and it's lovely to have people to talk to (or in my case display my TMI and slightly mad tendencies to!)

@Meg32 welcome to the thread.
It's hard when you're keeping the TTC private but also feel like you want to talk about it and compare symptoms etc. We're here for all that and love a bit of TMI. Don't be afraid to ask silly questions etc. Not exactly a TTC genius cos still not preggos but happy to help if I can. It can be a very lonely and stressful journey.

@trackiesandasmokeyeye think AF is coming my way. I just cried cos we're out of milk and wanted a cuppa.😂😂

@trackiesandasmokeyeye 😂😂😂 worst morning ever. And I can only blame myself cos OH has been away for work for the past 2 weeks or so. Can't even blame him 😂

It can be so lonely It’s great to have this to ask questions and get advice thank you all. I’ve had one hot drink this morning and I’ve been to toilet countless times

TMI update of the day, the brown CM spotting is back this morning having done one for a bit after it's first appearance yesterday 🙄 - nothing on a pad yet, only a tinge of colour when wiping (and visible when having a check 👀) but I wonder if that means AF will appear by the end of the day. Until that happens this is CD25, but if she does show up at least a 24 day cycle would give me some consistency.

12DPO today and a BFN so I think that's probably me out for this cycle. Bit bummed out tbh as I pinned a lot on 'youre probably more fertile straight after mc bullshit' stupid google making it worse blergh.

Now I just want AF to show up so it can be over and done with so I can torture myself with the next TWW.

@trackiesandasmokeyeye ahhh I want you to test so bad RN 😂 I've had something similar before but AF has usually appeared in like less than 48hrs after and yours doesn't sound like that. TEEESSTTTTT 😂

@CookieMonster3001 ugh I feel ya. I'm 13DPO and have tested every flipping day after 10DPO and still BFN so I'm just waiting for AF so I can start this stressful TWW again in a few weeks time 🙈🙈
I hate googling so much rn. I keep reading threads where people who got BFN still at 13DPO had a BFP a week later or something and I'm here like "😑😑😑"

Ahhh I'm sorry @CookieMonster3001 - google is evil btw, it plays tricks with your mind.

@scandiontheloose 🤣 thanks for making me laugh, the problem is I've been boshing back the liquids and peeing to check on the spotting every time I need the slightly trickle so there is zero point in testing I'm not even sure I'd get enough wee 🙈🙈🙈

Ps @scandiontheloose i do have a slight confession, I promised myself I wasn't doing another test after the Saturday morning one but I broke Sunday night and POAS with a supermarket cheapie - BFN, so I have already broken once. But NO not with only 1 in the house and a fear of going to the shops because my road looks like a literal ice rink.

@trackiesandasmokeyeye I find myself hilarious in real life too. OH doesn't always agree but I make myself snort laughs quite often.
Oh yes I was like that yesterday and then when I was like "right I'll do a late night test" there was no pee left 😂😂 probably just a divine intervention to stop me testing when there is no way it'll be a positive test 😂🙈

@scandiontheloose ha, a divine money saving intervention! On another note, I thought I'd have a feel around for my cervix as someone else was on about checking position - what am I even LOOKING for?! Someone said it feels like a nose, but I can't feel anything... I mean I have short fingers but how short would they need to be and how dense would I need to be to not feel anything? Like how far up is it?!... actually off to google this now 😳😳
