Hi all, so this is my 2nd TWW / symptom spotting thread ❤️

Ovulation day for me is today; 14th Jan.
wondered if anybody else is early in their TWW or fancies keeping me company throughout?

Would love to hear your symptoms / stories 🥰

@trackiesandasmokeyeye I caved and tested again. Not surprisingly another negative. 12DPO today so I feel like there should've at least been a very faint line.damn! Just can't shake off all these symptoms but guess I have to now admit I'm out of it this month. AF due on Thursday so I'll get the chocolate and wine ready 😂

@scandiontheloose I feel your pain. I'm CD29 now, and convinced AF is coming tomorrow. I've got my head round it and I'm ready to get it out the way and try again next month.

I have to say yesterday I was so sure I was going to get a BFP with some of the feelings I was getting, our minds/bodies can be so frustrating when we really want something. Fingers crossed for you still though xx

@AIC2015 right! During the TWW you think every twinge or cramp is a symptom and even though I know people have gotten BFNs all the way until 14DPO and beyond before getting their positive I'm coming to terms with the fact that this month I'm out.

Hopefully better luck next month for all of us🙌🏼

@scandiontheloose - I'm joining you for sure, cramping this morning and now light spotting - full blown AF by the end of the day for sure. Here's to next month.

@trackiesandasmokeyeye next month is our month! There should be some sorta TWW loyalty scheme that if AF comes you get a free bottle of wine or something from Tesco or whichever shop you spent a fortune at buying tests during the TWW😂😂

well I've had waves of nausea for the past few days, dizziness, gone off food and even my morning coffee (it just tastes weird) and boobs feel huge and look really veiny. Also CM has been present for the whole TWW when normally I get bit of a break from it after ovulation and before AF comes.

There is always a chance for late implantation but pretty sure I'm out of it this month.

I just tested 12DPO and not a hint of a line or anything so looks like I’m out this month too, just waiting for AF to come and go now so can try again 😅

I'm waiting until Wednesday to test, even then that's early ?10 DPO but I can't wait any longer. I've got a FRER so should tell me if I am not not. Feel exactly the same as I always do apart from I was really moody and snappy yesterday although that's partly to do with the fact I'm absolutely fed up of covid and it's really getting to me.

I've been researching about soy isoflavones and I've ordered some in preparation for of I get a BFN so I can start taking them as soon as I get my period. There's loads of really good success stories out there. Anyone tried them?

@Lovelily94 get that vino ready. I'm also 99.99% sure I'm out this month so just waiting for the witch to appear between now and Thursday. Next month is our month 🙌🏼💕

@rosierose10 had to google what they are, seem promising so might give it a go. As far as I could tell dosage and sticking to certain cycle days are quite important. Might join you with this trial😁

Following this as am also TTC first month of trying properly we had a miscarriage in 2019 and am 3 DPO AF isn’t due until 6th Feb and this TWW is absolutely killing me!

Is any one currently in their TWW any symptoms, CM or anything?

@scandiontheloose I got them from eBay, but apparently you can get them from Tesco aswell, I had a read through this which was really helpful and definitely worth giving it a go I think. Also have read they can be used to shorten cycles which would be ideal since mine are around 6 weeks long. I'd never heard of them until recently!

10 dpo, waiting for Amazon to deliver more frer so I can test tomorrow. Feeling really run down, bit off food, tired and had weird cramps. Might be overly thinking it. Will test tomorrow but bracing myself for another bfn

@rosierose10 oohhhh brilliant I'll think I'll give it a go. So far have only takes that seven seas "trying for a baby" supplement but think I'll give this this a go as well.

Since my implant was taken out last aug my cycles have been a bit all over the place so think it's defo worth trying. thanks for the tip xx

TMI warning here ladies (but it's not stopping me...).

So, when I said I had spotting, I don't usually spot before AF but this morning I kind of thought maybe I've just not noticed AF soon enough in previous cycles. I've only been off the pill since Oct, and had 3 periods (likely one withdrawal bleed and two periods) since and the first started after a PT sesh and was red on wiping straight away and the second started mid DTD (that was fun 🙈🙈) so I figured maybe all the exercise had made it appear in a rush 🙄🤣 or I'd just not been to the toilet at the right time to notice the spotting.

Anyway, what I meant by spotting was effectively brown slimy discharge. Does anyone get that pre AF? I popped a tampon in and a few hours later that was all that was on there, and not loads... and now nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️ still cramping on and off so probably just a weird AF onset, but it's confused me!

No problem! It's giving me a bit more hope and I'm quite excited to give it a go x

@trackiesandasmokeyeye I only came off my pill in November and only had 1 proper period since but I did get what you're describing at the very start of last AF like I did on the withdrawal bleed, like a browny discharge type of thing x

Thanks @rosierose10 - I still do think AF is imminent, just weird as I didn't even have it at the start of the withdrawal bleed, that just felt like AF used to, and I always used to get brown blood at the end rather than the start of AF. Perhaps my cycles haven't settled yet 🤷🏻‍♀️

@trackiesandasmokeyeye love a good TMI, I'm here for all that cos I my Google searches are probs beyond TMI tbh.

I've had that a day or two before AF, and then it stopped for a half a day and then AF came in like a wrecking ball.

Also had it last cycle, thought it was implantation bleeding cos it only lasted for a few days but then that was it for my cycle. 4 days of brown CM looking discharge and no full blown AF.

What DPO are you? You could still be in luck for a BFP 💕

@scandiontheloose - my searches are hilarious, there were a good few days I was searching WHAT DOES ECWM LOOK LIKE - PICS PLS every which way I could think of, just to check, you know 🤣

I'm not 100% sure on DPO, the apps say either 11/12 DPO and I had EWCM from CD 8 - CD 11 so that would fit (today is CD24 if AF doesn't make a proper show of herself), so seems too late for implantation I'd think sadly.

Aw well the EWCM mid cycle sounds about right for ovulation. I sometimes get that stringy stuff just before AF too although this cycle I've had it for almost the whole TWW so I don't think I'm a prime candidate for the CM comparison 😂
