Hi all, so this is my 2nd TWW / symptom spotting thread ❤️

Ovulation day for me is today; 14th Jan.
wondered if anybody else is early in their TWW or fancies keeping me company throughout?

Would love to hear your symptoms / stories 🥰

@xem87 I know I actually prefer the weekdays at the minute where I can actually get up and go to work and fill the day! Not Netflix but we watched traces on bbc last weekend which was really good! And watched the Pembrokeshire murders last night then got the second series of the bay to watch. I think I might strip the wallpaper in the bedroom as I hate it, my DP done some panelling in the dining area last weekend and I love it so want it in the bedroom too! I told him I'd give him a few weekends off because he never stops with the DIY lately but I'm eager to get it done and keep us busy

CD 27 for me, TWW is nearly coming to an end, keeping my hopes up 😫 AF could come between tomorrow and Tuesday as my cycles can vary between 27-29 days! BFN on 10DPO so I'm not convinced it's happened this month! Currently tidying the house to keep my occupied 😅

@trackiesandasmokeyeye @scandiontheloose My OH is the exact same. He replied with ‘well I did it on all those days marked on the calender’ with a very sad bottom lip, I’ve just had a little teacher student moment explaining the chances, I never thought myself how complicated it can be when I wasn’t TTC.

I'm so glad it's not just my OH, he sounded so sad bless him.

@xem87 - my feeling of nausea is real too, and hasn't totally cleared with the BFN (it's not stopping me eating though and actually feels marginally better whilst I'm eating) - I figure it's psychological or due to dehydration and lack of sleep.

I also find weekends so much better in lockdown than the week, and today I have actual exciting plans. Slimming world first thing this morning (zoom obvs), chilling in front of Saturday kitchen now and we usually watch the football in an afternoon (it's where I met OH) but our team isn't playing today so we'll probably put a cheeky bet on and watch the scores come in - then tonight we're having teams drinks and possible cards against humanity with our neighbours, and a joint takeaway (delivered to ours and we'll drop it on their doorstep).

I need to take an ASOS parcel down the road to the shop too (it all looks cr@p) but it's just started snowing quite heavily here so I might leave it...

I've also just told OH that we just have to DTD every 2 days next cycle, because I'm not sure I want to track and try to second guess ovulation, and that he's not allowed to go near himself in between because sperm need to build their strength up... he was half asleep but looked a bit scared 🤣🤣🙈

@Lovelily94 I haven't had my BFN yet as it's too early for me to test, only had positive OPK Saturday so I'm going to test Wednesday I think at the earliest, maybe Thursday, have a strong feeling I'm out this month though. DP works away Monday-Friday so I think we will miss ovulation next month which I think will be mid week 😫

When does he leave @rosierose10? Just crack on right before he leaves and you never know.

@scandiontheloose that’s true I will definitely pour a large glass of red or two tonight! A bath doesn’t sound a bad idea either.

@rosierose10 A lie sounds lovely, the TWW is tough and you deserve a rest I’ve had work this morning so that’s taken my mind off it a bit, but this afternoon I’m not sure what to do either. Currently sunny here so hoping it stays out for a bit until I get home and can go for a walk. I think TTC whilst in lockdown is worse because there’s not much else to think about lol! X

@trackiesandasmokeyeye he leaves very early every Monday morning and gets back every Friday afternoon, he works 3 hours away so not so easy just to come back for a night.

@Dayseebubs yeah it's sunny here too although really cold. A walk would be nice, I could do with getting a bit more exercise!

@rosierose10 we used to be in a similar boat - he'd leave at about 4.30 am every Monday. If you work on sperm surviving for 5 days though you never know - Sunday afternoon baby dancing ;-)

So confused!!

What does implantation bleeding look like? My period isn't due to Wednesday. Sometimes I spot 2 days before but usually dark red... and it's in the mucus almost.

I think I ovulated 14th Jan. Been feeling queasy for last 2 days on / off. BFN test but think too early. I had chemical pregnancy last month. Had period like cramps in back / legs too and heavy feeling. Not too bad today tho.

Just been to loo now - and this? Anyone had similar? Don't know if implantation or just period coming really early!!

@xem87 Wish I could help with this but I’ve not experience implantation bleeding before, but from what I’ve read about it, certainly can’t rule it out as being that! Especially as you’re AF isn’t due yet, and it’s such a small amount of blood which it’s often described as. I think after implantation it takes a couple of days for the HCG to build up to be detected in a pregnancy test, so I wouldn’t be disheartened by a negative test today as it’s probably too early to know. I’d suggest testing the day your AF is due if you can hold out until then. Really hope it’s your month, sending you lots of baby dust!! xx

I'll tell you what ladies, psychology and PMS are cruel - I can't ever remember having nausea this much before AF before, I wish it would do one 🙈 - at least when I was hopeful of a BFP it would have had a good reason!

@xem87 Yeah, I should be getting something on a test by now and there's not a hint of anything.

@trackiesandasmokeyeye same here. Tested again this morning 11DPO and blank white, not even a hint of a line. Just waiting for AF to appear in a few days time I guess. Had some pimples appear overnight last night so guess that's her calling card 😂😂 next month then...that'll be us!

@scandiontheloose I've not tested again, resisted the urge to avoid the disappointment and because I'm tight and don't want to waste it 🤣 just waiting for AF to arrive today or tomorrow.

Can I join in? I’m 9dpo (ovulated on 15th Jan I think). My cycles are all over the place so not sure when AF due but I’ve been having pms symptoms for last three days. Obviously I’ve poas because I’m a nutter and so far it’s been BFN. I’m going to try and resist until Wednesday when I’ll be 12 dpo.

Ffs this is hard. Every twinge I get my hopes up.

I'm still feeling so sick today can't work out if faint line on test 😂 times dragging until Wednesday 🙈

@xem87 it's very faint and I had to tilt my phone different ways but I am sure I can see something there! Did you use FMU? Got my fingers crossed for you 🤞

@xem87 I have to admit I'm not sure if I'm seeing anything. In fairness I've been trying to squint my own test for the last 2 days so think I will start to see things soon so could be a VVFL.
What DPO are you? X

@xem87 i think I do see something very slightly if I tilt my phone! Maybe wait a few days and test again?
