CD1 (again!) - No more relaxed approach..

Hey, I was wondering if anyone wanted to join me today (or any day soon) tracking from CD1, hopefully all the way up to the BFP in 28/29/30 days time!

I know its a little unusual, we tend to only be active on here when we are waiting after ovulation, but thought it might be nice to track all the way through as a group!

Anyway, if anyone fancies it let me know!

@Bellesjp good luck! I know when i conceived my first my husband was away when I got the positive opk but we dtd as soon as he got back and caught it! I read that ovulation occurs up to 48 hours after the surge so you may be ok. Fingers crossed!

First flashing face for me today and typically OH working till far later than I can stay awake lol so will start DTD tomorrow and try and get a couple of goes in before the static. Really need that to be Saturday/Sunday as Monday he's back working late again...inconvenient lols

CD8 here, negative opk as expected but DTD anyway, prob won't achieve anything though as it's most likely too early:( I have no idea of my cycle length as it's my first cycle off the mini pill.

@Seraphina1993 SMEP says to DTD every other day from cycle day 8 up until ov, then DTD for 3 consecutive days once you get your peak, then stop for a day, then once more. So you're on track!

How are you all getting on? Is anybody approaching testing time?

Wondering if anybody could have a look at my BBT chart? Ite my first time charting and I'm a little unsure of how to interpret it.
I have multiple apps tracking ovulation, and some apps say I will ovulate Friday (I am putting temp recordings into them all), and ferometer says I ovulate yesterday?

Just wondering whether people could give advice? And perhaps look at my chart?

CD10 for me tomorrow, just want to see a positive opk! I know it's still a bit early but just getting irrationally worried I won't ovulate this month :(

I’m CD17 today and still negative opk, does anyone else have a 32 day cycle and know roughly what day they ovulate? It’s my first month testing so not sure what to expect!

@Bellesjp I usually get a positive opk on cd18 and assume I ovulate cd19 or 20. I have a 32 day cycle. So hopefully soon for you!

Sooooooo the plot thickens.....not doing opks because I'm so confident I'll ovulate on cd19 or 20....but today is cd11 and had a ton of ewcm! Didn't need to check- it was just unmissably there! So guess we better dtd tonight. So confused! I know ewcm is not a reliable indicator of anything but typical it happens when I have no opks to check!!!

Well slightly concerningly my LH seems to be going down lol!

Hopefully it'll work its way back up from here 🙃

@Braxos - mine always do that! Higher right after AF, then dip down then build up again. When are you expecting ovulation?

@Ithinkhedidit ah thats okay then! Not til 15/16 most likely, so still a while to go. This cycle is absolutely draggingg!

@Ithinkhedidit sorry missed your message about ewcm. Bit tmi.. (what isnt here 🤷‍♀️), but my cm seems to be completely random, I dont evem bother tracking it anymore!

But if its unusual for you (or usual only around ov) deffo get on it lol! (And order some opks once your done 😂) x

@Braxos yeah probably totally random! This cycle is draggging, I'm with you there. Filled in some paperwork earlier and was like ffs how is it still January 😂

I'm sure this is the slowest cycle to date...and that's before the 2 ww has started!

Mine is looking so similar, 2nd line on mine are all so pale :( hoping to see a strong second line soon!

Would you say this opk is a peak? (top two- both the same test but diff results on app) I’m not sure it looks quite as dark as the control line but hard to tell

I dont think its quite there yet @Bellesjp probably tonight or tomorrow though!

Okay so It is ovulation day for me I believe (I got a big temp drop Tuesday morning, but a positive OPK yesterday?). We DTD, Friday, Tuesday and last night. May do it once again tonight to be sure.

Then it is a waiting game... Anybody else PO?

@purplepoppet92 goodluck lovely! I was reading some crazy hippy article last night about visualising the sperm meeting the egg after things uhum.. end.. and i was chatting to OH about it last night after DTD and he was like youve actually gone mental 😂😂😂

I don't think men can fully appreciate how all consuming it is! Sounds like you are at the same stage in your cycle as I am? Am i right in recalling that this is your first month trying for your 1st child?xx
