Well, DP and I have finaly made up after the weekends nightmare row. I told him everyone is calling him a lightweight and email ing me to see if I was ok after our horrible night. Not strictly true but I decided that he doesn't have to know that! Now he is all apologetic, so it turned out right in the end! . I'm trying to finda decent photo to post girls, give me a while...........

Iam sorry to get you excited runtus. Dont know why i tested just really got that feeling i have no af now CD 5 (sorry Jeddah i thought i was 4 i was still 4 your time but you are now cd5 anyway???? how confusing) af stopped after a day and a half have slight cramping every now and then but no af so i just thought....maybe....just maybe i could be pg you would think by now if i was pg i would get a positive???? so here goes another month......
Would really love to see that photo runtus. I just got some photos back from the wedding i was in the other w/end but i couldnt work out how to show you.

quick question for you all....I usually get two patches of ewcm during my cycle, one at around cd9/cd10 and the other around when persona is telling me I ovulate - around cd18-20. Anyone else experience this? Any explanations?

Sorry - this is probably gonna be long.

I did a test on Friday (a little worse for wear it must be said) and it was a BFN. However I did check it in several different lights and thought I saw a very very very faint dot in the positive window. I asked dh for his opinion and he said when he looked there was nothing there. Anyway I put it in the bin.

Dh decided to inform me last night that he later went and took it out the bin and had another look and he says he thinks I was right and there was a faint mark. BUT he doesn't know how long after I did the test he looked at it - could be 10mins could be 1/2 hour!!!!

Anyway, now I have my hopes up but also STILL have af cramps that I've had for over a week.

I'm now cd 34 and I think about 17dpo.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, Runtus - I'm really glad you worked things out with your dh. I find guilt normally works!!!

I would test again sweetheart - I had AF cramps with both my pregnancies - doesn't necessarily mean AF is on her way.
Test again to make sure, would be my advice.
Is AF late? How long are your cycles normally?

I don't have any tests - was going to pop into town in my lunch hour and get one - I'm just so pissed off with dh!!!!!

My cycles can be anything from 28 days to 40+ days so it's not unusual that I haven't come on.

Runtus - what are digital ones????

Which would be the best test to buy - I was gonna get a 1st response one but I don't like them - I think they are hard to read.

Not sure who mak3s them but they have a digital display that either reads Pregnant or nor pregnant - which means you don't have to scour the results box trying to see a line. All I would say is please don't get over excited expecting it to be a bfp, not being horrid but you still may not get the answer you want becuase as you know, dp's have a habit of being wrong......

I take it your dh has just joined my dp in the dog house then?

Did you do a predictor (pink dot) test last Friday Sweetheart? I'm only asking because I did one of those two days after AF was due and only got a very, very faint dot. I agree with everyone else - test again!! The AF cramps aren't necessarily a bad thing - I've had them every time I've been pregnant.

Keeping my fingers crossed for you (and everyone else).

Runtus, hee hee - your right. He's well and truly in the dog house. His excuse was that he didn't relise the significance of a faint dot!!! Bloody men.

But your right. I'm still convinced I'm not Pg - I have no symptoms at all and the gyne Dr felt my stomach when I went last Wed - shurly she would have been able to tell?!?!?!?!?!!?!

MrsW - yeah it was a predictor test. I'll pick another test up at lunch time and do it in my work toilets - dh says he wants me to do it at home so he can see it but I think he's forfeited those rights!!!!!

Sweetheart - test test test!!

Sallie - I was reading something about this the other day. I think it said that you can get a second patch of EWCM when the corpus luteum starts disintegrating and releases oestrogen (or progesterone? something, anyway). It's NOT a fertile period, but it looks like one. I've probably described that all wrong, but I'll look it up and get back to you.
The other possibility is that you've found some semen, that is if you're still BDing for pleasure

Are you BDing at both times, jsut to be sure?

Well i have decided now that the pain iam getting today maybe ov pains. Rang my natrapath and explained to her about af she said that is proberly because the p hormone (cant remember what it is called) has increased that would explain why my af was shorter in previous months i would have had alot of oestrogin (sp?) so in basic i want more of the p hormone and apparently a lack of the p hormone can cause m/c mmmm interesting why dont the dr's say this. i have to increase my zinc instead of 2 ml once a day i need 3 ml twice a day. zinc also helps the folicals in the ovary's release a healthy egg.
DH is getting lucky tonight!!!
