@Mammaofgirls no symptoms so far but I would only be 4 weeks today so don't expect any yet.

Those lines definitely look darker now. Were you tracking ovulation and did you DTD around ovulation?
It's so annoying that we can't be excited for a new pregnancy. I plan to keep testing and maybe ring GP to see if they can do blood tests

Mammaofgirls · 12/01/2021 11:25

I was tracking ovulation but it said I was ovulating for like 8 solid days and yes were DTD all around those days , I feel very tired , achey and Boobs hurting abit. I do have a scan tomorrow because my original scan to check all was complete was cancelled due to me and my husband getting covid. If it was a new pregnancy I doubt they would be able to see anything and I don’t even know how far I would be as haven’t had a period. Would it be classed as first day of bleed from miscarriage? X

Hopefulmummie · 12/01/2021 11:43

@Mammaofgirls that's good you already have a scan. Depending on dates they may be able to see a sac and confirm a new pregnancy.
I also don't know about dating. If I was counting from my MC bleed I'd be 6 weeks but I know when I ovulated so if I count from that I'm only 4 weeks so think I will go by that

KES22 · 12/01/2021 13:04

Hi all, so I am 6 days overdue..I did a test 2 days ago which had a VERY faint line, but then today and nothing (also did a digital test which was negative). It’s like torture..got my hopes up with the faint line only to be devastated today. Does anyone have any experience of this? X

Lollol86 · 12/01/2021 14:26

Just seen your amazing news @HappyVibes congratulations lovely. Fingers crossed to a happy and healthy 9 months.
When you are ready come join us in the pregnant after a mmc group xx

PaigeS96 · 12/01/2021 15:30

Hi just looking for some advice as I previously said I had an mva in November and had my first cycle in January which I tracked on Ovia. Ovia says I am in my fertile window but just used the clear blue ovulation stick and it came up with O as in I’m not in my surge. Do I just continue to use the sticks everyday? Thankyou x

HappyVibes · 12/01/2021 15:51

Thanks @Lollol86 please can you tag me or DM me the exact name of the group? Don’t think I’m ready just yet but for when I am 😊

@PaigeS96 hi lovely. The first CB digi you do will always be O, even if you are on high/peak. The first one is always O, as it uses this as a baseline. So I would trust carry on with the sticks. If you think you should be high/peak, then perhaps do another this evening to check, as if you are, then it’s got your baseline now so will detect it...so if it is O again, then I’d say that’s accurate as opposed to it just being O because it’s the first one...hope that makes sense.

Xxx

PaigeS96 · 12/01/2021 15:59

Amazing thanks!! Xx

Mustkeepgoing2 · 12/01/2021 19:55

Thank you for your messages ladies. I really appreciate it and you are all lovely.
In truth I am struggling and need to find an outlet but I am not sure this is it at the moment.
I hope I don’t sound like I am being horrible but I am going through a faze of finding looking at pregnancy tests difficult. I think it’s a difficult months for me but it’s all dredged up a lot of emotions for me and it all feels a little hopeless. There have been so many pregnancy announcements recently and I feel like I need to escape them.
Thank you for saying the door is always open. I appreciate it and hope I’ll be back at some point soon.
Lots of love and good wishes to you all. I hope you understand. Xx

Lollol86 · 12/01/2021 19:57

@HappyVibes just tagged you, I don't think I joined until my 12 week scan x

NatNoo96 · 12/01/2021 20:03

Hi ladies, me again. I am supposed to be 5 weeks and 3 days now (I lost my last one just before 6 weeks) and I had some pink discharge this morning. This is how my MC started and each time I went to the loo it got worse. This time though I’ve just had pink discharge once this morning and then a yellow-y discharge the rest of the day. I’m booked in with the EPU first thing in the morning but I’m worried sick. Anyone have any other explanation other than another loss? I need some hope

TheDaydreamBelievers · 12/01/2021 21:20

@NatNoo96 hoping things turn out well. Some pink spotting can happen as the uterine wall is disrupted by an embryo attaching to it and the placenta starting to form so can be totally normal and not a problem. I hope that is the case for you xox

NatNoo96 · 12/01/2021 21:35

Thank you @TheDaydreamBelievers I really hope it’s something like that! No idea how I’m going to sleep tonight !

PumpkinEverything · 12/01/2021 21:57

Could it just have been a little bit of spotting mixed in with the discharge that was pink @NatNoo96 which I think happens sometimes. Easier said than done, but try not to worry too much and overthink it as it won’t help or change anything. It’s good you’re able to go in tomorrow, and I hope it’s all okay! Keep us updated 😊

NatNoo96 · 12/01/2021 22:21

Thank you @PumpkinEverything ! I think after having an MC I just naturally assume the worse now but am keeping everything crossed for hopefully a bit of good news tomorrow

PumpkinEverything · 12/01/2021 22:44

I know I’d be exactly the same @NatNoo96 😊 think it’s hard not to worry and the only thing you can do is remind yourself that it’s out of your control and not stress!

lillg · 12/01/2021 22:58

@NatNoo96 I had really light bleeding (mostly just pink discharge when I wiped) from week 4-7 and baby was fine (miscarried at 20 weeks but nothing to do with the early bleeding).
Try not to worry about it as really light bleeding is very common.

jec1983 · 13/01/2021 00:11

@NatNoo96 thinking about you. Pregnancy after miscarriage is so stressful. If it helps you not to worry, my sister had spotting early in her pregnancy and her babies were fine (she had twins!). Keep up us updated and I hope all is well.

jec1983 · 13/01/2021 00:27

I’m currently 8DPO and after some light cramping yesterday had a tiny bit of spotting today. I’ve always had a short cycle (around 23 days) but with my DS I ovulated around CD 10. I seem to be ovulating later and spotting a lot earlier since having him and starting to wonder if my miscarriages are something to do with that (maybe low progesterone??). I’ve started taking a vitamin b complex as I heard it lengthens the luteal phase but it doesn’t seem to have worked. Has anyone had any experience of this or have any advice?? I’m probably over thinking!!!

RS2609 · 13/01/2021 07:28

@Mustkeepgoing2 completely understandable that you need to take a break and refocus. Do whatever you need to for your own well-being. Wishing you lots of luck for your journey xx

M4v3r1ck · 13/01/2021 09:17

@Mustkeepgoing2 @RichmondLady1981 good luck, ladies! Look after yourselves! We'll always be here if needed! 😘😘😘

@ELMcg that looks like a BFN to me! I was the same the other day squinting and checking mine to make sure it was negative! Has your bleeding/spotting stopped too?

@Mammaofgirls hopefully you get some clarity at your scan today! 🤞🏻

@NatNoo96 I hope you managed to sleep! I'd have been the same! Hope things go ok with the EPU - keep us posted! 😘

@jec1983 from what I've read and what others have said, I've heard that MC can cause some disruption to your usual cycle! There was also chat in another group that pregnacare etc has caused cycle lengthening in some women and it was thought to be due to vit B?! Problem is that people react differently - it's so confusing!

Hope everyone else is doing ok! 😘

ELMcg · 13/01/2021 09:34

@M4v3r1ck yes I think it's pretty conclusive! My bleeding stopped a couple of weeks ago completely for a good few days but I've had the odd day of pink/brownish discharge here and there since, although not for a few days now. We DTD once over the festive period so there was part of me thinking I could be pregnant again! (First time we conceived was at the first try so I know it can happen for me unexpectedly!) But I think now its a case of wait for AF and try again. I have been having such bizarre symptoms recently, feel like my hormones must be all over the place!

Hope you are doing OK too! How are you feeling this week? I try to keep up on this thread but so much going on!

jec1983 · 13/01/2021 09:40

@M4v3r1ck thanks for responding. Things have definitely changed for me since I had my son even before miscarriages. It’s all so confusing! I hope you’re okay. Like @ELMcg said it’s hard to keep up with everyone!

NatNoo96 · 13/01/2021 10:05

Thanks everyone for helping me to calm down slightly last night! Have been this morning and had an internal scan and it seems to have been implantation bleeding. There is a yolk sac and a gestational sac and I’m to go back in 2 weeks to hopefully see an embryo! Keeping my fingers crossed !
I feel like having a MC makes us all overthink everything. I’m so glad of this group to bring me back to thinking logically sometimes!

Hopefulmummie · 13/01/2021 10:37

Hey just thought I'd give an update.
I rang my GP today to see if they would do bloods to confirm a new pregnancy. He said blood tests wouldn't be any more reliable than a pregnancy test so to just take it that I'm pregnant again if I'm getting a positive result. I done another test today and it's far darker so think that's me settled :)
GP is going to make a referral to EPU to see if they would do an early scan

I hope you all get your rainbow babies soon :)
