@bez91 funny how OPKs are exciting to us 😂😂 I think I get too much enjoyment out of waiting to see the line. Says me when I know rightly in a few weeks I’ll be getting fed up of only seeing faint lines 🤦‍♀️

I peed on a stick this morning but don’t think there’s any line even with squinting but thought I might as well post the pic here as you guys are the experts. I’m 10dpo today with AF due on Saturday. But since it’s my hubbies and my 3rd wedding anniversary today he said why not early test and either great news for our wedding anniversary or I can have bubbly with dinner at home lol. Guess it will be the latter - what say you?

I should mention the reason I’m upset today with this is because I thought I had early symptoms which I haven’t had in the previous months we were trying like sore breasts, increased water intake, weird food cravings. Especially the sore breasts were the giveaway for me - obv not :(

Not sure what’s going on with me @M4v3r1ck I thought AF was here but my spotting has got even lighter/non existent after that one day 🤔 so now I’m not sure. Tortured myself with another PT this morning, but used my second pee (only cheating myself here!) and there’s still a faint line 🙈🤦‍♀️

Are these getting any lighter at all? I sometimes think they are when I look in person, but when I compare the photos they don’t look much different 🤦‍♀️ Top was from thursday, middle was Monday and bottom was today. I’m 4 weeks 1 day past surgical management today

@PumpkinEverything I can definitely see a difference between the top and bottom lovely. Hopefully not too long now for you 💫

You have inspired me to wait a few more cycles before pushing forward with IVF.

Would it be possible to confirm your story again. I only joined in late October so might have missed some of it.

In relation to your Gynae did you get him privately or is this through the NHS? Just looking at getting one myself but it is impossible to know where to start as at the moment I just have an NHS consultant working with me who is amazing but very busy so I think going private might be a better option for me.

Sadly my husband was never allowed in for the EPU scans. I think it depends on the rules of each hospital but I know these are unchanged where I am based.

Maybe you could also go for a private scan too so he can join you there if your EPU rules are the same as mine 💕

@PumpkinEverything Sorry for what you are going through here. It really is such a cruel torture wishing a line away you previously so badly wanted.

I found this point the hardest so try and be kind to yourself and if you are really worried push your EPU for a blood test.

@Mustkeepgoing2 thanks lovely that’s my fear and we won’t go to any scans alone after our last experience, so will definitely book private if that’s still the same so all is good.

For my gynae it was NHS, we were looking into private but by the time I got round to it, my NHS appt then came through it was uncanny really.

Our journey so far:

• TTC since November 2019.
• Chemical January 2020.
• Pregnant in April 2020; MMC identified at 12wks scan in June 2020 with baby measuring as 8wk4days. Medical management.
• Chemical in June 2020 (cycle straight after MMC, before AF).
• Chemical in October 2020.

I started taking prescribed 5mg folic acid December 2020...in addition to D3. Since BFP I have started taking prescribed progesterone & 150mg aspirin.

Here’s to fifth time lucky. Feeling reassured & optimistic by now having the progesterone, higher folic acid and aspirin🍀

Quick update AF due today but hasn’t arrived and no signs of it coming. I usually have bad cramp a few days before and really uncomfortable on the day. It also usually comes in the morning so 🤞🏽I’m pregnant. However I don’t have any pregnancy symptoms either. I did take test yesterday and it was negative but it was not a an early detection one and I’ve read boots test are not very strong at detecting early. Let’s see what happens. Has anyone ever experienced this scenario?

@HappyVibes Personally I wouldn’t go to any scans alone now either as they hold painful memories.

I don’t see anything unfortunately @Firevie I keep thinking I sort of do, but think it’s just line eyes because I know where it should be!

Thanks for looking @HappyVibes and @Mustkeepgoing2 it’s so frustrating, and yeah, I so desperately wanted to see a line before and now it’s the last thing I want to see. I’ll give it another few days and then maybe give them a ring to see what they say.

@Firevie I'm not sure I can see a line either sorry. I'm the same as PumpkinEverything and think I see something but then it looks clear. Maybe try again in a couple of days.

@PumpkinEverything the last line definitely seems lighter than that first so I think do another in a few days like you've said and if you still see something or are questioning it you could phone them

I miscarried at around 6 weeks just after Christmas. Luckily, it wasn't too painful and was similar to a heavy period. I had a scan on Monday to confirm its all complete and nothing left. I also got a negative HPT the same day so all set to go. I know the EPU has advised to wait until my period before TTC, but honestly I do not think I want to wait now so trying to track my ovulation. Not gonna lie, its confusing!! I have got a high-ish reading on my easy@home OPK but a blank circle on my CB ovulation test. I have had a bit of watery CM (I don't tend to get an awful lot of CM anyway) and my FF app says I am due to ovulate on Friday. Confusing thing is, my BBT shot up this morning. We were planning on DTD tonight and Friday, but now I am worried I have missed my window. Blergh, what a pain in the arse!! I am hoping it was just a dodgy temperature and that it goes back down tomorrow otherwise I am really going to kick myself for not DTD yesterday (OH was even in the mood!!)

Hi @CookieMonster3001 sorry that you find yourself here. With CB digital, the first one in the cycle is always blank as it takes that as your baseline reading. So please go more off your strip OPK. Good luck lovely xxx

Thank you @HappyVibes! I defo will disregard the CB OPKS for today and re-test tomorrow. I am actually more worried about the temp increase in my BBT and hoping I haven't missed ovulation, but that would have meant I ovulated 4 days earlier than normal. Hoping its just a dodgy temp. Cant really do much until tomorrow when I take it again.. and I suppose if I missed it, I missed it! Always knew this cycle was going to be a bit of a wonky one!

I feel like the urge to be pregnant is stronger now than it was before, but I know I just need to be patient..

@SophW194 I saw a gynaecologist before Christmas and she said to call and book a scan when I got pregnant and got to 6 weeks (she was optimistic!), but like you I don’t know whether they will be offering them now. I’m a bit anxious because if I wait for the 12 week scan (assuming I get that far!) it would be pretty much exactly a year from my last 12 week scan where I found out I’d have a mmc.
Hope your spotting is stopping and you’re doing ok. I think I’m anywhere between 14-17dpo, my chart was all over the place this month and for a while I actually thought I hadn’t ovulated because my temps didn’t rise!

Anyone have advice on my previous message I’m so on edge not knowing if it’s coming or if I’m pregnant. Yesterday test was negative and AF due today and hasn’t been late since returned after surgical removal. No sign of it coming

Hi @CLSM probably just a case of waiting it out. You could have ovulated later, it could be a number of things. I'd just retest in a couple of days if AF hasn't appeared

@CLSM how many DPO are you? Probably best to wait it out or re test again in a few days after having missed AF. I am 10dpo today due AF on Saturday. I tested this morning and it was negative but still feel early pregnancy symptoms ...who knows?! I will also just have to wait it out.
