Hi girls, just need a bit of advice! I ovulated on 24th December, making me 9DPO. I've just bought the Clear Blue pregnancy tests that allows you to test up to six days early. Do I need to use first morning urine for these? I know I'm daft but I just don't think I can wait until when my period is due although I don't feel any symptoms at all, no pregnancy or period ones! Xx

Congratulations to all those with BFP’s. This is my 2nd cycle since surgical MC and Aunt Flo is due on Wednesday. I’m trying to wait before taking a test until period due date. Last few days in the mornings I’ve had slight stomach discomfort that feels like upset stomach but it isn’t if that makes sense. That’s gone now and this morning I’ve got a very mild sensation like period is coming. It’s annoying as it’s 50/50 AF/pregnancy. I really hope I get BFP next week it feels awful trying, waiting and going through all of this again!

@susiebluebell just remember it’s NORMAL to feel this way. You’ve got to allow yourself to feel the pain and let it all out. You’ve experienced loss... it’s a long process. The best thing you can do is focus on the things that you can control like taking supplements, taking exercise etc. This will happen for you.

I know exactly how you feel lovely, my MMC due date is today. Had a good cry and decided to take the Xmas decorations down. Know that sounds depressing but I found Xmas tricky and want all reminders of 2020 away from me. Ready for a positive 2021!

Happy New Year!

I have been quite quiet on here. I am logging on but trying to get myself in order but you have all been keeping me going ❤️

AF arrived today, the end of the second cycle since my MMC but my Ectopic would have been due on the 12th. I think I will feel pleased when I am passed that date.

@RichmondLady1981 I completely get what you mean re the Christmas Decorations. We did the same and whilst I normally fight to keep them up as long as possible I was so ready today. I feel like I need a new start.

I have also have a low AMH. Not really low but low. I am thinking about seeing someone privately and possibly going through IVF with a view to freezing embryos. I have one LO but ideally would like two more DC so the low AMH has really freaked me out as I thought I had time, I am 34, but perhaps I don’t and I don’t want to spend another year trying and be back where I am now in Jan 2021.

I know a few of you ladies are considering IVF and just wondered how you went about choosing a good clinic and if you could recommend anyone. I live Surrey/London.

@susiebluebell my sister in law is due twins in 6 weeks, she lost a baby at 37 weeks a year ago so I am delighted for her but I know I will have all the feels when they are born.

I had to unfollow Mrs Hinch last night after her pregnancy announcement!! Lol xx

@susiebluebell I completely understand how you feel. My two best friends are pregnant and whilst I am so happy for them there is a little green eyed monster I have to continually try and swallow. What keeps me level is the fact that I know that they will also be so happy for me when my time comes.

I must say though I have been open about my ectopic and my MMC as I needed support, childcare and time off for hospital appointments and procedures etc and that has made things a little easier because I guess people tread a little carefully whereas when people don’t know they may say the wrong thing without even realising like my very nosey neighbour for example who asks weekly when I will be giving my LO a sibling 😡

@susiebluebell I completely understand. Just remember that those feelings can exist together. Just because you are so sad for you doesnt mean you arent happy for her, it just means it's hard to express the happy for her without the sad for you bubbling up.

@elsimo a blogger I follow has just announced she is 11 weeks pregnant. It half made me really sad and half nervous for her as I thought my pregnancy was going well at 11 weeks, then at the 12 week scan everything fell apart.

@Hanbanxx I always try to wait for 11dpo cause then it's a clear clear line on a FRER. I cant be doing with the stress of squinting!

@Hanbanxx I am 9dpo today and I took one with my first wee but it smudged so I held my wee for 4 hours (and basically didn’t drink in that time either) and retook the clear blue ultra early and got this result so good luck ! (If I’m not too late !) xx

Thank you @TheDaydreamBelievers ☺️. Just told my husband just now 🥰. Just praying it sticks this time ! Bit paranoid about them saying I had a cyst on each ovary when they did the final scan to confirm mc, and whether that means I could have an ectopic ? 😕

@Hanbanxx it was one of the ‘ultra early’ 6 days early tests but the first one came out a bit crappy this morning, all smudged, which could have been that I’d over-soaked it so try not to do that ! 🙃 are you going to try a 4 hour hold or save until tomorrow ? Good luck !! 💫 Xx

@bez91 hoping to get a BFN on Monday. Thought from my temps that body might be gearing up for ovulation but just checked and OPK is sooo blank haha

@SophW194 ovarian cysts can be completely normal for different stages of your cycle.

@SophW194 well I did one of the really cheap eBay tests which was negative today so not sure if it's worth doing one of the early ones tomorrow or not? I have the 6 day early ones from Clear Blue too! Xx

Happy new year everyone, hopefully this year is better for us all.

I have stayed off the threads for a while and decided to enjoyed my Xmas with plenty of wine and cheese. Feeling more optimistic than I was a few months ago, also stopped tracking ovulation as I was getting obsessed with it and didn't want it to overshadow my Xmas!.

Hopefully 2021 is our year x

Huge thanks to all you lovelies with your words of support. I do feel better - and I told my OH who was brilliant and asked permission before sending a photo of him and the baby. I think meeting her might be a tough moment but I will just put my big girl pants on and deal with it. Thanks again all xx

@susiebluebell I really feel for you as it is completely NORMAL to feel those emotions. I know we all deal with emotions differently but I hope that this can be some reassurance for you....My sister in law had her baby very recently, one day after my EDD. Of course this brought up LOTS of emotions for us. However, when we met baby I literally felt this absolute awe and connection I’ve never felt before and we are both utterly besotted. Surprisingly, neither of us felt any negative emotion at all in regards to our journey & in all honesty, didn’t even think about us and our journey at all, completely subconsciously. I was so relieved and happily surprised as I too was worried what we would both feel, but genuinely felt nothing but absolute pure joy and love.

I know that we all deal and respond differently, but I just wanted to let you know that I was literally in this position three weeks ago and feeling THE exact same emotions too. It is all completely and utterly normal and you are more than within your rights to feel like that lovely. Sending you so much love and warm thoughts lovely lady 💓💓💓

@HappyVibes aw thank you I’m so praying and hoping that it is ! According to Premom af is due 7th jan which is Thursday I think ?! (Lost track of what day it is right now !! 🤣). I did another frer this morning and it was slightly less strong but the easy@home was slightly darker so I’m hoping that’s ok !! I’m finding that my afternoon holds are stronger than my fmu for some reason 🤔 xx

Ah that’s brilliant that they’re showing up on HCG strips so soon! I thought they only showed up on early detection tests so early. That’s amazing lovely, honestly. I would be absolutely ecstatic by those results. Aww so happy for you!

Ah I am 7DPO today & need to get prepped ready for my testing. I have 2 FRER, gunna try & hold out as long as possible. My apps now say I’m due AF next Sat/Sun so a while to wait just yet eek.
