We are TTC in often weird and wonderful ways and that’s the way we like it...long as we are there for each other, which some of us have been for longer than we care to remember 😜. So whether your glass of half empty, half full, a pint glass, a shot glass (a tic tac container?), a mug of tea, this is where we come to refill it...🥰 Mumsnet is our happy place 🥰

Those in schools - we are nearly there!!

I'm feeling a little cross today, but know there isn't much I can do about it, with it drawing attention and I don't want to do that. I told my head last week about being pregnant, because I felt so unwell and needed to come home. I could see in her face, she was worried about covid, so thought I was being kind. Fast forward to today and I walk past her office and another member of SLT, to get a slice a toast as I had got to the point where I thought I would manage to eat something. Come back to my desk to find no one else in the office apart from this SLT member, and she was like you ok?, i'm like yeh, just hungry. But the look on her face, I know she knows! I'm just so cross, as I had made it clear that only my best friend there knew and I hadn't told the other in the office who I work with.

Grrrr....sorry moan over. It's bugged me all day.

@JustMouse that’s no on. I’m a teacher too and often staff have to let heads know earlier than they’d like due to risks etc But to tell others is totally out of order. I’m not surprised you’re annoyed

@Minster2012 so sorry you have some pricks in your workforce! A £500 bonus is defo more preferable over anything else, who isn't grateful for cash! 🙄 it looks like you will have to ask for proof if they can't be trusted not to lie!

@Minster2012 - I think I would rather she had directly said something. I now just hope she hasn't then told anyone else. I really wanted to keep it to myself. I've managed to sort out my booking appointment for a Saturday, so that it didn't involve having to take time off work as we have to provide them with a copy of the letter for appointments.

So been a bit crampy today, but telling myself it's the fact I went for a 5k yesterday after doing cardio, glutes and hamstrings at the gym, and haven't been for a run properly in agesss, my whole body was aching this morning, and not the fact that I'm only 6dpo🙄

@DJmum83 I can't find anything about the tiers atm as we are hoping to go down a tier as apparently our rates have come down the most in the country now but DH been working tonight v frustrated & ive been keeping out of the way as laptops look like heading forward the wall. Now chilling on sofa with him trying to find out & can't find anything?! That's great for you though! And def come work for us...especially if like machinery diggers or poo? Or we do have some office staff too 😂 must like working in dust? Failed 6 times?! Woah, do you have any DC already?

Yeah I have 3 we live in a small town thankfully so most things I can walk to. Thing is I'm actually a really good driver I just go to shit when it's test time xx

@Minster2012 I have a 10 year old girl, 8 year old girl and 4 year old boy.
We have lots of shops everything is in walking distance.
My aunt and uncle are good at ferrying me around 😂 I promised other half if I get pregnant with number 4 then I'll try again at passing my test.
What age were you when you passed your test? I wish I had done it when I was younger. X

@DJmum83 I was 18 first time! Yay 🙌🏻I do think it's good younger, I have friends who don't drive now & who have also failed a lot & it's way more difficult now. Saying that I passed my test then 6 months later I crashed & had 3 points on my licence so that taught me a valuable lesson. No pints or crash since 🤞🏻(where's the wood to touch hmm)

& I did t answer on the clinic & for @Katao I got my electronic forms to sign to start things, but no call, so still no idea. Things like "do you consent for us to use your embryos for medical science in the event of your death?" That the generates forms for DH to do (all confusing as we have to match our answers so we have to write them down) but no. More waiting.

It's all waiting in TTC isn't it!!? So frustrating!
