We are TTC in often weird and wonderful ways and that’s the way we like it...long as we are there for each other, which some of us have been for longer than we care to remember 😜. So whether your glass of half empty, half full, a pint glass, a shot glass (a tic tac container?), a mug of tea, this is where we come to refill it...🥰 Mumsnet is our happy place 🥰

@Minster2012 I'm going to try hold out until AF due which is Wednesday but who am I kidding if my frer arrives today I'll probably test tomorrow.

My mum I think is going to hospital so that will keep my mind off it as I'll need to be up and down to there.

@lucyrp r.e temping, I've been trying to keep it to once every few days - and even that's just out of morbid curiosity! Temps are making me feel quite anxious and I'm very aware of it dropping slightly and it makes me feel awful. I'm going to try and stop temping now as it's not doing me any good! My HCG levels are climbing every day so obviously the Dips don't mean much 🤷🏼‍♀️

And with the RHR, don't worry too much! Mine spiked to 81 around my first BFP, dropped right down to 77 after a few days, and is gradually coming back up up 79/80 where I predict it will stay for a while.

At this stage you'll be all over the place anyway, don't forget to take into account nerves, shock, stress etc! Hope this helps ❤️ I'm 19dpo today or 4+5.

@lucyrp you have great lines there. Try yo enjoy it and I think stop temping as it will just rob you of the excitement if you are worrying about every variation.

I'm cd14. Not sure if I've ovulated yet as not tracking. Was going to just keep an eye on cm but having that whole 'ewcm or semen' problem 😂 just going with dtd at least every second day and hoping 😃

So we've decided we're going to tell our parents about everything. The element of surprise has just disappeared for us and what with ivf looking likely we think it would be better to have their support as it's going to be a long road ahead. Plus it means we'll stop getting hints dropped about it all the time!

Oh and @Minster2012 the comment about sex toys in the first post. We had the BEST billet sex doggy style. Woah.

@Newbie0818 ooooooo we've not tried bullet sex doggy style will add that to tonight's action perhaps! And having done two lots of ivf in secret, now having told in laws we are gonna do it again I def think telling ppl is the way forward as it's so intense & you need someone at least to talk to & you need a lot of support even just for appointments, I've sent a little pm to you hun but just wanted to say that too xx

@lucyrp GET IN! Amazing 🤩 so so happy for you ❤️ a word of advice - leave the RHR tracking alone, mine fluctuates day to day and massively freaked me out at the beginning but then I read some threads that the body can adjust and the rhr goes down and it's all perfectly okay.
