Welcome to the longest running funniest bus ride in history! Or so we like to think anyway...

Where TTC is sometimes the smallest part of the conversation and we like to keep things fun & spicy cos let's face it, TTC can be as hard as a very useful phallus shaped wooden kitchen implement. 🍆

TTC should be fun. And fortunately we have each other to make each other laugh, giggle & more often than not, spit out our tea or wine

We’ve actually been around each other since March but various of us running this bus since June & not got sick of each other yet ❤️🥰

We had a lovely walk today and found a secret stream in the middle of the forest where we enjoyed our picnic. Made me feel so calm.

@Joanna1009 thanks, you’re right, I am sitting down knitting fingerless gloves for work, cos I am cold but I need my fingers free, so I am making them exactly as I need them, with a long cuff and tight shirt had, also I need to concentrated or I’ll make a mistake, and I cannot count and cry at the same time, I’ll open the wine in a minute
Ps, I do feel I am too self-centred on here sometimes, but maybe we all are and that’s ok too

@Franklydear crying has its time and place doesn't it. Someone once told me (when I was heartbroken) to give myself until a set time (it was midnight in that particular case) to feel devastated and feel pain and let it overtake me and sob. Then to be clear with myself that the time had come to look forward. I think the point was to not deny the sad part and allow it, so that the better part can be real and true 🤗

@franklydear I'm so sorry to hear but glad you and DH are staying strong. Sending lots of positive thoughts and hugs ❤️

My OH has ripped into mine saying it's not got any Christmas spirit (the first one below). So he went and got one of our old ones out of the garage and decorated it (second pic below) 😬 the wonk on it 😂

@joanna1009 thanks lovely! It's only a super cheap one from Wilko we've literally had for about 5 years 🤣 amazing what you can do with lights, tinsel and baubles!

@Joanna1009 I prefer your tree if I'm honest! I've not done mine yet as my boy turned 15 on Thursday so needed to get his bday out the way before I can think about Christmas 🙈 your OH doesnt half throw his toys out the pram over the smallest of things! Lol. I take it he likes to be in control🙉

@amy2503 I'm the same, friends and girls at work are always saying "you're just made to be a mum" and I've had it said to me since TTC by people who don't know and every time it's like🙁
I'll have my fingers crossed for you!! My next af is due 22nd ish, so maybe this is our month🤞🏼

@lucyrp sorry you're feeling like that, I'm feeling exactly the same, me and OH went on a lovely walk today all wrapped up with the dogs and he went "maybe this time next year I'll have a baby strapped to me or pushing in it's pram" I was like yeah maybe, then I've been putting bits of decorating a up before the tree tomorrow and just thought how nice it would be to have a baby with us at Christmas, hopefully next year for both of us!!

@AHobbyaweek completely feel you on that front!! I hateeee people coming round when I don't know because I didn't have time to straight the sofa and cushions or give it a quick hoover or spray, then I feel anxious that they think my house is a mess!!

@Kirky658 Loving your decs and especially your log burner!! That's something we've said is a necessity in our new house (haven't found one yet but we're actively looking)

@Kirky658 haha you're right! Well my OH pretty much survives on Stella Artois 😒 so the tree represents him quite well 😂

@Chlo2701 well observed! He's a great man and very loyal etc. I do adore him, but unfortunately he has a lot of hang ups from past experiences. But alas I am not his mother so I'm not healing him, that's on him. All I can do is keep my boundaries and not bend to the tantrums (which seems to make him worse but I'm too grown to fold)!

@vil10 thanks hun! We weren't after a log burner when we were looking but we fell in love with this house and it's a total bonus, it's so nice on cold nights like tonight! Also totally feel you on the having a baby by this time next year thing, can't think of anything better ❤️ fingers crossed for us all

Loving the trees lady! We'll be next weekend I reckon. Flats too small for a real tree, can't wait to buy our house and have a big real tree for next year, and hopefully a baby too!

Staying in, on a bit of a ward now where you go when they don't know your Covid results yet. Worried being in Hull hospital where cases are rife in Hull but need to be here. They are running pregnancy test on my blood. Good to know.

It's a weird name not linked to kidneys my body doesn't produce ANY cortisol which is the hormone which saves you in stress. On any day your body produces a curve of it, then under stress more. Mine produces none. I take it synthetically & have to manage when I need to add more. Clearly failed & my emergency injection didn't help

14 times fir a cannula even when guided by an ultrasound cos my veins are clotted too bugger it! If anyone needs a pin cushion for their knitting/crochet/stitching
