Where TTC is sometimes the smallest part of the conversation and we like to keep things fun & spicy cos let's face it, TTC can be as hard as a very useful phallus shaped wooden kitchen implement. 🍆

TTC should be fun. And fortunately we have each other to make each other laugh, giggle & more often than not, spit out our tea or wine

We’ve actually been around each other since March but various of us running this bus since June & not got sick of each other yet ❤️🥰

Errrrrr @Joanna1009 men's periods are just the worst. I said this to one of my SIL earlier (the only one that's knows about us TTC & MMC) I said lockdown + hormones are the worst and I meant her brother! Seems like it's the same for your OH.

@Minster2012 I've had a couple of nurofen and tried to take on lots of water, but doesn't seem to be helping!! Ohh I have no idea, I just ignored her😂😂

@Vil10 @lucyrp @Minster2012 you're right Lucy! How old are you two? I adore my step-girls. We have them Tuesday Friday Saturday and Sunday. It just makes it harder some times because they aren't mine. But it doesn't mean I don't love them like they are if that makes sense xxxx

@vil10 I feel the same! Had to pop some paracetamol for the headache today and pop out for a walk in the freezing cold to make myself feel better as I was feeling a bit light headed and nauseous. Could sleep for days too. Figured it's work related but if several of us are feeling this way maybe it's the rona? 🙊

On a slightly different note whilst on my night shift I’ve realised AF was due a couple of days ago 🤔 but I have no symptoms of anything what do ever

You know I like to test at 4 in the morning? The starkest white, not even a whiff of a line, obviously the tissue I passed,....
Am I the oldest at 43? No decisions made today, so I don’t know

@Minster2012 I'm about to turn 22 so you can move that Age range down again 🤣🤣 I'm always the youngest everywhere, I had a traumatic childhood so I had to grow up very young, because of that I always tend to migrate to people older than me. My fiancé is older and a lot of my friends too. I'm so glad I'm somewhere where age doesn't matter- it's something I feel very strongly about. @lucyrp I'm also glad I'm not the only one around my age. I was nervous about that xxxx

@amy2503 we sound similar. I've had a lot happen in my short life already so people always say I seem a lot older than I actually am. When I first joined the thread I thought I was the youngest by a lot and then @Vil10 joined and she's the same age as me too! Also age defo doesn't matter on this thread 💓

@Franklydear sorry to hear your update this morning, but if you have been toilet in the night maybe it wasn't a good hold? You stopped bleeding too didn't you? 🤞 maybe do another test later on today or tomorrow with a good strong hold? Holding your hand though!

Soooooo Is assuming I ovulated on 26th based on cm and bbt so far but waiting for 3rd temp to give me cross hairs. So I'm 2 dpo today, tried to cover dtd as much as possible but last night just wasn't feeling it as OH kept moaning his back hurts lol. Seemed up for it this morning though so hopefully still enough lol.

I saw everyone has given their background etc, so il give the short version of me haha

• I'm 32 (oh is only 7 months older)
• I have a 11 yo stepdaughter (from OH previous)
• fertility wise im a mystery, I have pcos and a unicornuate uterus, (my left ovary is up by my belly button floating randomly) lol. I also have MURCS.
• told I'd never conceive naturally, accepted that and forgot about trying for our own and then bam! Conceieved on a holiday to see my dad in Cyprus.
• wasn't ttc this year but again unexpectedly got pregnant in June this year, had mc at 5 weeks.
• I have a 32 day cycle but I AF doesn't visit every month (my egg just evaporates into my body) so I have to rely on bbt and cm to tell my where I am, but AF visited on 9th nov so thats good!

And thats me lol.

@Minster2012 @NestinginNL well I’ve just finished night shifts so will try and buy a test later after some sleep. But then should I wait until FMU?
To be honest I suddenly feel quite scared because if it’s negative then I have no idea what my body is doing this month.

@notyetamumbuttrying thankyou lovely, just read it back and didn't actually say that we have a 3yo dd from that holiday to Cyprus lol. So relieved to have been able to fall pregnant twice but hoping for the 3rd miracle 🙏 xx

@Florence13 have you been tracking ovulation? If you know you're definitely late then HCG should be strong enough that a 3-4 hour hold with a sensitive test should be fine, if you're not totally sure best wait till tomorrow? That's my non-expert opinion anyway 😅
