Welcome to the longest running funniest bus ride in history! Or so we like to think anyway...

Where TTC is sometimes the smallest part of the conversation and we like to keep things fun & spicy cos let's face it, TTC can be as hard as a very useful phallus shaped wooden kitchen implement. 🍆

TTC should be fun. And fortunately we have each other to make each other laugh, giggle & more often than not, spit out our tea or wine

We’ve actually been around each other since March but various of us running this bus since June & not got sick of each other yet ❤️🥰

How we roll on this bus...
⁃ No judgement & each to their own on your TTC journey
⁃ Sense of humour DEFINITELY required
⁃ A few of us like a sex toy a few don’t, there may be sex toys discussed! 🤪a few of our fellas have enjoyed this aspect
⁃ Support each other, ranting is allowed, saying you are down is encouraged & celebrating our happy days too 😘
⁃ We have fun
⁃ If you have a pet, it’s welcome aboard
⁃ NOTHING IS TOO MUCH INFORMATION

@Vil10 currently holds the 👑for filthiest/most embarrassing story, can you beat her???

Story so far...

June 24 BFPs
July 11 BFPs
August 18 BFPs
Sep 4 BFPs
Oct 7 BFPs

So far
6 BFPs in November

How many more 🤔🚌🥰

🍆✅though as per usual swimmers in a lake on the sheet 😂soooo we then have to decide what do we do next week. Hmmm will ponder after the weekend & see how I feel. Weirdly DH just asked "weren't you meant to be having a period?" As he spat his dummy out about lockdown

@Juno231 god damn London, though on Monday ooo good luck! You still having the pains? Has your AF arrived now? How long does AMH take to come back do you know?

Wow @LaceyMermaid another long love story & loving going back in for one more DC! (Well DS then!) do your DSs know you are trying? As they are older?

@YakkityYakYakYak you'd be fine, I'm sure, but it's something I worry about too as ppl in my village laugh at me with my hyperactive child & 2 hyperactive dogs & say "you've got your hands full" ha bloody ha" but like you I'm desperate to be pregnant again. We would cope. Everyone else does! 🤣🥰

@LB20xx bloody gorgeous ring girl! And nails. And then I saw your boobs 😳wow! No wonder that dog is snuggled 😂, saw your tat too, love that. I think you'll be great in your career, no worries, I'm sure you can turn turn the heat up 🤣😆.I can't wait to see your Xmas tree I bet it's gonna be stunning 🥰🙌🏻

OMG @Ltay2 I went to St Mary college 😱

@minster2012 yeah I'm cd3 now 🤷‍♀️. Should have the AMH results back by end of next week I hope!

Minster2012 · 26/11/2020 23:04

Fingers crossed it's good news for you then @Juno231 🤞🏻& it might be pains before AF then googling "what does ovulation pain feel like

@Ltay2 im kidding btw 🤪

@Juno231 yes feel we have the same stories since I just bought a 3 bedroom Reno project a couple of months ago as well!! Feeling like this month has to be a good one right? I mean we should be entitled to at least a whiff of a BFP sometime soon.

LaceyMermaid · 27/11/2020 06:33

@Minster2012 well not exactly as I think they’d be grossed out by that 🤣 but we did talk a lot about it in the summer before we started trying as DH was quite keen and I needed some persuasion! We asked them how they’d feel and they all didn’t seem to really care (best I’m going to get from boys!) so they probably wouldn’t be too surprised if I did fall pregnant. No one else knows though think my parents would be quite horrified by it as they’ve helped me a lot with childcare (but I wouldn’t expect them too anymore as they’re too old now!). DHs family would be fine as I think I’ve said before on here, he’s got twin half brothers who are 25 years younger than him and a full brother who is 13 years younger than him so they have quite a lot of big age gaps. I’m a bit scared how I would break it to my parents (silly I know as I’m 38!!) but I ultimately decided I live my life for me and what makes me happy and after the initial shock they’d be fine I’m sure. After all after I told them I was up the duff at 20 whilst still living at home they managed!!(and then again 8 months after having my first while still living at home 🤪)

amy2503 · 27/11/2020 07:09

Hi Ladies- so I've been feeling "that period feeling" since Saturday, so knew I was out. Assumed it would Come a few days early. I'm now 1 day late, and bfn. I'm getting really frustrated now, because I'm scared somethings wrong with me, and I just want to get on trying again!

Minster2012 · 27/11/2020 07:16

Itsssssss Friday!! We made it 😊

@Florence13 def deserve some sort of a line

@Juno231 really hoping it's good news for you

@LaceyMermaid ahh yes that's what I meant 😂and makes sense. Pah to parents you gotta do what you gotta do & they coped before, you've left it a VERY respectable time this time...😆

@Joanna1009 hows the berries on that stick? They survived after the pee? How's any other sticks? 👀

@LauraT94 you holding out ok? Wee fast in the morning that's the trick!

@Minster2012 Good Morning!

So I just peed on the nearest thing I could find 😉 and whilst I think I can see a shadow of a line if I stand on one leg, go boss eyed and hum, it's nothing to report. Which is fine as I'm now 7DPO (what a twat am I 😂).

In other news I have been so gassy, constipated and headachy it's unreal. My OH is in a man grump because OBVIOUSLY my bad head is a direct rejection of his advances and he's all hurt and angry about that. I'm not pandering to that crap! I told him I'm not here to meet his sexual needs at the expense of my own health and he's furious at that sentiment. So off he's trotted to work with a dark cloud over him. Off you go fella. I'll be here when you get over yourself 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

How are you?

Minster2012 · 27/11/2020 07:32

@Joanna1009 crying laughing here! I'm pretty sure we discussed having 🍹🍹previously?! Hopefully mock tails in the future right if you hold that stick to the right, swirl it eight times & count to twelve in German? Your OH needs to be careful or your headache might last a lotttttt longer 😹I'm ok but got tummy ache now 🤨so my body is playing with me no idea!

@2020mission I get a sore foof actually inside before AF like @Franklydear does. We all experience period pain differently. Interesting isn't it.

Really enjoyed readings everybody's stories, thanks for sharing!

So I'm 34, Dh is 37, been married 16 months in December been ttc for 15 of those so married life just feels like ttc so far lol! Been together nearly 6 years now and met at work. Started investigations at 11 months and I'm fine, Dh has low count, motility and morphology so looks like we'll struggle to conceive naturally. Dh has been getting tests done too and we found out on weds that we can be put forward for one round of ivf on the nhs. I'm pleased we have a plan now but obviously a bit gutted it has to be this way but equally happy that it can hopefully still happen!
Oh and I'm on the proposal front, he proposed in Italy. We had 3 nights in Rome and then time on the coast and he got down on one knee under the moonlight on the terrace overlooking the sea and dropped the ring 😂 luckily it only rolled a bit as otherwise it would've gone off the side and bye bye ring 😆 anyway, he found it and basically shoved it on my finger and asked the question lol! Our wedding was 14 months later at an outside venue on one of the hottest days of the year last year. A lot of fanning and sweaty faces in my weddings pics 😂 but a lovely day x

Ltay2 · 27/11/2020 07:35

@Minster2012 I was thinking I didn't think you were anywhere near Blackburn 😂 (why would anyone want to be tbf?!)

LaceyMermaid · 27/11/2020 07:40

@Clairey844 would you mind sharing which vitex you bought? My luteal phase is varying a lot since coming off the mirena and I read vitex could help with hormonal imbalance but I looked on Amazon and there’s so many! I’m not taking anything except seven seas this month and not doing opks bbt etc to try to relax a bit but my brain is still whirring away!

Mrsbear1122 · 27/11/2020 07:55

Morning ladies, AF arrived last night, so onto cycle 6! Knew I wasn't pregnant tbh, felt no symptoms other than the spotting. Whereas the previous cycle with the CP I had sore boobs but when the soreness disappeared I knew something was wrong and the bleeding followed. I'm the type that don't get any symptoms of AF until af arrives...

So no August baby for me, no sharing birthday month with me 😂 I'm an August baby but I'm based in NI where the school cut off age is 1st July, so June babies are the youngest in the year. I was one of the oldest in my year. Was hoping to get pregnant in the last 2-3 cycles to have a summer baby as DH and his whole family have summer birthdays as well lol so thought maybe our baby could fit in with a summer birthdate. But hey, it can follow my family instead 🤷🏻‍♀️, my family have a birthday in all 4 season 😅

LauraT94 · 27/11/2020 08:29

Morning all :)

@Minster2012 I'm holding out ok thanks! Ordered some FRERs to go along with my collection of cheapies and Clear Blues so I'm well set up for when I do give in 😂 I'm thinking I may test on Tuesday (8dpo), but if I manage to wait past that one, I won't test until the Friday (11dpo) as I'll be working the weds and Thurs.

But that's rational Laura saying that right now. Let's wait and see what 'symptom spotting!' Laura says from Monday 😂

Saw this pic on another thread and it's helping me rationalise not testing too early.

Also r.e your stomach ache @Minster2012 mine always hurts after ovulation. I had cramps until yesterday (3dpo) x

@notyetamumbuttrying thank his the ring didn't go off the edge 😱😳god & hot sweaty pictures was my thinking about not having a wedding abroad! I'm so pleased about the referral it's just so annoying ppl get such different experiences. Why can't it be the same all round 😞

@Ltay2 jokes 😂

@Mrsbear1122 never knew that bout NI being different on the school years! We are learning so much...well, me specifically 🤣but sorry AF came 🤨onwards and upwards lovely xx

Love the proposal stories! DH comes from one of those families were all the men his Dad, grandfather etc have all been married 3-4 times to increasingly younger women and his own parents were actually married to each other twice (!) but still managed to have him when they weren't married (while divorced between first and second marriages Grin). When we met he said REALLY clearly that he never wanted to get married for that reason, because he just associated it with awful divorces/fighting about money/custody wrangles. It wasn't a deal breaker for me so I was OK with it as long as I felt he was committed. While I was pregnant with DS1 and after he was born we spent ages working out how we could write wills etc that would basically have the same result as being married and I had completely accepted the situation. Then on Christmas Eve when DS1 was one month old he put a card under the tree for me and when I opened it it just said "will you marry me?". It was the most romantic thing ever and even though we'd just had a baby I was TOTALLY surprised. He wanted smallest wedding possible (and no warring parents!) so that's how we married just 2 months later on DS1's three-month birthday. We nearly postponed it because I had dreadful PND after DS1 but in the end I'm glad we got married then even though I was so unwell, it was a real sign of his commitment to the (at that point) pretty difficult situation.

I still feel quite unwell, DH is panicking! I'm trying to work out what I should prioritise at work for the next week if there's a chance I'm going to be out of action for ages.

There are no summer babies at all in my family except for one of my sisters but she lives in Australia so they are actually winter babies!

Joanna1009 · 27/11/2020 08:46

@Minster2012 I think our bodies are like cats. They do what they want ultimately despite how we treat them, and we just have to embrace it! Especially the older we get.
110% up for some 🍹🍹! Despite being a Mancunian, I'm now in East Anglia and no one wants to visit here. No major transport links around here so if you come...you'll never leave 😦😁

Minster2012 · 27/11/2020 09:09

@kalidasa that's lovely!!! And bizarre at the same time! I was going to ask how you feel today, if you are pregnant now when would it be due?

@LauraT94 I've seen that pic before thinking about ivf it's a good way to think about it sending you sticky vibes 🤞🏻

Been on these buses a few times since I lost a baby girl to T18 in March. Finally managed to catch

I’m 12 DPO and honestly thought I’d messed up this month as we only DTD the day I got my O pains and then the day after which was CD 12 and 13. Got a faint faint hint of a line on a cheapie at 9dpo so did a clear blue at 10dpo which confirmed then a frer last night to be super sure

Franklydear · 27/11/2020 09:30

@LaceyMermaid defo cannot be worst than at 20 living with them, surely they’ll be delighted, especially if they’re not expected to provide childcare, but they might want a bit
@Joanna1009 I am in south east, and every fucker comes here, @Minster2012 hasn’t pinpoint me yet, but I fully expect her to walk in work one day and ask for frankie and where’s boss boy, now degraded to boss baby
Still not over my paranoia, so I have a couple of test to take over the next week, I can tell cos I know I’ll find no judgment here, I want to thank you all for the handhold, I would have gone mad without you, I think all is well, sore painful boobs mainly and a bloaty tummy feeling, bit of nausea at times, I am a bit worried that something a bit more solid did pass, but all I can do is wait, I told work management just in case, either way I’ll need support, but I am hopeful, unfortunately I am not very patient , and a week is a long time

Franklydear · 27/11/2020 09:31

@Balajake wow, congrats!

kalidasa · 27/11/2020 09:49

@Franklydear it's been a couple of days with no bleeding now hasn't it? I think that's really encouraging. Both times I had an early loss the spotting continued every day for a while and then became proper bleeding, it didn't stop and start.

@Balajake congratulations! But so sorry to hear about the loss of your daughter.

@Minster2012 I haven't calculated because it is so early but I think would be early/mid August. I'm only about 8DPO I think. I know it sounds totally crazy!!! But I checked my diary and with DS2 the last day I was well enough to go into work was 9DPO -- I remember it very clearly because I was running an event that day and I had to ask my students to do all the running around / shepherding people etc so that I could mostly stand still. Obviously at this point any conception is still quite likely to fail / not implant properly so I'm just taking it a day at a time. It's DS1's birthday tomorrow so that's the main event in the house at the moment!
