Af is playing games with me, I spotted minorly yesterday thinking she'd started as had cramps, and now nothing. This always happens and makes me think "oh implantation..." I NEED TO GET A GRIP.

@Juno231 yes they are 35 days plus and makes it hard to time DTD. DH doesn't have the stamina for SMEP.

I slept again after 5.30 so not a bad night by the last couple of weeks standards, meds nearly finished so looking forward to get back to normal, not back at work until Thursday, so I can also have some rest and me time not feeling rotten

@LauraT94 so you also need to go look at the "am I being unreasonable threads (AIBU)" they are brilliant on Mumsnet and a VERY good way to waste an afternoon or evening! So a few people didn't know what they were last bus and so I've started to randomly throw them in! Sperm meets egg is apparently how we should be getting pregnant.

@MimiRai that's fine on the macros and so forth, and I certainly need to eat less sugar...I just laugh as back in March there was a bus that a fair few of us were on that got VERY preachy and judgey of others & a few of us stepped of it for it, we are more "each to their own" so don't worry, whatever floats your boat is fine lovely 😘

@Newbie0818 I feel your pain with the intermittent spotting when you convince yourself it might just be implantation when you know deep down it's just the slow and unwelcome start of the bitch arriving. I normally spot 3/4 days before AF but this month I'm on CD27 and no spotting yet which is a huge improvement-I started vitex this month and it seems to be helping.

@Katao 😂😂😂 I've never noticed how 🍆 like that print is but now I will never un-see it 😂😂. Maybe that's where we're all going wrong, not walking round with massive 🍆s on our clothes 😂

They quit the search at 11 last night and out again at first light this morning, nothing yet, 14 boats and 3 helicopters out, the town is being fantastic, all local fishing boats have join the search and people have gone the rnli station with meals and hot drinks to support the search.
After the military, my dad was in commercial fishing boats and In Canada when I was a teenager his ship got lost and missing at sea for a week, they were alright, but lost the bridge and were basically floating around until found, there were 40 crew and it was a proper robust ship, so I really feel for this crew, the one in hospital and the two missing, this was a 3 people little boat, so much dire situation.

@Newbie0818 ah I see, well I hope you don't lovely. When you going for tests? Dh has his form to book his second SA now and we've discussed he'll call tomorrow as I'll be on this week so it's ideal timing if he can get seen this week. Then if the results don't show improvement then I think he'll accept that we'll go private with ivf in the new year 😬

@paintfairy that's my justification for just carrying on, well I am eating more healthily & im a very healthy weight (I just mean carrying on enjoying drinking & eating at the weekend) that druggies have lots of kids, lots of ppl with much worse BMIs get pregnant, ppl who smoke & drink far more excessively so why make my life worse 🤷‍♀️. Plus I already have one miracle child so if it doesn't happen then (in theory) it's ok & I know I'm very faulty so there's only slim possibility anyway. Killing myself with deprivation is only going to make my life more miserable

@Juno231 sorry it was a bfn today, but that dip yesterday certainly does look promising so fingers crossed it was too early. My friend had a dip in her RHR at 11DPO, so she implanted them & got her BFP at 14DPO

@Franklydear go you for DTD in early pregnancy 🙌🏼 I had some 🍆 this morning & I actually got a flashy on my CB digital!
No good if I ovulate tomorrow though (CD20) because I'll be due AF in 8 days so if sperm does meet egg it won't have a chance 😩
I'm now wondering if there's anything I can take to stop my LP being so short this month 🤨 at such short notice!

@paintfairy I always find it easier to not compare, there’s so much vitriol in society, if you’re a younger mother, or an older one, if you work, I don’t, I hate the most who deserve to have a/another child, we all do, and every child is special

@Franklydear I am not comparing. I am merely saying that since most the nation can get pregnant with no adjustments, its highly doubtful depriving yourself of a cake or a glass of alcohol is going to make any difference at all. And to deprive yourself for years makes for a miserable existence, as @Minster2012 says. I did start out being more health oriented but now I'm like- what's the bloody point? Clearly didn't help and life wasn't fun either. So now I do what I want......

@Chlo2701 surely if you ovulate later, your AF date would just move back? An 8 day LP would be pretty unlikely I'd have thought? If it truly is 8 days then I think you need to see a GP sooner rather than later?
