@Newbie0818 hiya, now just catching up and saw your post about carrying on naturally or not. We have male factor too, quite severe and I've wondered the same thing. The way I'm handling it is to still have sex in FW but to expect my period. I'm due on tomorrow and I know it's coming as I get pms, pre period pain, headaches, increased urination etc (all signs I used to think meant pregnancy, it's just progesterone rising). So if you can tell yourself that your period will more than likely show each month then carry on. But if you can't do that, then stop timing it, enjoy sex for what it is and wait for the referral. When did it go through? Ours went through in September and we're still waiting to hear anything. Looking more than likely that we'll go private as I don't want to turn 35 in March and still be no further along.

@lucyrp 🤣😂ha ha!! You are vying for @Vil10's crown! I know that feeling though! I had the same when we went away in September after the drinks in the hot tub night I took the dogs out the next morning...& suddenly felt a wave of sickness & spewed in my walk in a wood...casually walked back to the lodge, had left DH in bed...he was none the wiser 🤪sometimes you just need to clear the system 😋

@Newbie0818 i agree with the others, especially if you have other fertility tests booked in then might as well still try but more casually (& hey it's worked for others!)

Periods due in 5 days and I've just started to get the dull ache I always get. I'm 99% sure I'm out. Feeling very sad today. X

@Minster2012 it wasn't pleasant but i knew if i didn't clear the sink out then i'd have had to do it this morning before work and it was much better to do whilst drunk as i didn't care 😂 woke up feeling rather fresh and had a breakfast bap at work for breakie !

@2020mission I am afraid the only thing I did this month was shag, not even counted cds...

@nestinginNL yes this month we took it easy!! Because I was having my operation I decided to focus on that instead lol imagine the one month we didn't really do it and I wasn't taking vitamins haha. It seems to always be the way! Xx

I'm not sure what could be messing with my period but woke up today and have no blood at all, don't even have to wear a pad. So not sure what's going on with thus 2 day period. Think I'm gonna test in the next few days just to be sure

@Lmac2018 I had 1 day periods believe it or not, but with those I always test, you never know

@Franklydear that's good and bad to hear as I feel like I need something to try 😆 but it seems that not trying is the way. Did you have any alcohol/caffeine this cycle? I wonder if the pregnancy was making you feel more run down too.

I'll be sad but also happy to see 2 longer bus ladies head off. I feel like everyone's moving on right now as my best buddy at work has just left me for a new job too 😂 stick around for a bit please

@2020mission thinking about it no alcohol, but I don’t often drink,maybe a glass of something every couple of months or a special occasion , my buddy might have been the last, caffeine very little, I got high blood pressure on lockdown and doc freak out and took it off diet, all good now, but I got used to decaf and I just have it as standard now, I did wonder if the pregnancy is the reason that I haven’t recover as quickly as usual, will call the doctor on Monday, I have time off until Thursday anyway, so hopefully I’ll be better by then, I’ve certainly been resting, And now doubt dh will let me lift a finger until he is reassure I am fine. Oh I am not going anywhere, I think the rolling bus was the best decision we made, let’s roll it into maternity and babies too, after all, we speak a lot more than ttc already
