@Minster2012 yesss blame it on him!! My OH is the same, he's like "ewww" pointing like he's not been coming out the end of his bellend for the last 20 years!! My OH isn't too bad with the kissing but I hate when he goes down on me then kisses me straight after I want him to wipe his mouth quickly on the covers first😂😂
Also vvv pissed off, ovulation today I think, only managed to DTD on Wednesday and last night, planned on tonight but he's been called into work😩 this relaxed approach has made me DTD less!!

@Vil10 @Minster2012 yes you both need to try the commando roll! That's why we do the roll because OH hates his jizz on him so we roll over so it doesn't come out onto him 😂I'm the opposite when OH (very occasionally) goes down on me I love kissing him after and I think it's really hot when he's had his fingers inside me and then puts them in my mouth😈

@NestinginNL yes I usually take iron tablets when I'm on because I literally feel like the life drains out of me 😂😂

I have always had really heavy periods; I went on the pill at 16 for that reason, only came off in April 2017, conceived my daughter in the July and thanks to breastfeeding didn't get my period back until she was 13m old. Think it's made the last 18 months of TTC even more annoying because I'm like OK I get to memo I'm not pregnant but no need for the tidal reminder 😂😂

@Minster2012 lol-meant to say to you after you saying you love Frugi etc I love a lot of scandi brands (Maxomorra, Duns etc if you know them?) and I always try and buy second hand too.

@Clairey844 I can imagine! How exhausting 😩 I get really exhausted a few days before mine as it is.

@Vil10 @lucyrp @Minster2012 we also do the commando roll, although last month I was on top the whole time because OH had hurt his knee. So two weeks of me on top and hoping they were still going the right direction 😅

We've previously managed to roll through about 5 different positions though if something's not working. Aside from nearly falling off the bed we're pretty at shuffling about and staying connected 🤣

@NestinginNL we roll between positions too. Great isn't it 🤣😂

I really enjoy flow chat too. It's good to know what other people experience to see if you're typical or not. It sounds like. You've got he'll of a glow @Clairey844 - I was like this as a teenager (a 10 day flow with horrific cramps & fainting to add into the mix) hence why I went on the pill at 17 too. I've been really lucky that when I came off the pill in 2016 (because of mood swings not for ttc) my periods settled. They're not typically 5 days long and just like @vil10, heavy few days, lighter few days, last day is a liner then I'm done. I do however get ovulation pain and menstrual migraines... It seems you can't have it all lol.

I can't cope with tampons either. Used to give me such bad thrush after a day. Much better with pads. I prefer Bodyform with wings because they're better with heavy days for stopping leaks and the material the wings are made form is really really soft so it doesn't chafe at all. I'd love to swap onto reusable products like the knickers but Ive not got there yet.

Speaking of ovulation pain... I think I've just had ovulation pain 😲 which I didn't expect. Now I don't know for sure but I've been quite crampy today and then about 6pm my tummy was really sore which turned into crippling pain in near my right ovary, all across my uterus and underneath right to my bum and the tops of my thighs. It was like my usual ovulation pain but 5 times worse. I don't know if it was or not because I'm still lightly bleeding but maybe it was. We'll soon find out in 2 weeks if I bleed again 🤞🏻 tho because that means my body is healing 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Also @lucyrp @NestinginNL you say a rolling... Like the clever rolling over they do in the films & TV shows to switch positions with ease?! I have never managed to achieve this, and if I try it's without any grace at all... What is this leg placement you talk about @lucyrp? Tips please haha because I'm about as graceful as a seal making it's way to the ocean 🙈🙈🙈

Sorry @Clairey844 I meant to say it sounds like you have hell of a flow** although you may have a glow too... Who knows 🤣

@lucyrp that's so funny!! Yessss I love the fingers in the mouth, but when he puts his fingers in mine before he puts them inside me!!

@Sausage1990 when we're done I lay flat on top of him so we're both lay in the same position then I put my right foot under his leg and hook it under and he rolls over and ta da done😂 all whilst he stays inside me 🤣

Yes @vil10 I get that too. It's really not very nice pain but on the plus side it does reassure me when the pains fall in line with a positive opk test... X

Are these period pants better than the reusable period pads? I hate pads but have stuck with them as my friend scared me when we were teenagers when she got TSS from a tampon. It put me off immediately. I've tried a moon cup but found it difficult to use. Im lucky I'm not too heavy so can cope with a pad for 2-3 days, then a liner for the last days.

I'm looking forward to 9 months without bleeding if I ever become pregnant... although I know the weeks following the birth will probably not be nice 😂

@lucyrp ohhh that's simple... How did I not know this?? Ever been together 11years and I havnt figured this out 🙈 🤣 thank you. We'll try it once this bleeding stops and we can finally have sex again. X

@Gem176 I've only ever used cheapies of FRERs tbh, but I know other ladies say clear blue are good too :) I never test as I can't fave the disappointment :(

@Kirky658 unfortunately that's what us teachers have to do 😫 I really hate it, there aren't enough hours in the day, though I make sure I pack my week full of it all and then have my weekends free. I know I won't be in this job for many more years as it's just not conducive to a healthy lifestyle...

On the flow, I'm usually tampon and pad the first two days and then pads the rest, and now I'm freaking out that my flow isn't even normal 🤣 damn ttc is a minefield.

Also, I'm glad others do the commando roll too haha! Thought we were just being weird.

I can assure you, you are all weird with your commando rolls, or very young and thin....
I wish teaching was again a respected proffesion even if never well paid, it is so fundamentally important

@franklydear @newbie0818 it's so tough, DH works so hard at it. He had a difficult start to teaching 5 yrs ago now settled in a job teaching chemistry and chemical engineering. He works very hard and the kids just aren't grateful for it sadly for the most part. Got some good results last year so his boss was really chuffed x

@lucyrp girls with short periods are mother nature's favourites 🙄😂 have you tried tampons that aren't bleached? Loads out there but the more commercial brands tend to bleach the fibres and can irritate some people 🤷🏻‍♀️
Commando roll (nifty trick for changing position without losing any rhythm 😂) and fingers after 🙋🏻‍♀️ wholeheartedly agree with both 🤣

@Newbie0818 I hate the negatives too, but I think I might have to have a go next week if af hasn't arrived.

@Minster2012 i suppose if what they get up to doesn't have churches crumbling I might be alright 🤔😂 oh and re wooden sexy toys, I couldn't work out why anyone would buy a willie ornament then showed my pal the pic and she pointed out what was under them makes it likely they weren't ornaments....

@Gem176 hahah yesss. That's a good shout actually weird one I know but remmeber my mum always used to use organic cotton ones and that's what I ysed when I first used tampons but went on to use tampax. The Pearl are my favourite ones because of the applicator but you might be onto something there! Il have to try some natural ones although by the time I need them again 2 months will probbalt have passed 😂 yessss sistersss 💪🏼💪🏼omg those wooden willies 🤣

@Sausage1990 I think that too, like at least I know I'm ovulating, it's funny though, like if the pains are ever really strong like they are this time I always think "well if they're really strong it must be a pretty big strong egg im releasing so surely I'll catch this time" 😂 if only!!

Was hoping for an OPK peak today but it's still blank. RHR has shot up though so combined with my ewcm from yday, maybe I'll be lucky tomorrow?

Been pottering around the house again today. Planted some peony roots in the garden, did laundry, peeled half the wallpaper from the bedroom CEILING (wtf) and swept leaves in front of the property - this is all so cosy so far!! @katao yes this would be a lovely time to get that bfp ❤️

I got ovulation pain too this afternoon (and ewcm woo hoo so made sure I got some 🍆 as soon as little one was asleep 😂😂).
I can still feel it now-mine feels like a stitch and if I push by my hip bone on that side it hurts.
I really hope for you your body is settling back into a normal rhythm.

@Clairey844 my period is just as heavy as yours, hated period nights as if I actually slept for like 7hours I'd go through a mooncup and a super pad and probably leak onto pjs, so I'd normally have to get up every 3/4hrs, bloody exhausting 😴
