@lucyrp no I think I used to go through 2 or 3 a day? I haven't used them in about 6 years! I used the mooncup for a while then also got vaginismus from PTSD and couldn't get anything up there 😣 my flow is definitely not heavy! But I like to change the pants more often on the heaviest day, I get paranoid about leaking even if they could go longer.

@NestinginNL I wish I could use something else! I've been looking at moon cups but not sure how I'd get on with them 🙈 and I totally couldn't wear pads all day. I don't even like wearing normal pants under trousers now it freaks me right out 😂 yeah I'm always scared of leaking

@lucyrp I use pads i'm afraid but Always or Bodyform are the only ones I trust.

Hi all, my christ reading your flow comments makes me realise I must have a mammoth sized womb because man I bleed like a bitch; I use a mooncup and a pad the first 2/3 days because I am soooo heavy that the mooncup fills within a couple of hours so if I'm at work I can't change as frequently as I need to hence the pad back up. In 3 or 4 hours I fill the mooncup and soak a pad-wtf is that all about.
My friend is the opposite and says oh I've come on, just gonna put a bit of tissue there-I'm like what the hell, a whole bog roll wouldn't be enough for me 😂😂

Anyway, apologies about the in-depth explanation of my menstrual flow but is there anyone else who floods more than flows?? I like to think I just make a mega cosy nest every month-hopefully soon a fertilised egg might quite like to get comfy in it 😂

@Clairey844 that is heavy! I have some friends with flows like that, I always felt I was abnormally light but then I read a book about periods and learned the range for normal is huge! Do you not just feel completely exhausted?

@Missgoldilocks I couldn't ever get my OH to agree to that 😂 he's still a bit prudish about some things too. I remembered there was someone on here who used syringes and did suggest to him last night "well can you just jizz into my mooncup and then I'll use that, if you're too tired for sex" honestly he looked so appalled at the very thought 🤣🤣🤣 I think he regretted marrying me for a moment.

I always find it interesting talking about flow like what's normal for everyone😂 on my first 2 days im heavy so always wear a tampon and pad in case and the tampon is usually full within 3/4 hours, then day 3 and 4 is not enough for a tampon but could wear 1 pad all day, obviously don't because of hygiene and that's minging, then day 5 just a panty liner! Full on details there😂 so OH finished last night whilst I was on top and secretly I was fuming and like flopped off to the side straight away because I was scared gravity would pull all his swimmers out😂

Just need a bit of a rant... DH has been in our office all day today planning lessons and marking tests. I get that he's busy and he needs the time but omfg I've been literally on my own all freaking day!!! Plus looking after the puppy on my own and he's been an absolute handful today.
